Grwm Transforming This Cheap Synthetic Lace Wig From Aliexpress

Hi guys it's malaika welcome back to another video, don't forget to like share and subscribe and comment down below, because i need to know how you're feeling so guys, i'm here today and i look a bit crazy. I don't know how do these youtube girls do this, but yeah today, i'm just here to have a bit of a chit chat um, because i uploaded a video and youtube completely just they asked. I don't know, i don't think they want me to post that video, because i tried to upload it about six times now be gluing on this synthetic wig um, which i got from aliexpress and i'll leave the link for the for the wig below this wig is 30 inches um and i've been going for wigs with, like afro kinky texture, because, frankly, i think that that's what we should be doing, we should be using um wigs that are our textures and not really using wigs all the time. That are that you know very silky silky texture, so i have been sort of learning to try to embrace my um, my african texture, wigs. So this is a synthetic wig um and sometimes with synthetic wigs. They come with like a full frontal lace situation, but in this case it it doesn't so there's literally about like one inch of lace there and then this is for the parting. I literally never glue my wigs on because i just think it's like as a hair loss specialist as well. I always tell my clients not to glue their wig on sorry guys. I had to um. I had to go and get the hair dryer so yeah. So sorry, my mood is just a bit down because obviously i spent time um. I spent time a lot of time making that video um and then youtube, basically just all over me, so they just basically they just like told me that, like i tried to upload it like six times and they just wouldn't, let me um so um. So that's why i'm doing like a bit more of a simple video today, i'm just doing like um, how i glue my lace, wigs um, my synthetic wigs, because i mainly wear synthetic wigs, because i prefer to spend more money on my natural hair. So that's why? I bang out synthetic wigs, so i was always going to do like videos about synthetic, wigs or and just basically about hair anyway, because i'm a hair loss specialist. But it's really not just all i'm about like i'm a lot more than that. I'M such a layered onion person, i'm literally like an onion um, so i really just didn't want to just talk about just makeup or just hair or eyelashes, or do you know what i mean like skin, even though these are my passions, but i'm also really passionate About advocating and humanitarianism so the fact that my video regarding that has been like blocked, i'm really upset like i'm, not gon na lie and it it kind of did kind of take a bit of my motivation away, but not completely like i'm still, i'm still gon Na be, you know, i'm still doing it, but i'm just annoyed as hell. So i mean i've heard about a lot of black youtubers complaining about this. So um, i'm not gon na. Let it bother me too much but like i am, i am annoyed about it. So for now i'm just putting the glue here because, like i've got a big forehead, guys so um. So i do it in stages. So i'm gon na, like um dry this now and like i'm literally, not a professional when it comes to laying my lace um, but i know how to get like a decent layer and guys i'm practicing doing this on camera because, like i'm, not gon na lie To you, i did a bit different off camera um like i would use like different things, but i'm kind of just using what i brought in the room, because i don't want to get up again so bear with me bear with me. I also haven't cut the lace. I'Ve been wearing this wig like all week, but i've been wearing it like with the with the full lace on it's mad uh, just because i didn't want to cut the lace, because i knew that i wanted to do this. I want to be able to express my feelings about other things, um without sort of being penalized for it um, and i think it was because i mentioned nicole thea in my last video um and how i've been speaking to members of parliament in my community um. I'Ve been speaking to members of parliament to try and get some justice for black women within the nhs kind of matches, with what i'm doing right now, which is i've been trying to get some justice for um or just some acknowledgement in general um. For the fact that black women are dying at a really really high rates in hospitals, um and frankly, this information um has been out there. Black women have been dying at higher numbers for a really long time in these hospitals anyway, um and it's knowledge that sort of everyone knows about uh in healthcare, but it's just ignored just over and over and over and over and over and over again. So, that's probably something that led to well it's hard to say that that's what led to what happened with nicole, obviously, but it's easier to say that it could lead one to believe that if, if things like that had been sorted out, if things like the fact That institution institutional racism in hospital shouldn't exist, but does still exist. If that had been acknowledged, then maybe when she was talking about her symptoms and her signs of pain pains that she was having and how she couldn't how she said that she couldn't breathe and things like that she couldn't breathe properly, wouldn't have been sort of brushed Under the carpet or um downplayed as much as they would have as much as they did and and maybe the outcome would have been different for her, and my issue is not acting like. I know everything my issue is: maybe this could have been something that uh could have been a factor in her death and we we should be. We should be investigating everything, that's a factor in her death. So if there's a chance that her being a black woman made her more susceptible to receiving different health care, less than health care - and this is a common trend because black women are up to eight times more likely to die from coronavirus, we're more likely than white People to get any kind of illness and die in hospital. That is an issue, and it really should be acknowledged because we, our rights, are kind of just being ignored. We need to do something about that, so here i am, i'm just laying it down so this. This week is a good week. Don'T let me lie, don't let me i don't want to start on like negatives. This wig is a good wig. However, if you have a big head, it's going to be difficult for you. I don't have a massive head, but i've got a lot of hair, so my head is like i was saying my head is medium yeah. Some other people may disagree and say, like i've, got a massive head and whatnot, but i would say that my head is a medium, so i think that if you've got a medium head and you've got quite thick hair, this wig is possibly not going to be For you, it's definitely quite tight on me, but i'm going to make it work so yeah. So, as you can see, i haven't plucked anything because there's just no point like plucking uh, this kind of weight because, like i said it, doesn't have much, it doesn't really have much give in terms of lace. Most of the lace is going to be cut, so i'm just spraying this area here, because that's the main area like from here to here. It'S such a bad mood and just sitting here in front of the camera has already kind of made me feel a little bit better thanks for being amazing, so yeah so guys. I really that really made me like sad. The fact that my video got taken down - because i was talking about like real life topics like what the hell i've decided to do the sides now, but the way the wig is like it's so small for my head, that i have to kind of try and Glue the sides, or else it's gon na slip, but um. You know when i was doing my um cap method like the bit underneath um. This side didn't come out so well, but this side did so uh, i'm just gon na be. I was careful gluing that side guys i care so much about my edges. I will be doing like a really warm water soak to get this glue off, like i'm, not just gon na rip rip. My wig off i'm gon na make sure that i take off really carefully guys. Please protect your edges at all costs. There'S! No, there's! No look! That is more important than your edges. Okay, and that's another reason. That'S why i'm doing synthetic wigs because um you can spend more on your hair when you've got a synthetic wig, you can spend more on your hair, so guys, oh, my god, i didn't really. I didn't. I didn't mention that i um i have braces now. Obviously, you guys have noticed but yeah i have braces um. I got them about two weeks before my birthday in july, so i got them like end of june guys. I'Ve always had like wonky teeth, especially on that side. My teeth have always been wonky yeah. I'Ve always been wonky and, like i just didn't, want wonky teeth, no more um. So that's why i got them so, as you can see, i'm really having to pull here, because, frankly, it's just gon na really pull, and i don't wan na pull the lace but really had to pull there. Okay, like that, was a lot like um, so yeah. So, as you can see, so i never ever cut my lace like this, which you're gon na probably be able to tell probably when i hurt myself uh. Let me just get a bit closer to my mirror. I hope i'm not going out of them so yeah. So i literally never cut my lace like this always pre-cut, my lace, but i've seen this method everywhere. So i thought let me try it, i'm not cutting it like all the way um. So literally, this is the smallest wig. I'Ve ever had it's not big head for me. I thought it was just because um all this time, i was wearing it with the lace on. So i thought that that was like what was restricting me, but it turns out that this cup is just this. Wig is just way too small for my head um, it's not big head for me at all. So if you have a bigger head or you tend to find that wigs um don't really fit your forehead, i actually have a big forehead too. So that's like part of the reason this wig will definitely not fit you, but this is going to show you how to actually make it work um, because i do all the time most of most wigs that i buy. Unless i make them myself, they just don't fit my head, and i think i just have a weird shape head. I don't know what it is. So i'm gon na go finish the rest of my makeup off camera and i will be back with the finished. Look guys i'm back so this is the finished. Look. I had to leave the camera because, basically i can't do this hair thing in the camera uh. I don't know how these girls do. I feel like they must be cheating or something because literally i i was all over the place in the camera, but, as you can see, i made it work. I did a little bit of a natural like hairline situation. This wig was 21 pound 97 best on aliexpress, so that just shows you that you actually can get sorry baby. You can get a synthetic wig that binds you and have money left to look after your natural hair yeah and to survive as well like richard is going bro yeah just for some brazilian like what is that all about, like literally don't be going, but for brazilian Kim to get it for you in it, but yeah guys we're going out. This is my friend coco by the way hello she's been here the whole day, but i was just smiling so far. Let me then bring her when i'm in a better mood but yeah we're going out where we're going again, yeah we're going to talk about we're going to open this apart yeah, if it's just like so we're going to do outfit of the week outfits. So after a little bit casual, i'm going for like with that motorsport thing, i tried to hide my football as much as i could. But obviously you know you can't hide that because i'm actually hungry, but i don't want to eat because then my food was going to cost so yeah.
