Faux Edges With Braiding Hair! With Weave We Can Achieve!

Any ladies that have hard to lay edges know the struggle. 4c edges can be difficult to lay, and even more difficult for them to stay. With this hack you can have your edges laid for 2-3 days. No flacking or sweating out your edges. Ladies have the look of slayed edges with braiding hair!

Items used: braiding hair, xtreme styling gel/got2b, rat tail comb, and scissors.

Hi guys welcome back to my video. It'S a couple. Things you'll need here, simple things, really. First, we're going to start off by cutting the hair, the small sections you want to make sure you don't take too much and then you're basically going to take the gel and put it on your hairline a little bit on your edges and then i'm just simply. Laying it with the rat tail comb kind of, like you, would a lace wig how you would press it down, so you can melt it and lay it basically the same thing here so so i didn't show it on camera. But here is where i had the little bit of guy to be glued on each end of the braiding hair, where it connects to my hair with the gel, so that it'll lay seamlessly and it won't come up. So here's where you want to make it look as natural as possible kind of like just mimicking where your natural hair would be, and if you're wondering why i'm doing this, i'm basically doing it. Because i have 4c hair and i'm pretty much trying to come up with a hairstyle to wear underneath my wigs, because i love protective styling and sometimes i want that full edge. Look that you get with lace, wigs um! Really! I just been wearing a lot of lace, wigs and i just been like laying and slaying my edges, and then i just get so used to that. Look that i wanted to try to recreate the look with a style, a natural style that i can wear underneath. My braids, i'm sorry underneath my wig as another option, and i thought this was a really great idea. If you guys like it, please like comment and subscribe, or is there anything else that i can do differently or better i've seen this tutorial idea with a few other youtubers, but i haven't seen one with braids or twists or anything like that. So i just decided to try it out and i'm actually really really impressed with it and if you were wondering how long it lasts. This is not my best work, but this one lasted me at least two three days. Obviously, you can't get it wet because it's just got to be glued and gel, but it serves this purpose. It did not turn white. My edges didn't draw up like it would if it was my natural hair and it kind of just stayed there as if i laid my wig and you just wake up and go honestly. And i really like this idea because there are a lot of women suffering with thin or balding edges, and i really think that this is a good idea for standard balding edges. Thank you guys for watching again, please, like comment and subscribe. I'M super excited. I got a lot of good um feedback off my last two videos, and i really just didn't even expect that so i'm super grateful and i'm super excited, because i have a lot of great ideas coming up but see you guys next time stay tuned.
