Hey y'all welcome back. How are you feeling with everything that's going on? I definitely wanted to get into a creative space and slay. That'S like one of my favorite things. It calms me and I wanted to bring you all along for the process. So, let's get ready. Let'S get set it's time to slay, so I purchased this crochet wood cap from the beauty supply store. It'S $ 4. Okay, we're gon na anchor her to this campus block and I'll have the links in the description box for you all and make sure that you secure her with those T pins and I'm gon na be using the fluffy wand curl, along with the ringlets wand. Curl. All by free dress, yes, okay: my goal was to use less than three full packs of hair. So keep that in mind now I'm starting off this tutorial, much like all of my other crochet tutorials and the key is to create a foundation. Now you guys are going to see me start a particular section and then move to the adjacent section. So just stick with me because we're gon na be blending two different types of textures and the last time I did this like it was interesting, and so the fact that this works so seamlessly I got ta, give you the T so right now, I'm just installing The ringlets wand curl, as you guys, can see this is a more loose curl and it's a lot neater when you do go in to create a knot and I'm gon na space, these anywhere from one and a half to two finger widths apart and I'm creating A few more gaps than normal, because I don't want this to be too dense, I'm trying to calm down on the ball, and you guys I hear you some with us to be more wearable and with everything going on this is super affordable. This gives you versatility. I wanted to show you guys ways to style it, so I think this is so appropriate for right now and like I'm high, because I wanted to give this to you guys, so you can like really soak it in and in your spare time. Do this invite your children, so you know sit with you watch you do this teach them a craft. That was the time like bond and you know distress. If you can there's you can see. I only completed a portion of that section on the side before going on to the opposite side, but I wanted to show you guys how I'm separating this hair, the ringlets wand curl, which is in this video. Still it separates a lot easier again. You phrase the more that you separate it, but with the fluffy bronco, you want to clip the ends and then separate the hair, but just be sure that you know it creates a lot of frizz which we can cut away during the styling process. So don't get too concerned now, I'm starting on these sides of the wig cap and I'm going to crochet in the fluffy bond curl. Now again, you want to crochet in the ringlets wand curl, which is a little bit more induced, and then you want to also make sure that you integrate the fluffy wand curl. But again the fluffy want curl, has more volume per curl so space it accordingly and for every fluffy wan curl, you might crochet in like two ringlets wand curls in the surrounding area. Just keep a pattern going in your head. Whatever pattern you create be consistent so that it looks you know balanced throughout the entire unit, there's no rhyme or reason. Don'T you don't confuse yourself or make it too meticulous? I want you all to have fun. I want you to. Let me know how you're doing in the comments section below I know. This is like a very intense time for a lot of you guys and if you're anything like me just taking time to yourself, which I did I just was not really down for creating content, because it felt awkward, but if you're gon na do something make it. So that you can be in your happy space and if it's hard to find that space trust me distance yourself from all things, social media get back to what matters and don't lose sight of yourself move side of your family. What is positive, what is love? What is peace and be careful about the media that you can assume because fear travels so much faster than you know the actual truth or valuable information? So panic is not gon na help, and I hope you guys are watching me do this cuz. I got off on a little tangent, you know, because I just I wanted to connect with you guys, and I really hope that you all are doing. Okay, now I'm just closing up the very top of the crochet wig cap and I'm making the knots a little closer together, but I don't want to create too much volume in that area, because again I want to keep it more natural and more realistic density. For my boys and girls, and I'm just showing you the interior of the cap, you do have three combs two at the front: one larger one at the back. I do not utilize the combs, but if you wear someone who likes extra grip security, you can definitely use that now see me. I put her on with a wig cap underneath and of course it looks a little crazy. You might be a little overwhelmed, but I'm going to start trimming the hair. I want to frame my face more so and then work around creating sort of like a circular kind of put. I like from my curly afros to be kind of round. I feel like that, looks the most realistic and it complements my face, the best for more in-depth tutorials on how to make you a crochet with what or how to trim. Your crochet would definitely check the card section in the description box. I'Ll even pin some information in the comment section, so you guys can get your life but honey. I was feeling this look and I'm really trying to show you guys that crochet wigs are a great way to give your edges your hair, just overall hairline your nape. Some time to relax and you can grow. You know your natural hair make it stronger so that you're, not you, know subjecting yourself to breakage and that's something that I'm just taking time and just allowing my hair relaxed me chilling out right now and we we have in a bowl. Okay - and this is just a great way to play up your look again - you can take it off at night if you would like to crochet it to your hair. There are ways that you can do that. I actually show that, and I will link some examples in the description box and don't forget when you are finished like trimming your hair, you can also go in and add a little bit of mousse and I feel, like the mousse just helps the curls to pop. You can also use water, don't feel pressed as if you have to use mousse, because it's not mandatory and I'm in love with this, and I like that, it's super affordable. This can last you, but you can also create different. Looks it's easy to wash so again. You can replenish your curls if you want to change them, but you can do a perm rod set a flexi rod set. Don'T let me get too creative. I mess around and just just shocked, y'all with all the possibilities, but after securing the unit with two bobby pins, I'm going to take this elastic band scrunchie. I show you guys how to create these and I'll link that in the description box, if I remember, but I'm just going to put the wig and the hair into this scrunchie and creak sort of like a little pineapple Apple Action and then use this head, wrap That I got from CeCe's closet, it is everything and I think it just goes so well again. This is something where the hair is out of your face, and you can just it's like, I think, is another way to slay. If you want a more subtle, look of course he's a more subtle head wrap, but you know I like to keep it bold. But again I'm thinking about my audience. That'S college students, high school students, people who are working in customer service. You know, maybe you want to keep your hair at your face, so you don't have to you know, have any issues with anyone or have it impede your workflow so stay focused. I hope you guys enjoyed. Let me know which style was your favorite, and would you try this? I hope you guys stay in positive spirits, my heart, my prayers and everything is with you. I know what it's like to be concerned about family and just wanting to make sure everything is okay. So, thank you so much for tuning in and until next time I want you to stay safe. I love you and I'll, see you in the next one.
