Make sure you always show love to your hair cuz. If you don't love it, nobody else, hi, you guys and welcome back to my channel. Today'S video will be just on how I installed this full lace, a few plucking tips and how I got these soft and natural baby hairs. If you know me from Instagram, you know my biggest pet peeve is thick unnatural, baby hairs like I hated you guys. So I'm just going in and braiding my clients hair, I'm just going straight back braids and I'm connecting the braids at the back, pretty simple braiding pattern. If you want a more detailed video on that just comment below so as you can see, we have our braided and you see I left our edges whenever my clients have very fine, thin edges that are more short. I try not to braid them, because I don't like to put too much tension on them, so we're just gon na go in with our got to be gel and combos edges back before we put this nude cap on now. We just have this new cap on. I always like to make sure the thick part of the cap is not on the edges. So now I'm just going in with my got to be free spray into spraying that all over the hairline and a little bit around the back, because this is a full edge unit. We will be cutting that cap all the way around and I don't want it to just be freely sliding under her wig. I could have sawn it, but I usually just do this because it's just typically easier, especially when clients are taking out their weights on their own. So, as you guys can see now I have a rat tail comb and I'm using the metal part to hold down the ear tabs. Now I know some people have been doing the method where they cut a whole lot around the ear. You can do that as well, but this is the method that I use so now we're just going in and cutting off that excess cap, as you guys, can see or can't see for that matter. Cuz. My elbow is in the way, but we're just gon na go in and cut off that excess cap now and then begin cutting around the ear and, as you guys can see, that method with the rat socom does work for keeping those ear tabs down. Now I'm just taking some drugstore makeup and just going along the edges where that cut will be most visible at under the lace and just making it blend in a bit more with her skin tone. Now we're just going with some alcohol to wipe off the excess makeup in any excess gel from around that hairline. Now we're using the boat hold skin, protect I'm just gon na spray, a few pumps onto a dry towel and dab that right into the clients skin. For an extra layer of security now on to the hard part, so I just want you guys to part a line between the front hairline and the hair behind it. The fair in the front of that part we're gon na use for baby hair purposes. However, this method does work for no baby hair, so I want you guys to hold your tweezers as if you're checking your watch and you always want the pointy part of the tweezer facing away from the hairline. So now I'm just gon na go in and it's gon na look a bit awkward at first because of the way I was facing and plucking the camera. I was actually plucking this with my left hand, and I am right-handed but um later on down the video. I switched to my right hand and it looks a bit more normal, but, as you can see, I'm just going in a few even strokes, um a bit more sporadic with my plucking when it comes to curly hair, because I find that curly hair always has a More natural soft hairline versus in something really uniform. So here I am back with my right hand and plucking a bit more natural. So, as you can see, I'm just holding those baby hairs away and I'm just going in, like I said, sporadic and that back portion of the hairline with plucking, you have to be able to visualize a hairline that you want to see because I often get a Lot of questions of how long do i plug for or how do I know when I'm done plucking you have to have an eye for it and be able to see. If you know, does this look natural, or does this not look natural so now we're just gon na go in input from their front portion like I said I hate thick baby hair, so I'm just going in and plucking out a few hairs from that front portion To thin out that baby here and we'll grow to see the and now you're gon na see me drop my tweezers, because I am a klutz, but yes, you're still going in and making sure that front portion is thinned out. I like it to be fairly thin, because I really prefer soft natural baby hairs, especially when doing curly hair. So, as you can see, we have something a bit more natural looking and so I'm just going in along that hairline and plucking. However, I do not pluck in the middle, because when you pluck in the middle, let's say you want to do a middle part. You'Ll have a bit of barding in the front, so I stay away from the direct middle. I may pluck a bit behind it, but never a lot of plucking in that middle area. So, as you guys can see, we have something very natural looking and we haven't glued anything down yet so I'm just going to go in with my favorite the boat hood active glue and place a dot as a marker, so I know where I'm placing my glue. I never really placed my glue in front of this line, just because I hate when the glues in front of the lace and it's harder to clean up so now, I'm just placing that glue all along the hairline and using the back of my rat tail comb. The rat tail comb is my best best friend throughout the install. It helps me so much so I'm just going in with that to smooth out the glue and we're just gon na wait until that dries clear and we're gon na repeat this process three times. So now we're just gon na pull that lace right into the glue and it's okay for the hair line to be a bit in front of the glue. But we never want that hair line to be behind the glue cause like I said it can be harder for us to clean that glue up afterwards. So, like I said, the rat tells my best friend and I'm just gon na go in with my comb and push that lace into the glue stars you can see. I just cut right up that lace and I'm gon na take my eyebrow razor going in and up and down motion to create a jagged line on that lace and we're just gon na cut right near the hairline. So just going in again with this comb, like I said it is my best friend doing all my lace installs and I'm just going to push some glue right up under that lace. The portion that we have lifting, like I said it's: okay, to have the glue be a bit behind the hairline, because we can always go in with more glue. Do not forget those it times. You guys and making an appearance again is the right socom. I told you it is my best friend during the install and I'm just shooting the end of that to just push that lace down into the glue. In my opinion, you kind of want to stay away from fingers in your lace unless you clean them with alcohol, because your fingers will contain dirt and oils, and you don't want any reason for this lace not to melt. Is it me or is it hot in here you guys, do you see this melt down? I am so in love with this install now, because we are doing a half up, half down hairstyle, I'm just going in with my hot calm and just smoothing out those roots and smoothing out that hairline to prep everything for this style. So not just one of my spree spray and spraying it all over that top portion I could have went in with gel by my client, wanted something a little bit more temporary, but still have that. Sleek. Look so definitely have your client either hold down that lace or tie it down whenever you are pulling or doing any excessive tension on that front part, because we do not want to pull this lace up. So you guys I'll be competing at the Bronner brothers. Hair show in the boat hold frontal competition, I'm so excited you guys. It'Ll be my second time competing and if that is something you want to see, just definitely comment down below and let me know I'll be sure to record and do a vlog on that. So, yes, I finally ended up putting that scarf around that lace to protect the lace and I'm just going in and we're gon na wrap some hair around this ponytail at the base. Just to give it a more seamless and natural installed, you guys don't understand how much I love this install. It came out so perfect to me and I'm never really good with, like the high slick, ponytail looks or you know just making my ponytail neat overall, but I really took my time with this for the sake of the video and I'm so happy with the outcome. Literally you guys, do you see me struggling with this? I was so happy. I got this on camera. I was struggling for the longest. I have the curling iron when you can detach and switch, they can get from different barrels and sizes, and I was putting the wrong one into this specific curler. Now I'm just gon na go in with a very small wand and just define some of these curls to give it an overall style. Look because I for one, don't really like how curly hair looks straight out of the bundle or shut out of the package. Oh, hey lace. We do not know her. That lace is so melted you guys. If you want to see a tutorial on how I got that color, you guys should definitely check out my last video, I'm just going in with my wand and just doing a few curled pieces, because we want a very styled look. So, just on a curled that in different directions to give it a bit of value now, I'm just gon na go in with some of my Tresemme holding spray in just spray, this all over the curls and again look at that melt. You guys I'm so in love, I'm just going in cuz, like I said I really hate thick baby hairs and just plucking a bit more of that hair out from the front. So clearly, those were too dull and I just went in with my scissors and I'm just cutting this baby hair. Really short, you don't want it to be too unnatural, looking or too overpowering for this hairstyle. For some reason I didn't want baby hair in the middle when I first was initially styling this, but in the final clip you'll see that I added some I'm just going it with my Nairobi farm wrap and I'm just gon na place that on the baby hairs You want to place this on the hair, not on the actual lace and I'm just putting the excess on the back. So I don't waste it and just give it a smoother look and I'm going in with my edge control brush and I'm just doing very light. Natural swoops, I do drive these and calm them out a bit later, because I really like a very soft natural wispy baby, you, yes, you guys, you see that part right there with no baby hair, just looks so cold and lonely, so I did after the clip Off-Camera just go in and add some more baby hair right there, I'm taking my blow dryer and I'm just blow-drying this foam and the baby hairs because you want it to be dry and set and then I'll go back in with my brush to comb them out. So, like I said, give that soft wispy look, no, I'm just gon na take my comm and T's and back on the top of that ponytail to get a bit more volume. Thank you guys so much for watching this video. Please feel free to leave a comment and a like down below and let me know what you guys would like to see in the next video
