I Got Scammed On Alibaba| Ft Rosa Beauty Hair| Nai Monayé

I just want to say that i'm quite into this video can we get into this hair because honey there's some good hair right here: okay um! I did wear this hair in my last video. This is hair from aliexpress, so i will leave the link down in the description box so that y'all can get this hair because you need this. Is this hair will literally save your life? Is so pretty so bouncy and um? This is my second time using it. I reused it actually because i just didn't feel like i needed to pay for my hair, because i've never had hair this good. It hasn't shed it since i got it, and i actually had this hair for two months now and it's still doing her thing. Goodbye buy your life, buy this weave. Oh my gosh yeah, i'm feeling myself right now. I couldn't wait to film this video. I had a really long morning. I got up at seven o'clock had to do some things and come back home um. I did my face routine over, so my face is probably a little greasy, but that's okay, because i don't care. So basically, y'all can tell by the title that your girl got scammed, um the chinese people caught me lacking. I don't know how, but they did um so yeah. If you are thinking about ordering your products from alibaba this is i advise that you keep watching this video, because it's always best to do your research anyway. Um. If you do not know what alibaba is, is basically um companies within a company that sells products that makes the products for you. Basically, they do private label and wholesale their business for entrepreneurs who um sell other things so yeah. If you are thinking about ordering your products from alibaba, but not really sure how um they really work, then i think you should keep watching this video okay. So basically, this happened very recently november 18th. The day after my birthday, i really wanted to add some new products to my brand for the new year um, but that didn't really happen because a lot of things just were not working in my favor at the time. My pictures for my um photo shoot came late and i was adding one of the pictures from my shoe to my eyeshadow palette that i ordered from this company um. So i had to wait for i had to wait to get the pictures in order to send to the company for like a week and a half basically, so they were already waiting on my pictures, so it was already just a mess um, so yeah. So basically this happened november 18th. I i sent them an inquiry regarding the eyeshadow palette that i wanted to order from them and they responded very quickly actually and um. They showed me videos of the eyeshadow palette. They told me um that i could choose the colors that i wanted to go with the eyeshadow palette, which i did. They were mostly shimmer colors, because i really like gold, shimmer eyeshadow, i really like shimmer in general. I just think that is so cute and i figured that since i started to get into eye shadow, it's best to pick colors that i really like um with other colors that anybody else would like so yeah. I really did that, so they basically asked to see my picture because i told them that i wanted to add a picture on my palette because i didn't want to just do my logo. I really wanted it to be different from other brands um, and i really wanted it to stand out and i feel like the picture that i took stood out. It was oh, it was amazing, so i sent them the picture and the first thing they said is wow dear. Your logo is very advanced, so i'm like y'all, can't y'all can't put the picture on the palette like what's wrong. With the picture like you can't do it so a lot of things is going through my head anyway, because i've never had any of the other vendors that i work with. Tell me that something is too advanced for them. I don't know, but yeah. They told me that it was too advanced, so i asked them. I said so. That means it can't be done and then they say, wait a minute i'll make an effect picture for you now, so they made the effect picture and i sent them my logo as well that i wanted to be on top of the picture yeah i had already Had this in my head, how i wanted it to look before i even got in contact with them. So this was the picture on my eyeshadow palette. I'M not sure if y'all can see that, because the camera flips it a little but i'll be leaving a picture. So that y'all can see, that was basically the picture for my eyeshadow palette, and that was how it looked um. So they sent me it without the logo and they sent me with the logo and we both decided on the logo on top of the picture, because that's what looked best so um, you know they were the lady that i was speaking to was really nice. She was really cool. You know she was agreeing with everything that i was saying, letting me know what she thought looked best. What didn't - and you know we just had a connection instantly. It was great honestly. It was great, so i asked about the pricing and everything how long it'll take to get to me. You know typical things that you ask a vendor um in the process of your payment or whatever so um. She asked how many i wanted. I wanted to try a couple. First, before i sold a larger amount, so i told her and basically she told me that it would be 226 after adding you know the the advanced, the advanced logo and the um logo for my brand and then um the different things that i wanted with the Packaging because i really wanted it to stand out, so i added a lot of things so um the total was 220 dollars, but you know plus shipping and everything it was 226, so um yeah. We talked about everything else regarding the palette and the pictures that i wanted to be on it, and we talked about the ingredients that was in it and if it was vegan or not, because i only deal with vegan products, i don't be messing with all that Extra stuff putting it on animals, and now i don't do that so yeah um. We went over that, so i also added these little bags. These little shopping bags to go with it because i just thought it was so cute. So basically, what i was gon na do was: if you order more than one product, you get a shopping bag to go with your palette, and it was just so cute. Everybody loved it like i posted it on instagram as a little teaser like it was just girl, like i had the girls screaming for this palette like i was reaching out to um to influencers to work with to collab for this palette, because it was during christmas. So i wanted to also add christmas themed makeup. I wanted to do something different with my brand um being that it was a new year. So i really wanted to spice things up a little. You know do those little tutorials where they look like santa claus. You know stuff like that. I really wanted to do that, so i was also um in the process of speaking with different influencers and things like that, so yeah. So it's now december 18th and um i told her that i'm ready to pay and i paid um. Let'S see december 19th um, i told her that i realized something on the um on the thing that i didn't like that i wanted to take off. So we did that and then after i paid this was just going ghost like she was texting back late. She was not responding when i would text her. It got so bad to the point where i started texting her on her whatsapp, because if i feel like i can trust a vendor i'll give them my whatsapp and then we'll talk through there instead of the app, because then i'll know that okay, i'm doing business With this person and it's official, so i gave her my whatsapp number and we were talking on there as well, and then she stopped texting me on whatsapp on alibaba, so i'm like okay, this lady has stopped talking with me. I'M like what's going on, so i cannot pull the messages up on alibaba right now, because i do not have space on my phone. That'S why i had to start recording on this one and record on my other one, so the quality may be a little different. I don't know but um yeah, i started texting her on whatsapp. She was not responding so um. I took it back to alibaba and i said i have been trying to contact you all and can never get a response sometime regarding an order that i placed two weeks ago and was told they'd be with me in three days cap i was supposed to see. I was supposed to send them off as pr to influencers this weekend, but wasn't able to do that being that i don't have the palettes that they weren't oh and they weren't done to my liking. I had high expectations for this company and they are getting extremely low. If i don't get a response by the end of this afternoon, i'm no longer doing business with you all and filing a dispute right. So i basically gave her a warning and then i was like okay. If she responds back i'm gon na leave it. I'M gon na continue doing business with this person whatever. Maybe they just have a lot of sales, but i've never had this problem with any other vendor, so i'm like okay. This is not normal for me. So i'm, like you know what let me send her this little warning. I don't get a response by the end of the this afternoon. I'M gon na um contact my bank right. So i contacted my bank on december 12th right, i placed the order november 18th y'all. This is now december 10. Still don't have my palette still don't have my money. So i'm, like you know i'm over this, i'm contacting my bank, so i contacted the bank. They told me that i had to contact them first and do a refund right, but i'm like okay. If i can't get them to respond back clearly, they're not gon na give me a refund because they're scammers. So what i did was you know how you can do a refund on alibaba. That'S what i did and alibaba left a message there saying that if they don't respond within five business days, then they will refund me. The money it'll automatically be refunded back into my account, so they didn't respond within the five business day time period. So i'm like. Okay, i'm waiting for the money to be, in my account from alibaba. The money is not in my account, so i'm like. Oh no i'm not doing this. I caught my bank back and honey. The bank know me by heart, because one thing about me: i do not play about my money like i know when i'm being played with about my money and every time it was true, like listen this lady, that answers me that answers the phone for disputes on My bank side, she knows my voice, my heart, my name by heart, my account number. Oh, my gosh y'all. This is too funny, but i do not care like i work hard for my money. You'Re not gon na play with my money. You'Re not gon na play with me. I don't care y'all. It got so bad to the point where my mom was like. When i become rich, i'm gon na be quick to sue somebody. It is. It is okay. So anyway, i did the um dispute with my bank and then i woke up the next morning with the money, in my account, so i called the bank and told them that oh it was a weekend, so i couldn't call them they were closing the weekend. So i had to wait till that monday and tell them that the money was refunded into my account and to not. You know, to cancel the dispute to close the case, so they did that yeah. I was so mad. I had just found that my uh had passed away. My emotions was everywhere. I was calling this lady number on. What'S up, i was texting her. I saw. I hope you get hit by a car like. Oh lord, i i tell you i really did pray after. I was like don't please forgive me. I never said nothing like that to nobody. I never saw anybody's life like it was so bad to where i was actually hold on. I think my screen is too bright. I was actually calling her on whatsapp y'all. I was not playing because i was so fed up. My money was played with all last year and i was just over it, so i was like yeah, i'm not doing this, so she finally responds back saying dear. I am here after she saw that i was calling her because when i called on what's that all of my messages said red. So i was like, oh so you could see me calling, but you don't see me texting so she said dear. I am here so here i go responding, ready to start some trouble. I was like. Where have you been? I haven't been trying to reach you. She goes dear. I am sorry our warehouse is shipping, so i'm a little busy recently girl bye. You told me that same excuse prior goodbye, bye, your life like no yeah this whole time. I was doing business with her. I could have been doing with another vendor could have been had. My eyeshadow palettes could have been dropped. My birthday collection could have been. You know what i'm saying like my time and my money was just wasted overall, and it was just because i got my money back doesn't mean anything. It was the principal like. I was so over it so yeah she um, i said just stop wasting my time. Please i already got my money back. There'S no need to contact me after this, so she texted me back last month on the 12th saying hi, i'm like what these people are. Weird weird. I was like no, no i'm not no so yeah. Basically, i got scammed out of 226 dollars from alibaba and um. I mean i'm not really upset about it anymore, because it was a lesson learned. It was my first time being scammed with my business. Like you know, it was my first time being scammed with my business, so i kind of took it very personal, as you should um in general regards to it. If it was not related to your business, you should still take it personal, but that was my money that was played with money that i really worked hard for so yeah, i'm not really upset about it anymore. Um like i was before, because i did learn my lesson and february i'm coming back with bigger and better things. I did not let this stop me and i'm not gon na. Let it stop me um, as an entrepreneur, we're gon na go through things that we've never gone through before, and i i have gone through that and i've learned from it and all it did was make me stronger wiser. I know more than i do now. So, just for um just a little tips for y'all. If you are shopping on alibaba, getting your products from there thinking about getting your products from there, please make sure to ask for videos of their warehouse before doing business with them. Um ask for their business certificate or license and always look for reviews and if they have a gold star or the little gold token next to their business name on alibaba, because that does mean that they are certified by alibaba and they are a legit company. Okay, so just go ahead and do your research, i'm not trying to scare you from ordering from alibaba, i'm just sharing my experience and bringing awareness to everyone out there who has who is trying to avoid getting scammed, so yeah so um.
