Hey everybody. Welcome back to tattoos, wait closet at wake studio, one I'm going to show you a brand new style by trestle war. Today, they're coming out with a lot of new ones. This year, this one's called razor cut shag. It is so cute in those product photos isn't it, but there is a lot you want to know about this style. The full review coming up razor cut shag. The name says it all right. This is a short little kind of retro inspired shag cut and today it's in the color 24. 102. R12. Let'S take a look at this color first now, there's 24. 102 12 is a very pale warm blonde. So what you're going to see is a medium blonde base. Color, I think, that's pretty obvious, and then you have some some platinum run through it. Now that platinum is on the warm side as well. So overall, it is a very dynamic pale warm blonde. Now, all of that is supposed to be, according to the description, a light brown root. It really does read medium to me and it's pretty. It stands in contrast to the very light blonde. So, let's dig into the specs here right around 4 inches. I would say on this fringe now: that's that fringe is very wispy. It'S not heavy and thick. It can be parted in multiple directions and then it kind of blends back into the stuff, so you're seeing a little bit shorter and then it kind of gets a little longer as you move down on the bang. So that's about four to four and a half inches there. It'S striking me just at the top of my cheekbone nice wispy, look to them now, overall, in the back, I've measured it from the crown to the tip of the hair in the back. That'S between eleven and a half and twelve inches, and there's some flips back there that kind of skew with that measurement a little bit. But this is a true shag cut, so you're going to see plenty of layering all around. It weighs about 2.8 five ounces and it is open cash soon. As I ran my fingers through it, I'm like yeah. This is a heat friendly fiber. It feels like heat friendly fibers, so it's it kind of mimics Hume hair in that it has a bit of a silky cuticle all over. I looked at on the trestle or website. They call this the effortless fiber and it is heat friendly up to 320 degrees. So you can use your heat appliances on this style and you know what I think there is a nice benefit to that. Not only does it feel kind of like silky like human hair, but you can also manage to really customize this. If you get it out of the box and it doesn't work for you immediately, it's a nice light, textured fiber again normal trestle, lower fiber, non heat friendly kinda is very fine and dry. This is very fine, but but silky it is not a dry fiber. It'S a light density style all over. It'S not a whole lot of hair here, it's plenty of hair and it gives a nice realistic density. I kind of just shook this out and put it on and arranged it with my fingers. There'S really nothing I have done. I haven't taken any heat to it. I haven't put any product in it, so you're gon na want to know that when you bring it out of the box and give it a good shape that these layers are just gon na flip out all over the place, because sometimes with a synthetic fiber with A nice light density when you get some kind of Perpetual flips here it gives the illusion that it might be fake hair right. It just kind of looks like dull hair back there, you're really gon na want to get in there and just sort of rough it up. You can even use the heat from your hands. I think I would warm up my hands and then flip under doing that. A couple of times and pulling it in and you can already see where that might be taking a bit of an effect. So the big question is always permit ease, so on this style they use what they call a pre tears fiber, that's where the fiber is actually teased and crimped on the on the root ends, so when they sew it in and get you to the natural volume It also provides a little bit of coverage for the cab. There'S no thick pillowy permit cheese anywhere anywhere on this style. The most deer permit tease is going to occur at the top. That'S going to give you a little bit of gentle volume, but it's not going to be huge and round because there's none of that really thick pillowy permittees at the bottom. So the difference is on a Preeti's fiber. They aren't adding in the extra fiber to the wig, they're, actually teasing one end of the fiber that you already see to give it a little bit of natural, lift and volume without adding any extra hair or weight to the style. So this makes it a nice cool, comfortable style. So if you're really liking this style - or you just want to check it out a little bit further with all of the different colors, be sure to look below for a link to the wig studio. One where you will find all of that information, as well as a promo code. Here'S an inside look at the cap for tres alors, a razor cut shag. It'S an open cap design at the front you'll see a nice velvet piece. It does seem to be very comfortable. There'S the open web, some atop, a closed velvet ear, tab lots of fibers spliced in there great coverage, lots of Westing an extended velvet nape with Velcro style adjusters. This fits average right out of the box. I did not make any adjustments to fit a petite average circumference, but there's those seem to have some stretch so we're styling. Let'S first take a look at glasses, so the glasses seem to fit nicely between the ear in the ear tab. The ear tabs I've just described you're pretty substantial there, but there's very little to no permit use to to make glasses a problem with the fit. So I think they fit very nicely. So I love to tuck a shag behind the ears. It'S just natural when I have a shag cut, I love tucking, it just kind of accentuates the layers and kind of accentuates the wisp penis of a style. However, we can always pull that out from behind the ear and you'll see that that shaggy texture continues. You can just kind of flirt with those layers around the face to give a nice framing effect. So thank you so much for joining me today for a look at this trestle or razor cut shag style be sure to check it out at wig studio, one. All of the links are below we'll see you next time on tattoos way, closet at wig studio, one

Amy Pie: Thank you for reviewing this one Taz, I have one of these on backorder for a while (a couple of the new shades haven’t been available). I was hoping someone would review this style so I could see what modifications I might need to make. She looks really cute on you!

Suzanne Dawson: Thank you for reviewing this style. I have had it on my radar for some time, but the only review I saw, said it was way too heavy on the perma-tease; something I’ve learned to steer away from because I have naturally thin, fine hair. But I LOVE this style and can’t wait to try it!

Marlene Fab & Glam Over 50: Thanks, Taz! I almost ordered this but after watching, I know it's not for me. However, I can see how adorable and cute it is for someone that loves these styles. There is no denying it's a great piece and with the 20% going on now at WS1, it's really affordable! XOXO

Andy Cummings: Love shorter styles for our tropical summers. Such a cute & sassy style. Ordered for the back to the office freshness! Thank you for a great review.

Jerilynn Vitale: Thank you Taz for your honesty and description of all the wigs you review.. it's so very helpful when trying to decide and the only option is buying online! BTW I love the look of this during your outdoor preview!!

AJ Row: Oh my, Taz, this is just beautiful on you! I’m thinking of buying this one! I mean you could throw a bag on your head and it look stunning on you! Just love, love, Love your warmth and sweet spirit! Thanks for sharing!

Brenda Gregory Yuen: Such a cute style! I'm a pixie girl, especially in summer! I love the color too. I've NEVER owned a TressAllure wig! I noticed you mentioned it has "some stretch" and fits average right out of the box. I have a 22 1/4" circumference...I'll have to look around and see if it would fit me. Cute! Cute! Cute! Taz -- thank so much.

Melanie Simpson: Cute style..I've always liked the shag cuts. Thanks for the review Taz! xoxo

LuLu Kellogg Atelier: Oh my goodness Taz....I adore this style and especially the color! Looks gorgeous on you! xo

Jill Lynn Beauty Therapy: Absolutely adorable on you! Love the shaggy styles.

Elizabeth Phillips: I've had my eye on this one! Hoping someone would make a video review, I love it! Thank you Taz! ;)

Judi Bechhoefer: You always look beautiful in the styles you showcase. I have just gotten this one and am still playing with it.

Maria Daquila: That’s darling, Taz. I like that it can be worn in a casual way and then smooth down for a more dressy look.

Pamela Prescott: Very cute style. I had this style back in the 70s about the same color also. Always loved the Shag ,love it behind the ears that's the best. Stay sweet , Hugs

Mileetn: Great review and cute style. I have always loved a shag! May have to check this out.

sdraper2011: So cute on you! Love the glasses info and styling ideas, as usual.

Stacy Freeman: This wig is so cute on you! I like the style the best when you are outside and I love how the end wisps out. It's kind of like my haircut but I like the bangs better than mine and the roots. I don't have roots. I usually get low lights and highlights but want to start getting my hairstylist to leave roots. I just recently bought the editor's pick shaded biscuit and really love it! I'm thinking of buying this one! You are always dressed so cute and are really pretty! You are also very entertaining and informative! :) The styles always look cute on you too! :) I wish I could wear these out but can't right now, which I pray we can soon!

Connie Feltman: I love it! Wish they had one longer! Nice color!

Patty Carosi: This is very cute. Always a good review of something different. Thank you Taz

Jean Jacobs: Greetings Taz! I really like this style. My bio hair flips up like that. I do think the root is a bit too dark for the overall color though. Thanks for reviewing her! Blessings

StudioQ: TAZ! I love this on you! I am going to look at it in a different way now because you modeled it! I love the height on top! I am going now to look at it. WOW!

Susan Cain: Absolutely adorable on you! I love this wig!

Cindy Terrell: I was so hoping that you would review this,! I really thought I wanted to order but now seeing it I don’t like the top looks unnatural , it’s too something thank youyou

Monika's Beauty & Lifestyle: Such a cute style! Love it!

Terrie Severson: In my opinion this shag razor cut is more trendy and youthful than what I expected. After watching your RW video of her version of the razor cut in today’s presentation, I still prefer Tressallure. Now, if this was in a mono top , non HD, and with a smaller cap and EW soft fibers I would own it today! Have you ever thought of designing your own wigs with the best combo features , all in one? I think your inputs our be welcome in the manufacturing world. Thanks for the great video, you can tell after 2 months of lockdown my mind I wandering. LOL!

Jackie Marsh: Love The Shag Taz!! You Look Gorgeous in Her!! I Think Just About Everyone Can Wear This Style!! Thank You For a Perfect Video as Alwsys my Friend!! Love and Hugs!! XOXOXO

romantic horror: This is super cute, if only it was a bit longer. They come out with this cut in an almost shoulder length, and I'm there.

Connie Steve: Adorable ! So cute on you ! Fun summer style❣

Sandra G. McAlister: Adorable wig, love this one, lol...i say that a lot. Really cute, thanks Taz

Take Control Beauty: Hello Taz Now u know me so you must know this wig is totally a me style! I have a lot of subscribers who love flips and shags ! I need this to review in my color ! I love love love this ! That's for showing me this ! ❤️ Barb❤️

Angie Goodin: Love this wig on you. Just ordered it for myself. Are you using any product on it? I hope I can style it the same way. Thank you

Annette Dupuis: TAZ, you are a GODSENT !! So glad I found you on YouTube.. Thank you, thank you for your excellent tips..♥️ I am contemplating on buying this wig...It will be my FIRST !! You mentioned that this wig did not have a lot of hair. Is there enough hair to hide the wefts and does the movement of the hair show the wefts? Thank you

Joanne Hague: I have been waiting for a review on this wig. Thank you!

Sandy Manning: I enjoy watching your videos; I've learned a lot about wigs. What style would look best on someone with a full "fat" face?

Keiarah Johnston: My all time favorite. Must get it. How do I order this style of wig from you? How much Thank you for all your videos. You are so cute and go into such depth about the wigs. Absolutely love it. God bless you sweetie

Karen Pasterczyk: Hi.... I love your videos. You really get into the pros and cons of the wig you’re reviewing. But my question has to do with ordering a wig and the coronavirus. If you get something in the mail or like getting groceries you wipe it down or wash it. What do you do when you get a wig. Looking forward to your answer.

Dawn Vierra: This is one of my favorite hairstyles. And you've made it look adorable. I dont think this color will work for me. I looked at the link and the I only see one other rooted color but in red in this style. I really prefer the rooted look what is the best way to figure out if this size will fit. I am 66 and haven't had a wig since I was 18

Bonnie Drake: AND...thanks for the reply...Must say that you do beautiful job of reviewing wigs...I won’t buy one without your personal preview ‍♀️❤️

B. Perez: Love this style

Mimi Stern: Thank you. You look absolutely gorgeous!

Heather Loesch: That is so damn cute on you! If it were just a bit longer, since I'm a much bigger girl I'd buy it. If you run across another like it, but longer, plrase review it

Joan Schilling: Thank you for this review. I purchased this wig and just cannot make it work for me. The long flips in the back do not seem to go with he rest of the wig like does on yours. I did not realize it was heat friendly, so I might be able to make the flips go another way. I was considering either cutting those flips off or selling it. My face is also rounder than yours and the back is really, really long on me. But I agree that the fibers are fabulous

Dede Vaughn: I heard a woman say the razor cut shag or even cuts like RW's Voltage is old fashioned. I like the ones that flip out at the back. I think it depends on how you wear them. Meaning attitude as much as styling.

Lana Leah: Wow, looks great on you!

Suzanne Dawson: Well now that I’ve watched this several times now, I’m thinking it just might be too heavy and stiff for me. Is there any way to calm down the top of that? I really wish it had more natural movement. Would water help? I love the messy shaggy look

angelxorae88: taz I just realized the hair on the back of my razor cut wig is very thin, I can see the wefting. i love the cut though

Janean: Appreciate the no-nonsense name! At least it's different than allllll the pixies...retro-fresh!

Noni benito-Burmeister: Hi Taz..... this is very similar to “Play” by Ellen Wille.... is it safe to say that this is a sister wig of “Play”?

Lynda Keevil: It has a nice amount of permatease on top? Doesn't it? I like having permatease in my wigs.

Kimberlin Sprague: Hi Taz this caught my eye on the wig site but not sure, your honest opinion on this ? Me ... don’t think it would work for me it’s kind of like jones by estetica but shorter and it didn’t work for me either

Linda Redden: LOVE YOUR SANDALS !!!

Vicki Cobb: Thank you For the review . It looks nothing like the pic. You saved me return fees. I was interested until I saw you wearing it.

Melissa Lynn: Awww how beautiful you look. Pretty wig too.

angelxorae88: Hi Taz, I bought this in platinum blonde and dont like the color. is this one light blonde with darker roots as it looks or more golden? ty Rae

Stephanie Essex: I love this wig . Is the color like a baby blonde?

Julie Keeler: Does the wig run a little small my head is 22 in will it fit okay?

Bonnie Drake: Taz...question 4 u....was that wig right out v the box or did u fiddle w it before filming..?

Susan Buckley: I want your shoes!

Margaret herbold: I have ordered wigs and they look nothing like they do on Taz. So much hair

angela searls: You look so cute, Taz
