Hey guys Krispy here and today's video is very very exciting for me, because this is my very first wake review video I get tons of questions on. Where do you get your wigs? Where is that from what kind of wig is it, and most of the wigs that I get our custom-made for me by companies that I find online, and I get a lot of complaints about the price they're really really expensive, wigs because they're custom made. So I wanted to do kind of like a little experiment and buy a wig online, that's more affordable to see what you would get. So this is like my unboxing first impressions of this wig that I bought from RPG show. So the wig was three: oh dang. Wait it was $ 400. Actually, I'm just looking back at my order and I bought this under a Black Friday sale, so the wig was actually 399 dollars, but with the discount it came to 320 99. So it comes in this box. Like this, I ordered the ear tape too, which was only a dollar, and it comes with some instructions, then so the wig comes like this. I'M already like this does not look like the color that was pictured on the website. It comes with a nude wig cap. Then it comes with this little catalog thing too. This is the in vogue me: zero, zero to blonde hair blog cut human hair, full lace wig. This is 14 inches. The hair texture is silky, so I ordered the blonde to be just like how its pictured on the website, but it's just this is orange. This is it matches the background. This looks like the et wig yeah, so this is what the inside of the wig looks. Like and it has two combs on the sides and then one on the bottom you're definitely gon na need to put on the elastic band. Otherwise all it will take is like a swift gust of wind and this thing will fly off. I know it's happened to me before. Actually, I know that's never happened, but a lot of people ask me that. Did I ever flown off your head, I'm like not yet so. Full means that, like the hairs are pulled through this cap, instead of tracks being sewn on throughout the wig, I have a really big head houses. My giant brain this is orange dude for $ 400. I'M pissed. This does not look like the picture, see how it's really blunt right here. I can tweeze this to make it more natural, looking and just more sparse. Well, I think I need to bleach the knots too so that it doesn't look like you, don't see those little squares right there. So I really wanted to do this video just as an experiment to see what $ 400 or $ 300 on a wig would get you and obviously I'm disappointed by what I got. So I think what I want to do is do like a follow up to this video. Do a wig makeover and see what it looks like when I bust out on my little tricks. We can tweeze, the hairline, will bleach the knots and will dye it and we'll see how we can make over this way and see if it was a bit - and I actually like dyeing my wigs, I do it in my kitchen, which is fine but yeah. Let me know, since it's yellow, I don't know we might be limited on what colors we can make. It it'll be interesting to see the before and after so I would like to also give a disclaimer that I am NOT a wig expert, I'm a wig enthusiast and it's a very, very vast subject and there's so much to learn. There'S so many little tricks. So I'm still learning about them along with you guys, so I invite anyone who has tips or tricks to leave them down in the comment section and you can make it a discussion. Nonie Fuss: That thing seriously looked like a dollar store Halloween wig. For 400 bucks I'd be SO pissed, hell, for 40 bucks I'd be pissed. Cheaper wouldn't make it any less ugly.
alma: I feel like a $300-$400 wig is still too expensive for the average woman. Especially because most people would want to have more than 1 option. Can you find something on Amazon that's under $140 and maybe can be tweaked if needed as well? That'd be awesome

Dicegirl72: I wouldn't mind having to make an $80- $100 wig work with tips & tricks, but for the money you paid, that is downright shameful. Between the color it arrived in, the stark contrast of the roots and the color, and the way the roots are so unnatural looking... I hate that you're going to have to bust out tricks to get this to look good after spending so much money.

Andrea Gunn: Return, return, return!!!!!! Do not bleach, tweeze, or dye it or they won't take it back. You shouldn't have to pay that much for a wig that looks nothing like it was pictured when you paid for it. Love you CHRISSPY!!
Apocalypse Frau: Yikes. Glad to see that you're a good sport about giving it a makeover (bleach the knots, tone the color, adjust the roots for a more natural appearance). That said, you can find beautiful, heat friendly, Swiss lace front synthetics for a fraction of that price as well as HH full lace units for much less online at Divatress, Sam's Beauty, etc.

Gwen Kennedy: When buying a full lace wig it's always in ur best advice is to buy it natural color and color it yourself or have someone else do it. Also you can trim the front on the wig to frame your face. Now if you want ur wig to not come off try the got2b styling gel on the lace part with a blow dryer and the girl is not moving. Hannah Williams: Chrisspy, you should learn how to knot hairs into the wig, just take a few strands from the back. That way you can add more to the lace on the front to blend it better. If you tweeze too much there's so coming back and it can easily damage the lace. Knotting would also help were the part was too wide! Hope you see this xx

Adri: I wouldn't pay more than 350 for a real hair wig with full lace. It's worth it. Because if you buy cheap wigs they don't last and you end up paying the same amount over time. But I learned to just buy natural black hair in the length you want and then cut or dye it. That shit from RPG show is ridiculous. I've heard they make really good wigs. But that's terrible.
