Lavy Hair | $230 Full Lace Wig | Unboxing, Undetectable Install & Styling

Enjoy in 1080p :)

Welcome Back To My Channel!!

This is an unboxing, GLUELESS installation, and quick styling tutorial on a full lace wig from Lavy Hair (www.LavyHair.com). I have not worn a full lace wig in over 4 years, so I was super excited to do this review. A few years back, a decent full lace wig retailed for around $400-600. So you could understand my excitement to share a 22 inch full lace wig for only $220 (w/ coupon applied). This is an initial unboxing, so please stay tuned for updates & check out other reviews before purchase. Please watch the entire video for tips and tricks that you can apply for lace wig installation

I received the hair in 3 days through DHL. Customer Service was excellent as we corresponded through emails. The packaging is very nice with no bad smells. I am 99.9% sure this company is affiliated with Dy777Hair based on the marketing and vast similarities. I do not believe the hair is of Indian Origin, but I do not care as long as it looks natural and is of good quality.

Hey guys welcome back to my channel at live love like 71. I am likes and in this video I am back to review some hair that was sent to me by the company levy hair. So I'm super excited because I have not had a full lace wig since, like 2010, so y'all about to see how we can make this look real. So this is the homepage to their website. This is not a Nelly express vendor and if you guys are like me and come can put two and two together, they are certainly affiliated with dy7 77 hair okay. So it is a 22 inch, wig, 130 density and for only 231 dollars. Then they gave me a $ 10 coupon code, so please check the description of how you can get this week for 221 dollars, so they do ship through DHL shipping was very fast. It took around three days and they responded to all my questions and I had no problem there. So he opened the bag. You get a nice black set and she said show that has its name written across great marketing and it does say 100 %, human hair, Lavvy, hair, so yeah. This is my first time getting a satchel, so you could tell I'm not used to nice things. So I'm really excited about this, and inside of the satchel comes the unit itself. It comes in your standard, thick um. What you call it thick plastic in the texture is Indian virgin hair, so you offer different textures or origins rather Indian Burmese and Mongolian blah see blah, but you guys know. What'S all the same, so this is the inches. This is the card and has all the contact information on the back. So please do check that out and I lost some of the footage. So this is how the hair looks in the pack. Originally, what you guys see here is a recreation of me unboxing, the wig. I had already shot this footage and I lost it. I was so mad, but, as you guys can see, it does come with a protective net as well as tissue paper to reserve the wig shape. So it came very well packaged and I'm very pleased with this. What curls you guys see here are not their original curls. This is after I just use a sulfate-free shampoo, as well as a cheap, vo5, conditioner and yeah. So, let's get to this hairline, I haven't broke out any tweezers. It'S a very nice, gradual hairline and I did go ahead and bleached about five inches over the perimeter and I only left it on for nine minutes. So the knots actually weren't that big. You really don't have to do this, but I just went ahead and did it and yeah it came out okay. So this is the results of that and one thing about bleaching a wig is, it does not really lay flat. So I had a little bit of problems as well as this middle tab, getting in my way, but um yeah, nothing to complain about. That'S, usually how most glueless units come. So it does come with four combs one right at the center of the head, two, which are located right behind the ear and one at the nape. It also does come with a stretch panel, which is very good for big head people. As myself, I am a 24 inch circumference, so I need all the stretch I can get and if you have a much smaller head, it does have the elastic strap that you can adjust one of the main things I love about this unit. Besides the price being super affordable is the hairline, so for beginners like this is like holy grill. Okay, like it already has like a nice, gradual density, and it does come with baby hairs. If you are wearing lace, frontals lace, front, wigs guys, please get baby hairs. A lot of people don't like them, but you need them. Alright, guys, hey! So I'm back and it's like 3:00 in the morning. I don't know sometime between 3:00 and 4:00 in the morning and I'm just clearly losing my mind. But if you guys, like the unit I am wearing, of course it is the natural prototype off of my website at unkempt, curls, calm y'all do like the way I just plugged my own company in there right. Okay, so I'm about to go ahead and take this unit off yeah, let's go ahead and get into the unit that I'm actually supposed to be reviewing. So this is the inside of the cap. These are the nice curls, it's more of like a very loose curly. These are not tight, curls at all. Putting on my black stocking cap right now to protect my hair up under the unit. I prefer to use black rather than a flesh tone or anything, because they just really seem to peep through the lace, and it can be really hard to count fly that sometimes it can be worse than using concealer. I'M sure you guys have seen the lace wigs with the cap that are just way too light for your skin tone. So um yeah black seems to work for me. So I'm just going ahead and just knit to my head and as you guys can see, it fits very good like I'm really happy about that - and this is the amazing hairline look at that. So I'm sure you guys can't see them a little bleached nuts, and here are the baby hairs like. I cannot wait to cut this lace like y'all. Just have no idea just a little friendly reminder that, just because it is a full lace, wig does not necessarily mean that you have to wear it as such. You can just cut the lace and wear it as a IV slip over wig and just take out some of your own hair around the perimeter. You know that's why it has combs in there. You do not necessarily necessarily have to deal with baby hairs and glue and adhesives and halos, and all that crap. So do what works for you and for 231 dollars. You cannot beat a full lace wig. So, as you guys can see, it goes all the way. Lace from front all the way to the back, imma show you guys all the partying later on in the video but, like I said, let's go ahead and cut this lace off as with most lace frontal units as well as for lace wigs. You will need to basically adhere this to your forehead or do something to get this thing in the lay flat. It'S just gon na be flimsy. You just can't put it on and go so like I said you can use adhesives such as glue or tape, or you can just use the stretch band method which I ultimately end up doing. So you can just go to Walmart purchase the material. I believe you get like three four yards for, like three bucks is super cheap. I really like this one right here. I'M just gon na go ahead and take my um. We call this stuff thread and so it's the back of the unit, so the unit is very secure. You know, as you guys can see now, if you get into a catfight, it's gon na end up on the floor and you're gon na be on WorldStarHipHop. I can guarantee it the shade room's something so it only can do so much guys, but it's gon na be very secure for everyday wear and now it's time to go ahead and cover up this halo as we like to call them, which is the lace being Shown around the perimeter of the hairline, I decided to use a toothbrush, maybe that will work better with grabbing the hair, but it still shows at the center of the unit, which is not the move. It'S super early in the morning. It'S like for something now, and I clearly am not thinking straight, because the first thing would be Alexa just cut back some of the lace I decided to get to tweezing. That'S just what happens when you're a wig maker, you just automatically think about lace, frontals and tweezing. So I'm showing you guys, my temples, which are you know a little bit sparse. Well, actually, they're doing pretty good, but you know that's usually where it seems to be thinner at on anyone's hairline something's, going to go ahead and tweeze this a bit and make this look a little more natural. I don't know why I just didn't cut the lace back originally, but honestly, what you guys see here is me cutting the lace back all the way to where the UM, the baby hairs start to wear the vendor started the baby hairs on the unit. So, unfortunately, for it to look natural, you still have to cut off some of the baby hairs around the perimeter, and I will do that later on. But this is the results right now of me: tweezing it. This side is tweeze. This side is not tweezed, as you guys can see, the vendor still did a good job. In my opinion, I mean I'm just saying, and this is my side - and this is all the hair that came off the unit yeah. It took me around 40 minutes just to do that, so I still did not think Alexis cut the unit. You know cut the lease off, so I'm still over here trying to work with this, but you know you guys will hopefully learn something from all this eventually. But it does look more natural, even better than it did before, and I'm just taking the baby hairs and smoothing them over the leaf. As promised, I am back to show you guys some more of the partying. So this is the center part and if you see that little light-skinned little lump there, that is actually the comb from underneath the unit. So that's one of the downsides about glueless units is that they sometimes do place a comb right in the center, which is kind of annoying, but if you part it to a little off center, it looks really nice, and this is the back of the unit y'all. Don'T mind my you know natural texture back there, it's nothing wrong with it. Y'All know. What'S up so when you are tweezing your unit, you have to rake the hair out of the the loose hairs from the unit, so it gets very bushy, as you guys can see. So I'm just gon na use this opportunity to define the curls again and all I'm using is plain water in my replica denim brush. So choose your poison. Do you like it, the wedding wavy or do you like it, nice and bushy? I'M sure you guys know which one I prefer so yeah. These are the ends. They look very very nice they're not super thick ends like I don't think you know. Of course, this is handmade, so it's not double drawn hair, but it's really nice and full still in all, and that's just a part that I made in the back and once again it there goes that lace. So I decided that I want to set my unit. So that it will be styled the way that I want it to dry and, of course, always default to a deep side part, but I'm just gon na use this time to let you guys see all the different parting options and how natural it kind of looks. The reason why I say kinda is because that lace is still attached, so it looks good from the viewing right now. But if I went out in public with this thing, it would not be the move, so I'm just going ahead and brushing it over to the side, and once I get done with this, I'm gon na go ahead and take it off and put it on a Mannequin head and I believe it took maybe an hour hour and a half to dry with a fan blowing, so the unit is dry and it does not drive this frizzy at all. It drives the way it did at the beginning of the video, but lo and behold I filmed me putting it on and I do not have the footage. So I'm recreating this thing again for you guys and here are the ends. They look really nice and I finally cut the lace just that little bit of lace, you're going to see the difference of how it looks on so I'm sure you can tell the difference already, which is cutting off a little bit through the baby hairs arm of The lace - and it looks really just a whole lot better. Okay, so I'm to make this look like absolutely a hundred percent flawless honestly, I think that looks best when you do have some sort of adhesive some sort of tacky just tape or something just to like. Really have it mold into your skin and a lot of the like major player. Wigmaker'S, that's what they do: the Tokyo Styles, all of them use some type of tacky glue or something spirit, gum or something to hold the lace down, but either way it can still look very natural without it we're still gon na laugh at me, because I have A nerve to call this a styling section: okay, so I'm just taking a bobby, pin and placing it behind my ear and fluffing the unit up in that style. Number one style number two is just kind of like a low ponytail, slash fun, totally forgot about style number three, which is just yeah, wasn't I'm doing in Japan. Then I changed my mind so yeah just look at this hairline guys it looks so good yeah. So I probably can take it off my forehead just a little bit but um yeah. Overall, this looks very nice. I took off the high beam light well one of them so that you guys can really see what it looks like it's not all the way down. On my sides, but now you can't tell so anyway, please please please wait for my update on this hair, because the unit itself is constructed very well. It'S super late, 5:55 a.m. in the morning, I'm about to go to sleep, but as far as armed unboxing goes and the construction of unit, it is absolutely wonderful, let's just see if it can uphold a month good night, guys bye,

Adrienne Porter: this tutorial is one of the most thorough that I have come across in Youtube history. I just bought my unit RIGHT NOW. Thank you so much for this Lex! It looks AMAZINGGGGG

It's Only Asia V: This was very informative! Looking to get this unit and do a review on it too! X

lavy hair: Girl, you slay this wig, thank you so much for your sharing (:

IAmKira: Thank you so much for sharing this affordable wig. It looks great on you.

nneka_: this video came in so clutch! i swear i was just looking for a decent affordable full lace unit. it really does look great

Cole Gotti: I love how affordable Lavy Hair is I hope they stay that way.

Madison Chase Fitness: OHHHHHH My Goodness, I absolutely love this unit..... It's looks really natural like it is growing out of your scalp.... Amazing. One question is the lace soft or hard? When it's the cheap hard lace it rubs my scalp and I break out with tiny red bumps. Thanks for sharing can't wait to purchase.... Thanks Lex!

Meme G: Your tuts are funny, informative, and always have me craving the hair your wearing.

Naraa: I like the curls after you wet it and let it air dry❤️ just ordered this yesterday

Felicia Swanier: Thanks so much for making this video! It was very informative. I'm looking to order this hair for my graduation coming up REALLY soon! When are you going to do your update so that I can decide whether or not to spend these coins? lol

Ashley Hutchinson: LOOVVVEEE IT, DEFINITELY LOOKING FORWARD ON GETTING THIS UNIT. THANKS FOR THE VIDEO

Noelle Anais: Slayed it, as always!!! I just love you Lex! lol

Porcha Givens: it's look amazing...cant wait to get this unit

alireyisboss: it's pretty! but the messed up part of this stuff is, even if the wig looks beautiful, you like the look, you like the price, you can't trust ANY review where the youtuber did not purchase it. Sponsored reviews are useless really no different from a commercial.

Lovely Sharolyn: I would suggest that you use eyelash glue, does the job less harmful considering that it's used for the most sensitive part of our bodies, the eyes :) Hope this was helpful

khandie_s journey: hey girl!!!! I'm back! was in school studying...how is your wig making business? I finally get to catch up on all my favourite you tubers! Glad to see you're still doing your thing!!! I think I may be purchasing this hair though!!!

urgunnaluvmeh: Beautiful! You're beautiful, the hair is beautiful! Great vid!

M B: Coronavirus has me looking like Diana Ross' stepchild. I pulled this old one out from years ago for a protective style and forgot why I tucked it away it's so pretty...I should have sold it. Now, I know why: it shed like craaaazzzy, got frizzy fast w/out the right products and it was no where near 22 inches. I was soooo mad! Lex kept saying wait for the update. If my wig ended up being that length I would have forgiven everything else...but no. The shedding alone makes this one unbearable!

Ms Malya: Nice! I love it!

TheONLYBrenyaeTV: Omgso natural looking and full

ThePaintedHassie: Lex! Why Lex? Why do you have me about to spend my coins on this unit when I bought the curly hair you reviewed just a few months ago! If it wasn't for that whole "wait for another review" part at the end they'd have my money! You're awesome. Plucked the unit to perfection.

Spaceshipb14: The Knots came bleached already ? you wig looks soooooo good such a natural hair line

Tatiana ^_~: I don't think that they're "affiliated with Dy777" as much as they completely ripped off Dy777's entire marketing scheme (they both started on Aliexpress, sent hair out to as many YouTubers as possible to gain recognition, then created their own website as soon as they got enough of a customer base). I can see every other Aliexpress vendor following this platform in the future (because it honestly works pretty well), but it's not okay for them to copy another company like that. Unless they *are* affiliated in which case it's all cool, but we are talking Chinese companies here..

It's Isaac With Two A's: 220 for 22 inches, a nice hairline and its full. wow you dont see that often at all. You can do no wrong Lex. killed it.

Miss Jenny Of Detroit: Wow that looks like your real natural hair. I wouldn't know it was a wig.

katara k: WET AND WAVY...LOVE IT

Na'Nuhh Gee: Would you recommend this wig now that you have had it for a minute

Goddess O.P.: Im a beginner & looking to order this unit. THANK YOU!!

Cyrious: I do like the hairline looks really natural!

Samma Sun: Lmao @ "if you get into at catfight..." nice hair! Love that texture

Jorden Davis: Have you tried to straighten it? If so, was it thick and what texture was it? (silky, yaki?)

SaintExclusive: I have such a weird way, I install my full lace wig. Go check it out and tell me what you think :)

Latifa: What did you do to get the hair so full at 10:14

NiceyAshley: instead of bleaching the knots just use your foundation or concealer let it dry and it should be good. O r tint the lace with hair dye.

blacklily624: Your videos are so informative. :) yea you should dye it burgundy. Vid if you do.

Alexis Jeanell: Excellent video Lex... That hair unit is really nice

I’m Crystal.K: Omggggggg BEAUTIFUL!!

Tatianna Mann: That moment you realize your #1 wig seller has a YouTube channel

Leai Davis: I purchased the hair, and received it yesterday. I'm so disappointed. It sheds like crazy, and I already had to do a silicon mix. The hairline didn't come like yours and my brush definitely didn't run through easy like yours

Jassy Spears: Is this site super legit ? lol This would be my first ever purchased wig if I buy it. I always make my own wigs.

Veronica’s View: Hey are you sure this is a 130% density? It looks thicker like 300%. Want to make sure before purchasing

Yasmeen D: is the hair still going good

Pamela Okwu: So happy I saw this

noila21: Omg i so want this hair but so scared to take the Dive

noila21: Can you please make a video on how you fluff your hair out to be big ?

Adventurer Simone: very nice!

naejon brooks: can u straighten it and if u wet it will it go back to those nice curls

Christina Marie: Can you straighten the unit

Jazzy Too cute: Do you recommend this wig!?

thahighestpriestess: Girl you are a beast

ਪੋਸਟ ਮਲੋਨ ਇੱਕ ਅਜੀਬ ਗਧਾ ਹੈ: those stylists u mentioned..don;t they sew their units down instead of using glue?

Shantel Shaw: You should consider dying it burgundy x

slim jim: hi sorry for not keeping u in touch. but no I didn't receive the hair u got but I would buy again from another company but thank u for the info

Dollz Konnect: what color is the lace

Allthingsbeauty101: pretty

Mom2Much: I have an update. Synthetic fibers and bulbs on the ends. I am returning the hair. Terrible! Although yours looks great...still looking for a good vendor :(
