What'S up guys, welcome back to my channel actually autumn welcome for the first time if you're new today, I'm going to be doing something! I'Ve kind of never done before, which is a unboxing, slash, install / wake review. I ended up buying this wave off this website called love me here, just because I'm kind of tired of wearing my natural hair, everyday curly hair is just kind of high maintenance and I have been straightening my hair, as you can see in this picture, but straightening. My own hair, not only does it take a long time, but also just the maintenance, is a lot like having to put heat on my hair every day I was living in Atlanta where it's super humid, and it was just too much upkeep plus I didn't want To damage my real hair, so I was like girl just get you a wig, but thing is I've never really dealt with lace? Wigs, so we don't see how this turns out anyways. I ended up getting this hair from loved me hair. It'S a website and I'll link the exact way that I purchased down below in the description box. Also, this is not a sponsored video. They did not pay me for this. I spent my hard-earned coins on this hair, so no funny business, I'm gon na be giving y'all a real review. I got the glueless lace wig. Let me just look at my notes, because I can't do this by memory. Okay, yeah. I got the 180 density. Frontal lace, wig, glueless and pre plucked, and I spent let me look at my bank statement. I paid $ 159 and 68 cents, which is pretty good. I think considering it's a lace wig and it came pre plugged and all that good stuff, and I ordered it on last Tuesday and I ended up getting it on the following Monday. So it took about six seven days to get from Guangzhou China to Texas, which is pretty good. If you ask me so yeah I'm going to go ahead and do the unboxing I'm going to show you all how the wig arrived we'll add in arrived in this. It came in a UPS package you get, but I'm saying the packaging looks like this and I actually really like it. It'S really pretty really professional-looking. Take this bow off. Let'S get to the videos here: okay, when you open it, it looks like this very nice. Very nice, the hair is sitting on top in this little purple, baggie we'll get to the here in a second, let's see what else is in this bag? Oh, no! What I was looking for it because they said on the website that I was gon na get a free, straightener, slash, curling iron. I was like, let me see if they really about it. They are about it kind of tiny, which is good cuz. I travel a lot, so you just throw this in your carry-on okay, this is really cool, it has their brand name on it turn it this way. You can see it. It says, love me right here, and this is super cool. I'Ve never really seen a utensil, not a utensil, a tool like this, so it's a curling iron as you can see, but it's also a straightener like that's, really cool. I actually really can't wait to use this and see if it actually works. Alright, let's see what else we have, I know the thing: what I think it is no way. No, they didn't know they did not yo love me really sent me some face, masks like what. How many is it here for y'all this hair company sent face mask that is so sweet? This is like one of those scarves I think for when I put on this lace, wig Tori like put on your hair and like wrap it wow, wow, okay, okay, I'm like, but wait, there's more okay. They sent some bobby pins, which you know is the girls. We can just never keep up with bobby pins. I can buy a thousand and have one left at the end of the month. Okay, love me deserves all my money like just take it. They got some tweezers in here. Okay, they also gave this super cute hair clip. I will wear it too. Y'All deserve my free promotion at this point, cuz like what it says, love me and then the last thing in here is just this little. What is this called? Not spandex, it's like you put it on the back of your wig to make your wig stay in place. So I don't know if I have to sew this onto the way or if it's an extra, let's see, because we have not hooked in the hair. Yet so opening the hair, like I said this is 18-inch. It comes in this lunch, lady hair net thing: oh no, it comes with one of those spandex things on there. So I don't have to put on this. Is the hair Wow? It'S like really soft. This wig is pre plucked. So let's see what the front looks like, so this is the front of the wig. What it looks like I will say I can see on the camera that the knots aren't bleached, which means like those little things at the root, how the hair is like. Actually on the lace, you can see them they're like little black dots. So I probably will don't have to put like some makeup or something on there just so it blends and more and looks more realistic in natural. Let'S see what this pre pluck is looks like you know. What let me just go get one of my mama's wig heads, because showing all this on my hands is not working. Alright, this is better. So, let's just brush this back, oh okay, she is pre plucked. Yes, ma'am, this hairline actually looks pretty good. Okay, I see up to baby ears. Okay, I know this like actually looks really really good. I'M actually excited to put it on now, but first I must wash my hair and then cornrow my hair, and then we can get down to business alright. Now hair is all clean, washed and ready to go. Now. I'M about to just put my hair in about six to eight cornrows, going back to the back of my head, because I just want my wig to lay as flat as possible and look realistic. So my Holy Trinity of hair products - really is this Garnier Fructis leave-in moisturizer, this jamaican black, castor oil. My last go-to product is just this pink kids, detangling spray I mean my go-to is not the pink brand, but this is what it looks like really just any detangler spray on that ethnic hair care aisle will work. If you have hair like mine, I'm really not sure what hair texture mine is. I think it's like 4b - maybe not really sure, but this is my natural hair. I'Ve done nothing to it. I literally just got off the shower and put this towel on my head for the last, like 10 minutes just to like let it dry. So it's not too dripping wet and hard for me to manage. So I'm just going to start by putting my hair into four sections and then detangling each part and then putting the leave-in conditioner and the oil on it. And then I'm going to just go ahead and braid. It real, quick and then I'll be back. Now that that's finished, I'm going to go ahead and put on my wig cap and try on the wig, for you guys put a little. I did forget to say earlier that this wake has straps in the back, so you can make it fit your head. A little bit more, which is a plus Wow, this parting space is really deep and I'm really a side part kind of girl. So let's see what the side part looks like see, I'm just gon na go ahead and click the weight. Now, as far as I can tell the side, part right here needs to be widened up a little bit. It just doesn't look natural in my opinion, or maybe it does on camera. Maybe I just need to put some concealer on it. It looks better on camera than it looks in my mirror right here. I'M gon na go ahead and do it, because if I mess up this part then I can just like make the part a little bit closer here over here. Okay, I even put some of my foundation underneath the wig in here just to make it a little bit more of my skintone. Now I'm going to put the weight back on okay, I feel like I might have over plucked my part a little bit too much right here. I should have left this hair right here. So that may be a problem, but hey you live in. You learn. I'M actually going to use this hair eyeshadow thing I got from Walgreens a few years ago just to see if I can fill in that space and make it look a little bit more natural, okay, I think we're back in business now. So, let's see what the sides look like, but still seem kind of thick, so I'm just gon na pluck this. While it's on my head, alright guys it is the next day. I stayed up way too late last night, trying to pluck the front of this leg and just gave up, because I was too tired. So I did finished plucking the wig off camera, just because I needed to just get it. How I wanted it to be and trying to do it on camera was just too hard, but when I figure out a way to record it and when I get a little bit better at it, I will record it and make a video on it. So now I'm about to put on the wig and try to cut the lace. Now this is the scariest part, because if you mess up cutting the lace than your whole wig, it's gon na look ridiculous, so fingers crossed that this works out. Now I'm just going to straighten the hair with the straightener, a slash, curling iron that came in the package. I figured out a bit later that if I actually clamp the two hot plates together by squishing, the white part together at the end of the straightener it'll, actually straighten the hair a little bit better. I was a bit weary. I wasn't really sure that the straightener was going to work, but, as you can see on the right side, my hair is pretty straight compared to how the hair came in its natural body wave texture. Now I'm just going to separate the hair into tinier pieces and just wand curl it I like my hair, more wavy than curly. So this is my go-to method, so it was about here that I realized that my hair was just all one layer and I hate when hair is all one layer, so I just went ahead and tried to give myself some layers around my face. Have I moved on to the other side? I just went ahead and started by cutting the layers around my face, just to make it a little bit easier when I start to curl now, I'm just going to use my trusty dusty Palmer's edge control just to lay down my baby girl. Lastly, I'm just going to take some of my foundation powder and add it to the front of the lace just so it blends in with my forehead a little bit better and that's it hope you enjoyed this video guys, don't forget to Like and subscribe and I'll See you all next time, thanks for watching
