(Live) Installing My Wig Part 1

Hey y'all, so who is in here i wish i could see who was in here my little sister, i told i have to get on here because i think don't watch me. I'M trying to actually figure out how to shave my mustache, but this thing i've been seeing on tik tok and i don't know how to do it and i'm too scared to flash my face so wig and i'm also recording my youtube video as i'm doing this. So yeah it's gon na be a very long. Video, hey, dana all right i'll forgot, the mustache part. Later. Don'T look at it, though all right, so i got ta. Look at my hair, i'm kind of like in a rush too. I got ta stop coming on. Live when i'm in a rush, because i have to leave, i have to have my hair installed my wig installed and go to the mall, be at the mall by three, because i have a campaign to shoot today. So yes, but i'm just i'm, not gon na blow dry, my hair straight, but i'm gon na blow dry. My hair, like straight enough using this. I never use this before, but i have a lot of free hair products and just products in my house overall. So what this is your all-time favorite? Let me see how it smells. Okay, so i'm just gon na take my hair into strings and we're not doing the straight blow dry because i'm actually going to have to i'm just putting it in a ponytail. Thank you. Yes, yes, all right. I know somebody gave me the bright idea to go on, live and do my hair, so i was like how do you even see them? How do you free this and see right here? I wish i could play music, but i kind of can't because it's going to demonetize this video so but i should have put like a leave-in conditioner, but i'm gon na just brush. I didn't brush my hair when i had washed it in the shower. I just literally i just literally like um, just washed shampoo and conditioned it and call it a day. What are you guys doing right now? Are you guys at work or you like working remotely? Are you off today, like there's 31 people in here, so i'm curious to know and let's come up with a topic. I want to talk this throughout this video because i'm just sitting here talking and yeah, i'm watching me my dad's calling me so i'm gon na stretch my hair. Oh thank you. My business, oh cool, you know, what's funny, is every time i do videos. I actually watch like every time i'm recording. I watch youtube videos, but being that i'm talking to y'all, i won't be able to um uh watch my videos, so this is going to have to be my fun so that you guys are doing what i usually do. Okay: let's go to the next room: hey mona from houston, working from home, all right so curious, because i was on my out on the phone with my sister a while ago - and i was asking her like - i was like talking about like all right, so i Am from the corporate world, you guys know this well, most of you guys do, and i always say and i've said it from there. I left my corporate job and i'll say it again. If i had to go back, oh man, this is breakage. If i had to go back to corporate, i would have no problem with it. It just would have to be the right company right job, and i would do that while influencing because, to be honest, i love the structure of the corporate world, but i would actually like to stay my ass home and do like work from home job. I would like do that, so we were talking about like what is even out there for people who would want to do the same thing and it was a random thought. Just a random thought. So i'm curious to know what you guys do, because that's like everybody on tick tock, i feel like everybody is doing like tech or something along those lines like. Are you guys doing the same thing or or insurance is one that i see a lot of people? Do from home? Okay, oh, oh, my gosh, my sister's in school to be a nurse and then she wants to go to do travel, nursing, so that's kind of cool. You know what let me record a little bit of this. This too, give me the views on youtube, even though you guys are watching it uh we enjoy. Let me see, i got ta keep track of the time. I'M doing this all right. I got an hour to figure this out um and we enjoy you influence us. I feel like you should do something you love, so i feel like you're, not working yeah like i definitely i come from like a design background like home design, and i love every part of it so for the right company. I would definitely go back like no questions asked right, company right salary, i'm in there while influencing, because i feel like you need that healthy break and i feel like influencing it's cool. But i'm a person that gets bored very quickly and i've not gotten bored with influencing, but something about it is not as fulfilling as it once was, but i still like it. You know what i'm saying, which is why i've been trying so much different things, to see what i actually really like, and that's why i decided to just follow what i want to do and go down the home route, because that's where my first love is it's! It'S you know what i'm saying like everything else is like secondary, but my first, like love is like anything in the home industry, guys i'm thinking about cutting my hair. What do you guys think i want to cut my hair off, like not short, but like definitely a bob like a short bob? Ah, oh you're working healthcare cool. I only go into office twice a week, see that's what i'm talking about like. I don't think i could go to the office every day if i had, if i got it like a regular job, but i think two to three times a week would be fine and i could stay home from um work from home the other days. I also just love the structure. I love the structure of the corporate world. I love like any time i go to the gym like at seven or eight in the morning. I love being a part of the working world like it feels really good, and i know you can control that as an influencer, but it's not the same. It'S not the same like that fresh crisp feeling of you going to work walking in with your cute outfit. Like i just love it, i love it. That'S why i used to go to the cafe a lot. I kind of took a break on it just because um i kind of took a break on it, but it's because um i took a break. I think i got so busy and i didn't have time to really keep going back and forth and i kind of was recording so much and usually my schedule gets messed up. It'S hard for me to hop back on it, but i used to have a designated set of days and i go to the cafe. If you guys follow me on instagram or have watched my vlogs you've. Seen like. I definitely frequent a lot and i mean a lot of cafes. Okay, my hair, all tangled my hair was box. Braided like like diys box braided. Oh real estate is cool all right. Let me call you right. I put him on speaker because he, my dad is like a truck driver and he literally um be driving like driving and just like you know, you know road rage, but not like rover is crazy. Like road rage, like you know how people trying to cut off trucks, because we don't want to trucks in front of us, god did the same thing. That'S where he goes on a regular basis and in brooklyn like that, like traffic, there's nuts guys. So i'm going away next, i'm going away soon. I don't know what day it is, but how should i do my hair? Should i do a wig, or should i do leave out, and the only reason why i'm saying leave out is because, like i just don't want to have to worry about lace like i, don't have to worry about, like making sure my hair looks good wake up In the morning actually, but then i feel like my hair has gone through so much breakage because i just been. I went a little crazy last year with my hair and put a lot of heat on it, and so, like my edges, everything just broke off. Like you can see the heat damage here, so i'm kind of like if i do leave out, i literally have to make sure i and the thing about it is. I don't cover my hair at night. That'S where i mess up, because then i'm forced to have to do my hair in the morning and then flat ironed it because i didn't cover the night before the good thing. Is i'm not going to a hot place, i'm going to a cold place, so i can get away with some things um, but yeah. What should i do? What should i do y'all? So? Oh no! I can't. I can't go with only my hair to another country. Hey hell, no, like my hair, like first of all, like you know how, like back in the day, you go to dominican, to get your hair done and stuff and then hold on yeah. You got to make it get your hair under stuff whatever, and then you have like about a week for it to last, maybe even two weeks, but by the second week you're already in ponytail. That would be me, like my hair gets greasy so fast and yes, i can use dry shampoo but y'all it's about a picture of y'all smile smile. I, like my face all right. Let me do it again. I want to ask mom smile, i'm trying to tell people on instagram to come on because they're going to be like you didn't tell us, you were doing the live and i'm like. I know i never do lives um, but so what you said you said well curling wigs. Yes, they are less work, but it's just the fact of the lace. I don't know, but then i'm like, i don't want to go my real hair and not have the fullness that i want up here. You know so short wig straight 10 inches or like right here. That is cute. I mean i could bob it. I could bob. I could do a little bob for one of my outfits. I kind of wanted to wear like a ponytail, but if i do a bob, i really can't do no damn ponytail um, but a box sounds like a vibe. I could do that. No, i can't do a quick weave. My other thing was i was thinking like i could either do my hair. I was thinking i could either do my hair like in a wig like go with the wig, but then maybe like one of the like one of the five nights that i'm there stay up a little bit late and just do a quick, read, really quick, yeah I'Ll be doing too much, that's the problem like i'll go somewhere and put more stress on myself than i need to what is this also blow out? It smells so good all right, so it is 12 39, which i'm saying, let me read it like a fringe. A curly wig, don't know i'm so funny with curly hair, sometimes because after the second day, i'm like get this off of me like the amount of maintenance it takes. I don't know. Curly wig sounds good. I'M really digging that bob idea. I think a nice long. Bob would be i'm thinking about with leave out y'all hear my hair, i'm not ripping it out. I promise the name of the spray i'm using is protecting silk blowout from og eggs, so my hair sounds like popcorn right now, yeah, i'm thinking about, and then i have like this flowy, this flowy outfit from zara like a two piece, and i think that would Go cute together, like the bob, a nice like thick necklace, loose shirt a little bit of boobage a high ponytail with crimps. Is that ponytails? Don'T last long for me for the second day, it's an it's over! I'M really thinking about idea. I might do that, but you know what i wore bob to dubai with the same group of people they're gon na go like what is with you in this damn vlog see. This is why i'm scared to work this all broke off like this used to be like down here and it's just breaking off, so i really didn't want to have to blow dry my hair today, but here we are oh this and i have it in two. Oh, you know what all right, so it's this spray, it's the even spray and i have that they come in three colors. Come down: yellow black and red. The red is for active use, it works. It really is for after views, it really works. Um. I fell up, the jet skis twice in the middle of the ocean and let me tell you something: screenshot it. If you can, let me say something: my wig stayed in place. It did not budge or move whatsoever, so definitely definitely get it if you can and it comes off with water. Okay, just moisturize that in i really i hate, detangling my hair and brushing it out yeah i'm gon na leave. This live up. It'S gon na stay up so um, if you guys, can all just give it a like so that it can, like you know, do really well, oh, i would love to go ahead and thumbs up. This live all right, so i'm gon na brush from the bottom. I know my hair sounds crazy. I i'm telling you guys, i'm not ripping it out anybody here from instagram. I just put the link on where you're texting me. What'S she saying um, okay and the main thing you want like when you're blow drying your hair? To put it into a ponytail to put underneath your wig, i don't think you just run on sentence um. You really want your roots to be dry and as straight as possible, because that's what's going to make your hair lay flat. So if you have like really thick hair - and you don't do the roux and try to put in a point so you're gon na have like that hump and we don't do high wigs. What keeps me going? Oh my gosh. First of all, what you guys have not experienced, but you know what you guys did you guys did experience it last month is my oh, my family, my family is jamaican everyone's jamaican in my family, mom's side and dad's side, but um. I go through burnout. A lot like it's it's becoming more frequent and that's why i came up with the topic. That'S why i started this off with the topic of, like you know, maybe finding a balance and trying something else with my career, because the burnout is really bad and it does affect me mentally. It puts me in like some, i feel like deep depression feels and so there's times where i'm not motivated, but i think what keeps what keeps me to keep going like. I'M telling you like this time. I don't want to see a camera. I don't want to see nothing. I don't want to post nothing and it sucks, because when you are getting good deals and good stuff that you asked god for - and a lot of you know, acts that god the universe you pray for and you're. Finally, getting it, you can't really be excited about it, because you're so down in a in a pit that it it kind of like overshadows it kind of overpowers. What you should be happy about. You know what i'm saying um, if that makes sense, so basically pulling yourself up out of that. Every time is the biggest struggle and again february. If you guys look at my channel, i posted like two youtube videos, maybe even one, because i just physically and mentally. Could not do it like, and so that's like a large like and i go to that, a lot where i'll overwork for a whole month do crazy, like post on everything and then and then literally go ghost because i i overdid it and i think a lot Of careers are going through that too people that i've spoken to and stuff like that, and i don't know the only way to really get yourself out of that is to keep motivated to keep going. But one you got, ta pay your damn bills, that's number one! So it's like okay and then to be honest like when you stop to start back up is harder to like every time you stop and take a long break. Trying to pick yourself back up to keep going takes more work than it did to even get your career started like it's. It is more brain breaking like it's like damn. If i never stopped, i wouldn't be. You know um go into this or whatever so moments like that. I just take it easy and i'll just be like you really have to have the i don't care type of mentality, and i really i don't care attitude and i have to practice that, because it's not like i'll keep on trying to kill myself to do all This stuff and it's just getting harder and harder and harder and you're only going to get more and more and more work, because we already got three social media platforms that everyone's trying to you know get on top of. So it's only gon na get worse. There'S only gon na be more social media platforms, but it's you got ta just take a break. You got ta, take a break and walk away and just be like, like turn off everything, and i actually hire somebody to take care of my instagram, which is why a lot of times people are like. Oh, i dm'd you and i'm like, like you know what i'm saying like before. I was not checking my dms like i. I could not check my dms answer my comments on instagram. I run three two instagram pages: oh something to my lashes, two instagram pages and to tick tock, dms um. I mean comment post on tick, tock, post on instagram, post on youtube and
