Hey Dalton gents today I did a video on this wig. It is from premiere at lace, wigs, and this is one of their kinky straight units. I will have the style number and everything listed below. This does have a silk top on it, and I show you how it looks straight out of the pack, and I show you how I styled this unit, so I go through start to finish. The only thing that I would change is, I would add, layers to this unit around my face. I could not find my cutting shears, which is why then at layers today, but I absolutely love this unit. My fingers run straight through this hair, which is surprising since it is kinky straight hair. I did straighten this hair and I did take out some of the hair from the parting to make it look a bit more natural. But if you want to see how I got the hair from how it looks here, so how it looks right now, then definitely stay tuned guys. So the first thing that you want to do is cut the lace off your full lace, wig after that I'm going in and I'm defining my part. This does have a silk top on it, which makes it a lot easier to part. In my opinion, I wanted to do a middle part, because I've been filling a middle part lately now for this wig to lay a little bit flatter, I am going to straighten the hair and I'm going to concentrate on the roots in the front. I don't really care about the roots in the back, because I still want the hair to have volume and kinkiness, but I just want it to lay flatter than what it is right now and I'm super sorry for this jump and clip. Like I know, half of my hair is already straightened. I have no idea why my camera stopped recording so yeah. I'M really sorry about that, but I'm just straightening the whole hair, I'm not doing anything special on any part, I'm just taking the comb and the straightener and I'm running it down the hair shaft. So after I finished straightening the hair, I'm plucking hairs from my part to make it look more natural and a bit wider than it naturally is. Now I'm going to take my curling wand and run it across the part to lay the hair down. Next, I'm going to take some hairspray and I'm going to spray it around the part to further lay the hair down and then I'm going to go over it with my curling wand. Once again. So the last and final step is applying a straightening spray to the hair and straightening around that part to really lay the wig flat. Thank you all so much for watching this video. MakeWayForCJ: I wonder if it would have been easier to flat iron it on a mannequin head and then put it on and touch up whatever was needed afterwards! I say that because I could see my arms getting tired after doing that and that would only lead to skipping areas that needed to be straightened.
