I purchased two 20 inch body wave bundles and then I purchased a 4x4 18 inch body weight closer that came to a total of 120 dollars. I want to say the shipping took anywhere between three to five business days. They like, okay, so I think supposed to be like next day or two day shipping and I originally didn't get it in today - shipping, so I reached out to them because they said like it's supposed to come to next week, but they end up coming like that Same week, it is the ship that said I supposed to come next week, but it came before so probably maybe three or four days for shipping, which is not too bad. As far as I got this installed as a week, I had the wig made by somebody locally in Columbus Ohio. Our name is Nikki Nikki. Oh, she definitely does her thing is she'd be traveling, so even if you're, not in Columbus, you know she the places. So you able to hook you up in a wherever you at check her out. I think it was from that bought a straight, not false positives. Dick furious don't be doing me like that. Like some haters anyways, Oh idea, purchases hair out of my own money, give it to me before I pay and uh the company was supposed to send out a free sample. It was like some 16 or 18 inch straight hair. I was supposed to come a free sample. I did not get my sample and I reached out to the company and told them you know cuz, I told them hey. I will be doing a YouTube review on this hair. So please send me off some good hair and make sure you send out my sample all right. Please don't forget myself. I literally told them not to forget myself before they make sure my water out yeah. What did they do? They forgot simple, so I did not get my free sample and then just like honestly, based off of that alone, that is customer service like I may not purchase from the company alone, just because y'all did not force it on my first step, but I thought I Was going into review so I want to include that in my review, my god role, I forgot something that y'all told me always go Sydney that kind of included it made me want to buy the hair, because I knew I was getting this free simple. With my hair, so I'm like. Oh my get the same face straight hair, look like plus body wave. None of that, and then I had told down like I did not get the free sample and my shipment is there any way that you guys could possibly, as you know, just like, send a free sample. Oh separately, issues like I'm. So sorry that you do not get your free sample, I see that you didn't get it, but we are not able to say free samples out low. So next time you purchase order. We will see your free sample out what says: what do you mean? You have to purchase something again to get something that y'all supposed to send me the first time like that, really frustrated me and I'm just like cuz, that's unprofessional. That'S $ 100 for one bundle period or it's like $ 90, for one bundle right for 90, so I mean, depending on what you want to spend this, not bad. Oh, I don't feel like I'm gon na give me a couple more where's up this hair. I just got this installed, that's a week yesterday, so this is French. Did I hit it in for a month I mean, if you like, the thicker hair look. It is good cuz, some people, some people can do that. But it's not. It depends cuz. If you want it straight, I'm not sure how it's going to cuz. I really haven't straighten it, but just because it's so thick it may freeze up. But if you just bought the where it's 11 a quality hair on a scale from one to ten, you go. Do this, you know hair company, a good. It was just like you know, based off it or not, sending me my freakin freakin free sample. Taking that point off go get [, __ ], that's like a 7.5 cuz. It'S really something manager!
