Hey, I know that a lot of you out there are as curious as I am, and a couple of years ago, when I started my channel. I really did that because there was a lack of resources out there for us with consumers about the different wig companies and brands, and so I brought I brought you a look at many brands and styles over the last couple of years and information and opinions and Things just to help you get. You started in your lifestyle wearing wigs and also how to enjoy them more in your life style of wigs. So I was naturally curious about Henry Margo's, so who is Henry Marku? I had the pleasure of speaking with Henry Margo over the past several weeks. I'Ve agreed to do a couple of reviews for them. They sent me a couple of wigs to try and - and I'm really fascinated by their stories. So what accompany those wigs was this beautiful catalog here? But this is the beautiful 2018 catalog very well done on the inside of that catalog is their story and family history, so they're their company actually started with William market, which was Henry Marcus father. He was a milliner in Philadelphia in the early 50s he's specialized in high-end hats, and then, when he was preparing his business for Henry Margaux in the early 50s, they ended up getting into wigs and became a an international brand, very known for their excellence and craftsmanship And customer satisfaction, so I thought that that was really a neat backstory, but it's what's even neater is that for 67 years that wig company has never changed hands. It'S always been in the family and they've, just really dedicated them their company to providing cutting-edge styles and proprietary blends for fibers, and - and things like that, so I was really excited just to review a couple of their wigs. Now, what I've ever eaten you is to give these to charity. The purpose of me reviewing this wigs is to get the information out there to you just so that you're more informed, I'm not here to try to gather up free, wigs, so I'll be taking these down to the Cancer Association here locally. You they're very sorely under-resourced. There, the one time that I sell the wigs that they had available for, ladies, that were going through chemotherapy, were it just made my heart sink. They were, they were used. Most of them were gray in color and they were older, outdated styles, but with a lot of just a Nestea look to them, and I thought to myself: I'd rather probably go bald and not wear a wig. If I had to where would that look like that? So um I'll be making these donations along with some other wigs from my own wardrobe I'll be taking down. I know I have more Henri Margaux, wigs in my closet than I remembered I had so what started it all was my my love for paulina, which is Henri Margaux style, and I was looking for the perfect curl in the triple curl pattern on this public. Just hit the spot for me a couple of years ago, so that kind of started my love for that brand and then I fell in love with Kendall, and I think everybody knows kendall very beautiful new release a couple of years ago and then most recently, hayden And peyton and others, so they really make some amazing beautiful styles. So I was really interested in and curious about getting to the to know them a little bit better. So this is the first doll that they sent me and I'll be reviewing that today. So, show-and-tell time this is Rachel in there. Naturally, yours collection, now the the naturally yours collection of Henri Mar goo they that collection is really the hallmark of that collection is realism and beautiful, modern style. So what you'll find in that collection is typically a faux lace front. A full monofilament top you'll find very lightweight silky fibers, a very natural movement and density on those styles. So let's take a look at Rachel now it there they sent these wicks to me. They understand that I'm giving you an honest review of these Styles, so I'm not being paid or compensated. This is just all for your information, so rachel is a beautiful short layer cut just perfect for the upcoming bring in summer. I think, and I've had it on here all morning, trying to get familiar with it, so I could give you the review and I'm just in love with this little style, so the color is 26 th. 26 th is a beautiful mix of gold blondes. So you have a medium gold blonde based color there and then in there you also have some light very pale gold blonde, highlighting it's a beautiful, very light blonde color and it's and it has a warm appearance overall. But it's not a glaring gold color. It'S not a rooted color, but I do want to show you a rooted version of this color, so the 26 gr they've actually shown Rachel in that color in their catalog. So here's the beautiful Rachel in 26g R, which is a gradient root. It'S the rooted version of the same color that I have on here. Isn'T it cute such a cute style, so the bangs are about six inches, so that's gon na come down just below my cheekbone there's some varying lengths and layers in here. I love all the layering, I think you will too it just makes it really nice, nice and movable lots of texture. The back of the wig is about five inches and then about two and a half on the nape, and it only weighs two point: three five ounces perfect for the warm summer months or warm climates Rachel has a full temple to Temple, hand-tight, lace, front and monofilament Top, let's go ahead and linger on that lace front! It'S very well done! The knots are very fine and light in color and it's a temple to Temple, making it very beautiful for off of the face styles, and then it has a full monofilament top in that monofilament top goes all the way. It'S a it's just a true monofilament top. So it runs the entire top of the wig plus back into the crown it's a layered cute cut. It would be so cute if you used a little bit of texture cream to pull out some of that texture or you can wear it very smooth. This wig has very limited permit ease, so you'll find some may be around that mono top just enough to obscure the Westing. There'S nothing pillowy about it. The Henri Margot's, Payton and Hayden and even kendall feature a lot of permit T's because they're longer and they have curly wavy texture to them. So you'll typically find more permit ease and a style like that. But this one very little permit ease you won't find any in the back or around or around the neighbor ear. The fibers are silky and soft, so I can just picture them just floating floating on a breeze here, silky and feathery find in yur I mean so. Each one of the fibers seems like it's really really fine and then the density is very nice, very realistic density, and I love how this five-inch crown so I've kind of figured out what wigs I like the best when they're short like this is, if it has At least four inches on the crown, because that gives me a little bit of a profile behind. So, even though this is a full mono top and there's very limited, permit ease the way the fibers are sewn in there you're going to get a little bit of a bump behind the crown just enough to give you a very feminine soft silhouette. But if it's at least four inches back there, you get some sort of fullness and volume at the crown which I like. I think that gives you a very feminine silhouette versus one that kind of, if you're below three inches on the crown it kind of gives. You that squared off look in the back, where it's too tapered and too short. This was just perfect I'll, go ahead and do a spin and a turn so take note of the movement of his hair. The scale of the style I feel like the wind can kick up, and you would be just fine with this there's enough left in here enough hair covering the West that you really wouldn't see through to the wedding. Here'S that look at the inside of the cap for Rachel - it's very lightweight this wiggle live - weighs 2.3 ounces. It'S very lightweight. This cap is very stretchy. It just feels like nothing on it has a temple to Temple, hand-tied lace, front. The lace front is very deep and then there's a seam that leads into the full monofilament top and that monofilament top is as big as my hand a lot of times. They'Ll scoop out a little bit on the top and call it a monofilament top. But they don't skimp it all. On this monofilament feature, it goes all the way back to touch the crown it has beautiful velvet lined ear tabs nice sturdy stays in there and there's a lot of hair, that's spliced in and that's really important for a short style that gives you amazing coverage. These are the velcro adjusters, which are my favorite, and then it has an extended open nape. This one has a lot of stretch to it, despite the fact that it's a mono top, it has amazing stretch. One thing I can tell you about Henry Marku caps is that they run about true to average. I do have to cinch in the adjusters on every Henry Margo wig, because I am a true petite average circumference and I feel like there would be enough stretch and adjustment to get you up to an average large very comfortably. Let'S take a look at some styling for this style. Now, I'm going to point out some features that I think will inspire you to do some styling on this with with great confidence. So you've got the lace front and the full monofilament feature that it's gon na be great for versatility. The other thing that I love about this short style is the coverage, those that your tabs do come out. In fact, very good, very, I would say a little better than average there and the way that those fibers are sewn into the ear tab. It gives you some amazing coverage. All you have to do is kind of sweep that hair forward off the ear tab to completely obscure any bio, bio hair, and that leaves you the flexibility to do what you want with all of the other hair. The other thing that I love about this is that the nape is two and a half inches and it's very easy to scoot that nape around your ear. I have some bio hair that usually sticks out right there behind the ear on either side. The way it's curls that kind of comes out, so I have to be extra cautious when I'm wearing a very short style with a short nape. This one has ample hair that I can just scoop around the ear to obscure any bio hair and go out and not worry that it's escaping right there behind the ear. So I think you could actually take some texture cream of some kind and just really scrunch in and pull out some of that texture. This is one style that I think is super classy that it could transition very easily from the workplace to an evening event. It could be both professional and casual, so you could get a very wide part. You could bring it off of the face. You could actually slick it back and tuck behind the ear for a kind of ashy evening. Look all you would need is a little bit of styling cream or some wig spray to hold it. You could change the part in my case, I always wear it on the left, so I'm going to change it to the right would look really cute. So this is one full monofilament top style that isn't flat. These fibers are contoured. You know in a way and sewn in in a way that really gives you some lift. If you want it, but it's not in a natural lift you're not going to get skyscraper lifts out of this way, because there's no permit ease to support that this is going for a natural more of a natural look. So what I love to do, too, is maybe parted down the middle for something different and then scoop the hair in kind of has a retro feel to it. Doesn'T it so that'll, be it for my review for the Henri Margaux Rachel be sure to check out any further reviews that I have in this? Who is Henry Margaux series and everybody take care I'll, see you next time on tabatha closet,

Terri Bowman: And while I was watching this video I went on line and purchased this wig! I am an addict! I wish I had not waited so long to invest in wigs. When you can get them on sale, they can cost less than 1 trip to the hairdresser for color, highlights and cut!

MichelleM: I loved that review Taz!..the history and the wig Rachel..you look so classy in her and once again the styles you create are gorgeous!..your so beautiful and photogenic..you make any wig look like a million bucks!..and your love and caring for those cancer patients is sooo heart touching and generous..Your my Hair Hero! OR Hair Heroine❤❤❤

Frankie Lee: You've motivated me. I've been holding on to three to six wigs that I thought I'd "do something with one day" or could "reuse" in some fashion, HM's "Hayden" being one of them. I just called my local American Cancer Society to donate. There are women out there traveling my path who need wig help NOW! Thanks for the inspiration. I always feel better giving than receiving. My "stuff", but whatever. xx Wendy

Sunday Sommers: Love this style and color. Would like to see the rooted version. I prefer them, but not when the root is too dark. You do an amazing job with your reviews. Always enjoy them and learn so much. My sister is having hair issues now, so I showed her some of your reviews and told her about Cysterwigs. She was relieved to see how beautiful wigs can be and to have a great teacher at her fingertips. Thank you!

Gerri W: Thank you Taz. What a wonderful review so much great information . I appreciate the time you give all of us wig wearers with your in-depth discussion on all the wig features.

Shelly Mac: Thanks for telling us about Henry Margu. I always like knowing about a company if I am going to purchase something from them. I think it is wonderful that you are donating wigs. I know a lady who had breast cancer and the (free) wig she got was horrible. It was jet black and almost looked like a halloween wig. I love this Rachel wig. It is super cute.

The Body,Mind&Spirit Channel Cynthia Greer: You are a real blessing Taz ! When I was losing my hair I went down to the center to get a free wig. In my area they were all an ugly brown, short and wiggy looking. I was so discouraged that I ended up buying my own. So many women don't bother because they can't afford to get a wig. You are helping so many women with their self esteem ! Hugs to you !

Liz Lyons: This is just what I needed this morning, Taz! I keep buying wigs and then realizing some of my previous purchases are no longer right for me. I recently gave away about a dozen, but had no idea where I could donate them. I buy wigs and only returned one, once, without having taken it out of the box because I knew the color wouldn't work. I hate returning things, so I am going to see if there is any place locally -- related to cancer, which my SIL and my mother both had -- that would like to have them. All my wigs are from the past five years and high quality. That said, I want to consider Henry Margu wigs more seriously, based on your video. I haven't purchased any, but having been eyeing Kendall. Thank you so much, Taz. Your videos are getting better and better, as are Heather's. XO

Dan C: So glad you are showing this! Margu is stepping up their game in the Naturally Yours line, even in their manufacturer pics! Thanks!

PJ Mundy: I have had quite a few HM wigs. They fit me well and been very happy with them! Thanks for this informative video Taz!

Jackie Marsh: Rachel is a cute wig, you look so pretty in her Taz!! This video was so put together!! You are such a wonderful, beautiful, classy, and adorable, lady Thank you for all you do my friend!! xoxoxo

mary allen: Taz, this wig is adorable on you. Bless you and Henry Margu for donating this wig to your Cancer Charity. Have a great weekend. Enjoy! Love & Hugs P.S. I hope your Mother is doing well...

rxstrmom: That is so cute Taz - I love the style and I love the color. Great job!!! xoxo patti

cinnie2: I love this wig on you. A question though. I've looked at other reviewers of the same wig and it looks so much flatter. Did you add anything to volumize it, or is it just from using your fingers to style? I like it best the way you show it.

Jan Hope: Love your reviews on wigs......I love this style on you. Also the nape is longer on this wig which is great.....thanks for doing a beautiful job on your videos

Terri Bowman: I recently Purchased Harper and just love it! I will likely own more as time goes on. I already have 20 wigs. So I need to wait.

Growing Older With Style: I love Henry Margu wigs. Love the styles, the look of the "hair'" and especially Paulina and his recent ones. I just wish he had my platinum colors.

Kathleen Ryan: Ooh this is so informative. Still watching but Rachel reminds me of a high end TOB Pheobe I was looking at this..thank you Taz..a beautiful wonderful woman..so glad I met you. xxox

Carol Geissinger: Taz it’s carol. I have had cancer 3 times. These women will be so grateful. It’s so embarrassing loosing your hair.Thank you for your donations.God Bless you. I hope Colton is doing better. I pray for him every dY

cinnie2: I think the donation thing is wonderful. Good for you and the company also! By the way, I plan to order this wig. Is there a link that would give you some kind of perk? I'll be ordering the color ring first, and then decide on the wig.

Suz: hey pretty lady, this wig looks gorgeous on you, great informative video my friend :) Big hugs from me across the pond ~~ Susan xoxo

julie evans: Taz, thank you for this review. What do you like better between JR ignite and the HM Rachel? Thanks, Julie.

Sunday Sommers: I love this wig! There is one thing holding me back though. When you show the top up close, I see a whitish strip on the cap. Is it noticeable in real life?

Sharon Brown: I love Henry Margu wigs.

Michele KT: Very interesting video Taz! Thank you!

Marion Muolo: Fabulous work!

julie evans: Taz, I see where you put this hair behind your ears. I know with JR ignite, it feels like a lot going on when it is behind my ears, are the ear tabs thinner on the HM Rachel? Thanks, Julie.

mature audience: God bless your heart. You're as sweet as you are pretty!

Pamela Eads: Taz I live in Kent Ohio I lost my hair due to a kidney transplant I have been wanting to know where you go to purchase your wigs I have been ripped off severely ripped off by some of the local stores that I have gone to in Canton Ohio and from the various web sites I prefer to go where I can try the wigs on and I just have lost all my trust can you please help me
