Hey guys and welcome back to my channel today, im going to show you step by step how to do a waterfall braid for beginners.. If you find this video helpfull then remember to like the video and subscribe, so you don’t miss any new hairstyles. So with that said, let´s get into the video. The first step is to take a small section at the front and split the hair into 3. Equal sections. Then take the top strand and cross it over and into the middle.. Then take the bottom strand and cross the bottom strand over and into the middle. Again cross the top strand over and into the middle.. Then you are going to pick up a small section of hair and add the hair to the middle strand Now cross. The bottom strand, over and into the middle., Then pick up a small section of hair and add it to the middle strand. I prefer to not drop the bottom strand in the this stitch, but to add hair instead, because that way you don’t have hair. In your face, but do feel free to let go the bottom stand in this stitch. If you want the waterfall effect closer to your head., Again cross the top strand over and into the middle and then pick up a new small section of hair and add it to the middle strand. Now, instead of crossing the bottom strand over and into the middle, You are going to just drop it. And then pick up a new section of hair right next to it, and this is now your new bottom strand.. So now take the new bottom strand over and into the middle. Again cross. The top strand over and into the middle then pick up a new section of hair and add the hair to the middle strand.. Then drop the bottom strand and pick up a new section of hair right next to it - and this is your new bottom strand. Then take the bottom strand and cross it over and into the middle. Now cross. The top strand over and into the middle. Then pick up a small section of hair and add it to the middle strand.. Again let go of the bottom. Strand. Then pick up a section of hair right next to the strand. Then cross. The new strand over and into the middle. Then cross the top strand over and into the middle and then add some hair to the middle strand.. Now let go of the bottom strand and then pick up a new strand of hair. Then cross the new hair over and into the middle. Again cross. The top strand over and into the middle and add some hair to the middle strand. Then drop the bottom strand and pick up a new section of hair and cross. The new sections of hair over and into the middle. Then take the top strand and cross it over and into the middle and add some hair to the middle strand.. Then drop the bottom strand and pick up a new section of hair and cross it over and into the middle.. So I decided to braid all the way to the back of the head, because I was doing another waterfall braid on the other side, and then I tied the 2 braids together to create a half up half down hairstyle, just like you saw in the intro. But you can stop the braid wherever you want. Just do a basic braid with the ends of the hair and tie the braid off or secure the braid with a bobby-pin., So that is how to do a waterfall braid for beginners.
