I wanted to do an update on my Wow African ways. A lot of people have been asking for updates on them. So this is the update. The water um good waves are good wigs, but they all serve a different purpose. They all have different life spins. They all have different prices, they may look the same. Some people might look at this week and be like. Oh my god. It'S just a straight way. Some people may look at this week and be like. Oh my god. It'S a straight way and then some people will look at the way. Don'T worry right now, just be like. Oh, my god, it's a straight way, but no, there is a difference between all three of these wigs one is silky, one is yucky and what is Remy now? What is the difference between silky, yaki and Remy watch this video, and I will let you know. First, we're gon na start off with the silky. This leg right here is like hundred-percent silky. I like this way it's Brazilian version and this wig is long. This leg is real long, so the pros about this way when you buy silky wigs in general, they usually last longer than when you buy like a yak uuk silky legs are the least processed kind of wig. I would say so when you get a silky wig as opposed to a Yaffe wig and a lot of people like. Why would you get a silky wig, but it's not really your texture and all that other stuff and the reason why people will get is silky. Wig, even though it's not their texture is because silky legs in general lasts longer for more months and months and months than most yeah qyx, they don't tangle, who wear them all day every day and you get the least amount of tangles with the silky legs. If you want a way that gives you specifically longevity, silky is the way to go now. Here are the cons of the silky way, especially if you have my type of hair. This hair is like the farthest away from my natural texture, and you have to like really straighten your hair till I get it to blend you're either. Gon na have to put heat on your hair to make your edges blend with it or you're gon na have to like perm your edges, one or the other. I don't burn my edges. I press my edges when I want to get it straight lately, since I haven't been going out very much. I don't really press my edges if they look a little rather than tatted. Oh well, I mean, but if I were to go out, I would definitely press my edges to make it blend better and then put a little gel on it after you press it. So it can, you know, stay looking really good. If you're gon na have a silky way - and you have my type of hair 4c, very kinky, hair you're gon na - have to put heat on it. So that's the biggest con when it comes to silky, wigs and my type of hair you're gon na have to put heat on your Edge's or you're gon na have to perm your edges. What are the two but, like I said, the pros of getting a silky texture. Twig is the longevity, and the tangling factor definitely surpasses getting more natural textured legs. You know all wigs are expensive, but this is Herron is really expensive simply because it lasts very, very long like out of all the types of wigs, a virgin silky lasts longer than all any other type of wig and pinkles less its softer it. That'S just what it does if you are like a 4a and up, I was thinking of silky wig, simply because it would match better with your hair type, because you can like lay your baby, hairs and stuff without no problem, and you could do if you do Twist outs with like, would you call it flaxseed gel? Then you could get a silky wig and be cool because your edges will be laid and it will look very very nice. I was just 125 percent just recommend the silky wig for forays three C's three B's and up. You know now we're gon na go to the yeah. If you're like me - and you want like the silky effect but have like a natural, more natural vibe. So it kind of looks like your hair just got burns instead of you just having like a really silky hair on your head. If you're like or be it down like me, I 125 percent recommend Wow Africans virgin yaki, because, yes, there is a difference between yaki and virgin Jackie if you get virgin yaki since they're, using virgin hair and processing the birds in here to make it look more. Like african-american hair, your hair flows really nicely if this is the wig that I sweat more than any other way. This is the way that I love the most out of all the ways that in half - and I like this one, because it's a virgin yaki if you're gon na get a yucky type of wig, and you wanted to match more with your hair texture. When you press it or when you come in and you're like a 4b and below like 4b 4c for z4h, then I would definitely 125 percent recommend Wow Africans virgin Yankee. This is the hair I wore and strands of dance. I was this hair in most of my videos, because I wear this week. The most I got this hair almost a full year ago. All you have to do to get it back to normal is literally just wash it. I haven't watched this in a while, but um, it's very flowy, it's very nice. We probably can last you forever, like literally I haven't, had any problems with this. It doesn't tangle, doesn't shed very much. I mean it does shed a little bit, but it's such a bearable, shedding. I like the silky women, but it's a little too silky. I can still wear it, but I would have to really press my hair, like I really have to press my hair a lot with this wig and I don't feel like pressing my hair very much. I don't know if you can see the difference between the hair. I have on my head, you see how much silkier it looks than this one honestly with this way the emerging yaki. It is also expensive because it has that word in it virgin, but the thing is with the Wow African wigs. I realized that when it has the word virgin in the hair it lasts, like virgin, hair show. This is yaki and there's no virgin in it. Then you're gon na get the problems of the hair, not looking right after like three months. So you have to see the word virgin in the hair for the hair to look good. So this is yes, my favorite Wow african wig is this hair, which is the yaki version. Like i told you, this hair is didn't like blasting me almost a year. I wear this thing all the time I had some time. Sadly sleep in this hair and I don't wrap it, but it's still very good. I would recommend this now. We'Re gon na go to the Remi for the hair that got the most legs. Had me floored. This is my wild african remy hair remy straight Indian hair. This way got so many legs. I almost fell to the floor when I got this way, simply because it was so nice it blended so well and I loved it simply because I had never had a way lay as flat as this one did like it laid so crazy. I loved it. So much, but let me tell you what happened to this hair afterwards after about three months of wearing this week, because I was killing it because it looks so natural it started to get really punchy. It started to really just not be what it was for. The first couple of months - and I was really wondering why? Because I was like - oh my god, I love why. Who is letting up with this one? The fact of the matter is when you'll look at ways you have to look at the name of it like when I first got this wig, for instance this one that I love this one, that this is the first one I ever got from African waste. When I got this leg, I didn't read it, but luckily I've it's a good one. This wig is yaki Brazilian virgin. This wig is ready onion straight now, as you can tell, there is no virgin in this wig. So it gives you what I'll Remy here from the beauty supply store, would give you this week is a lot cheaper than this way. Does this one lay flatter? Yes? Is it a lot cheaper than this one? Yes, it is cheaper. This is virgin brazilian. This is Remi, Indian straight, it's so technical and it's so funny, but it makes a big difference if you want longevity for your waist, if you want your whisk to be long-lasting, you want a good. Wherever you want your bang for your buck, I would say: get the yaki Brazilian virgin hair instead of the Remi Indian straight. But it depends on what you're, looking for, if you're looking for the best style for a 4b and below hair - and you want a straight hair - get this way, because the layout on the front where your hair meets and the wig meets is just so flawless. It'S so flat. It literally makes it like your hairs growing out of your scalp. So what I say that this is a bad wig. No, it's not a bad way, but if you're looking for longevity, this is not the week for you. This is the week for you, so there you guys have it silky, yaki, remy differences. One is cheaper and the other two are more expensive. To summarize it all virgin hair is more expensive than remy hair but virgin hair. Last longer, then remy here, the wild african remy hair is amazing because it lays so flat and makes your hair look so natural, but it just doesn't last as long virgin hair. This is easy as the rhyming hair, but it lasts few years. So it's up to you, I will have a link for all three of them cares below, so you can choose which one will suit you. The best, like I said before, silky is 4 for 8 and above yaki is 4 for beef and below, and the singlet remy for being below beautiful for the more coarser hairs. That'S it for this today. I hope you guys enjoyed it. Love you guys. Another video coming up really soon, if you haven't checked out my other new channel karen, has a line, make sure you check out my other channel. That'S the channel where I like discuss like my life, and I like it, and I have another channel so go to that channel check it out and a link for my new channel will be in the description bar below as well. If you liked this video make sure you give it a thumbs up, share it with your friends, so your friends can also know the difference between silky, remy and yaki. So I love you guys and I'll see you my next video bye, hmm Karen! Yes, it sounds like: do you need to get a life

Life: I'm so pissed i wasted about 2 hours watching wowafrican reviews to see what wig texture i should get when your video said everything i needed to know! AMAZING REVIEW, THANK YOU!

T&DPhotography: I bought the Virgin Yaki Brazilian from Wow African and after almost two months it got soo bad also after i washed it correctly. It was scrunched at the back, started changing colors and looked stale but the thing is once you wash and condition it does get a little better, but it sheds alot and for the price i found it 35/50 but not worth 300$ Canadian. Just my opinion, but i am giving the silky virgin Brazilian a try and i'll compare the two

Autumn 432hz: Glad I found this video, I have been trying to understand the differences since I purchased bundles that were wayyyy to silky for my first sew in last month. Thanks for the video

Evanthe Humphrey: loved this video. helped me out a lot. I'll be buying my first wig within 6 months and im glad i know where to start. Thank you!

Gerardo Orozco: yaki just means straight tho. there is silky yaki: (European texture) yaki: (hispanic asian texture) natural yaki: (relaxed hair texture) perm yaki: (thick texture)

Lila J: I only wear silky extensions/clip ins but they blend with my hair well. That's why I like them. I just feel the yaki texture is too coarse for my liking but I understand that everyone likes different things. They all look nice on you though

D Jan: Thank you so much for the explanations.  I have never worn wigs before and I find your video so helpful.

KREATIVE HOLINESS TV: Omg thanks! This video was such a big help! I'll be buying my silky wig from wow african a.s.a.p!

MsIslandsweet: I did select the regular density. which is supposed to be 120-230% but this was ridiculous for the price I don't like thick or big hair. I like sleek but this had tracks with barely anything on it. not to mention it she'd horribly. the yaki texture is awesome but the wig construction is poor. this was my experience

Mary Watts: I love this video, thank you so much for your honesty!

MatchaTea: Glam thanks so much for this information! :) Really came in handy!

MsIslandsweet: i bought their lace fron virgin yaki straight wig. the hair is awesome and true to length. the problem is the top of the wig is nice and full but the back of the wig is soo thin. i was really disappointed. its so thin that i cant even put the hair in two pig tails without the thin tracks showing. ladies, pay the extra and buy your closure and bundles. or be prepared to buy an additional bundle to fill in the back. the parting space is really minimal too. next time i will just buy 2 closures and 3 bundles and make my own wig.

Janay Evans: This was probably the best video I have seen from you! thank you!

Samma Sun: Very informative! You have a great personality :)

Crazy_Tulip15: I’m white and want to get this wig I’ve been looking at online, but it’s slightly Yaki at the ends and I don’t want to offend anyone by wearing it, because it’s obviously not my texture. Is there a way to flat iron it to make it look more silky or should I just get it as it is? I have no idea what to do

Brianna Bombshell: I’m so confused there’s so many different types it’s unreal. So what kind of hair do I use if I want to add extensions? I’m biracial but my hair is silky and naturally wavy almost straight.... and it’s not course at all it’s silkier.. the woman at the salon told me Peruvian hair but didn’t tell me the type.. taking, silky, remy, idk with all these name I don’t get it I’m so confused. The most I’ve used bellami clip in hair extensions and they blend with my hair perfectly I believe those are remy .. and you’re right never get a perm it’ll destroy your hair and stop it from growing.... keep it moisturized and oiled . Make sure to always use a heat protector too. I think my hair in its natural state is between a 2c and 3a. If I wrap my hair while it’s wet and put a scarf on it’ll come out straight but it’s not quite a curl, it’s more wavy than anything. And the other clip ins I used were from The Hair Shop in Manhattan and those were Indian I believe.. ANY salon I go to I always get compliments on my hair , whether it be a Caucasian salon, Dominican salon, African salon, Asian salon.. where ever .. especially when I was blonde or when I wear it naturally wavy

atribitt: very informative. thank you
