Amazon 613 Wig Review | Lace Front | Real Hair

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, I am Kate with into indie and I am so excited to share with y'all my first ever wig review. Yes, that's right! I am wearing a wig and I am here to tell the world all about it. My background on why I wear a wig, and you know how I kind of got into the wig that I picked out as my first ever wig, so without further ado, we'll dive right in I love hair. I am a self-proclaimed like hair extension. Specialist I've tried them all I've done. Every company. Bellami luck, see foxy. If you guys are interested in a video on all of that, let me know I'm happy to list them below, but basically my hair extension experience started in high school. I would buy the long strands of hair, I cut them into wefts and I would sew little clip on clips onto them and sell them to my friends, which is actually hilarious. Now that I think about it, but I love it. I think hair is something. That'S just so fun and you can switch it up. You can cut it, you can dye it, you can do whatever and you just feel like a brand new person. So imagine my dismay. Ah, someone who has worn hair extensions for over ten years never had any crazy damage to my hair when I started noticing, like my hair lines, coming back like I'm, losing hair like what the hell is going on. So I went to my doctor and I was diagnosed with alopecia and I'm like okay like I can handle that, and then I hit some other health issues that I've been going through. I'Ll probably make a video about it eventually, because I'm a huge blabbermouth and want to just you know if I can help one person through this video like, I will feel like I've done my job, but basically I've encountered some health issues and one of the negative Side effects to my medication is that my hair falls out so pair that, with a you, know, condition alopecia, which already makes your hair fall out, and it's not great it honestly really sucks like shower. I mean I shower every day I don't wash my hair that often because it's really difficult like I just sit there and come out with like clumps of hair in my hand and cry, and it's it's stupid right, like it's just hair, but it's like it's part Of your identity, and just it can't be like, oh my god, like what is what is going on with my body like what is like. Oh my gosh, you know it's it's really hard. So luckily I have a very supportive group of friends and family and especially my boyfriend, my what was the one who came up with it. He was like why don't you get a wig and I was like why didn't I think of that. So, needless to say, I reached out to two friends of mine, partly from social media. When I know in real life the one from social media, her name is Tiffany her she's. Absolutely amazing. I am like I love her she's amazing. She is just so real and authentic and post like hey, my kids are being crazy today or like hey. I just don't feel like going to the gym and I'm gon na go to the gym, and you know she just she's so real, and she is one of the few people that I know who just like very openly. It'S like it's a wig. This is a wig like shadow from the for shadow from the rooftop, like there's nothing wrong with their hair at all, but she just enjoys wearing wigs and I think it's very different, like in different cultures like that's totally acceptable or like. Is this like? Oh, my gosh, why she wearing a wig like? Is there something wrong with her, or maybe I'm just in my own head being an absolute nutcase factor, totally happened to so Tiffany is awesome. I also reach out to a very good family friend, Blair, st. Clair, otherwise known as the fabulous drag queen from season 10 of RuPaul's Drag Race, love Blair I reach out to both of them and basically was like look. My hair is falling out. I can't deal with it: I'm ready to live the wig life. Where can I get a good wig and they both told me something that I stand by as well? Was that number one you have to go with human hair? I will say I own one other weight, that is synthetic hair and it just I like my hair blonde. I, like it nice and bright and shiny and synthetic weights. Man I'll tell you what, even if you get a lace front wig, it just doesn't look to me. It looks too much like a Halloween costume. I think that the darker weights, like like black hair or brown hair, you can kind of pull off, but, like anything in life, you get what you pay for. So I think they both also recommend it the same like high-end wig company, which is freedom, hair, couture or freedom, Couture hair, something along those lines, we're talking, like God, of all wigs. If I had an extra $ 1,700 lying around, I would buy one tomorrow like yesterday today, I immediately, but I don't even have 17 extra dollars laying around so I kinda i reached back out to Blair and I was like look like. I would love to spend a lot of money on this, but for someone who can't afford you know $ 1700 wig. What are my other options and she sent me a link to the fab wigs 613 on Amazon and for those of you who aren't familiar with wigs fab 13. Wait! No hello fab! Wigs 613. A6. 13 is a platinum blonde. Now it is not the blonde that you are looking at right now, so I took a chance honestly was super nervous to order it through Amazon, because, like I mean I love Amazon, ride-or-die Amazon, I'm your girl but awake through and what's not like no freaking way. So I ordered it. I believe it was the 130 density, the 20 inch blonde 6:13 wig and was just like whatever let's go for it, so it came in the mail and I pulled her out and immediately was like. Oh my god, like very nervous. She was so golden and I am someone who likes like. I would rather have white gray hair like all like very ashy. That'S just the style, I'm totally into right now, rather than like a very golden blonde, so I immediately put her her wet, which, with human hair, you can wash dry style, curls straighten anything which I love so put. Her underwater use my shimmer lights. Purple shampoo. If you've never used purple shampoo, it is like a godsend in the blonde world, you put it on your hair and it takes out all of the brassiness yellow. So mine, I think, has you know a good amount of you know. Like lighter colors. We'Ve still got some warmth to it. I will say the hair took to the shampoo. Almost immediately like I was hit, was in the shower with the wig, and I was like. Oh my god, I'm gon na come out with a purple wig, but it didn't. I would say: do not leave the shampoo on the hair longer than three minutes worst case scenario. Wash it out see what color it is and if you need to add more you always can it works immediately, so I got her out and then it comes. This is lace front, so the difference between full lace, which Tiffany recommended and I that'll probably be my next purchase - will be a full lace. Wig full lace. Wig you can like put your hair up. You can do anything it's basically all the hair is like fed through the cap rather than tracks around the cap. So this is a lace front so from like here to here right where the I think the end of my roots hit that is, lace front. Wigs. I'Ve always heard about it and songs, and I'm like what the hell is lace front. Wig now I know so when it comes it comes farther down, it is pre plucked. However, I had to cut a lot of the lace off, so I could honestly probably go through and pluck some more, but with my middle part, I feel like these kind of hide, hide it more for my roots. These. This wig, I should say, did not come dyed. This way I actually took a two-faced eyeshadow palette. I believe it's like the chocolate palette and I literally just went in with a brush and literally true in my roots. So this is all eyeshadow and then to add on to it because to me it was a little thinner and I, like I mean I want the hair long like if I can scoot back y'all, can feel like it's past. My boobies, like I like it long so I took two tracks that I had from a previous hair extension. You know whatever - and I did add them in here, so it gives it a lot more body, I'm gon na guess that if I would have gone for the 150 density that I would have been happy with it, but with 130 me personally, it was just a Little too thin so, but you can see, I mean this is a lot of hair and it really cracks me up, because so many people are like. Oh, my god, your hair looks so good and I'm just like thanks so yeah. That is my wig review. It is a prime way because you get it within two days. I love it. I cut a couple of layers. You know, like you, can see like this right around my face. This was something that Blair did tell me. She was like look. This wig is worth the price I think I paid a little under two hundred for it, but you're gon na have to put in the work and she's like I've bought. I you know bought this wig before, but you put in the time the dye, though you know whatever you want to do to it. You really do put in work. So if you're somewhat familiar and comfortable with working with hair color or at this satin, the other. I recommend getting this wig, I love it, it is it's held up really. Well, I don't feel like it's ever gon na fly off. There are three clips. There'S a clip in here a clip in here and then up here. I'M standing go ahead and take this off because you all should get to see what it is. I do not glue it down um personally, I I don't think I could handle having awake this up. Oh I'm looking real good, but what you can see. This is the lace on the inside. Here are the two clips, so this is lace and this is like the different tracks and then there's another clip right here. I really wish they had a clip in the back, but they don't, but that kind of just rests on the back of my head. I really don't even need to wear a wig cap, but I just like to give it something else to hang on to. Yes, this is the wig as a whole. I'M gon na go ahead and take out the two wefts that I have in here just so, you can see like a really accurate view of what the wig looks like. So the long of the short is that if you are going through something whether it be a breakup, whether it be a health issue, whether it be you just want to freaking change your hair, I totally recommend getting a wig. I just I think it's so fun. My friends and family have been so supportive about it and honestly it makes getting ready in the morning so easy like I wake up, do my makeup and I let it go and plop it right on and go to work. So this is the wig. Without the wefts I mean she is still really full for me. I just love that, like thick Instagram curl like past the boobies, you know rocket, so you want to see the route that I did. I love it. I mean, let's put her back on, without my exceptions in oh and if you guys are looking for someone who does wick reviews to follow, I am borderline obsessed with lex lexi luxury number, one. What a babe and number two she she looks phenomenal and everything, but she posts really fun wigs and I have loved watching her channel so much I'll link her below to. But so this is the wig. Without my extra um, you know added hair in. Can you see the back of that? Oh crap? I hope so so these are the two weft I Pat it in sorry, they're kind of rowdy. These are foxy locks, extensions or like they look like tape, ins, but yeah. This is, this is what she looks like without it. I love this wig and I love how much confidence it brings back to just my everyday life, where I don't have to worry about. Like oh, my gosh, can you see me extension or can people tell that?
