Cambodian Hair Vendor | A Must See! Raw Hair Vendor | Full Hair Review

What'S up youtuber, steph g and welcome and welcome back to my channel, as you guys can tell from the title of the video i am back with another vendor and in today's video i'll be sharing with you guys a vendor from cambodia. So i'm super excited. I'M going to give you guys all the details as always, and i'm also going to share with you guys some of the textures that i have so, if you guys are interested, you definitely want to go ahead and keep on watching all right guys, if you guys Are new to my channel welcome, i do videos on business tips, entrepreneurship and lifestyle vlogs. So you never miss out on upload all right, so we're gon na go ahead and jump right into it, because i know you guys are excited as much as i am. This is a highly requested video. You guys always ask me about cambodian vendors, so i gotcha so without further ado. Let'S go ahead and jump right in so the name of the company is called app. Sarah and this company is located in cambodia. They provide single donor 100 cambodian hair, no uh chemicals unprocessed, all natural, of course, and they provide a couple of things. So the number one of well not number one, but the first thing that they provide is a hundred 100. Why you want to say 100 is double drawn bundles and they have lengths from 10 inches to 30 inches um. They don't have like single, drawn or super double drawn. They just have double drawn bundles and i'll put some pictures on here. So you guys can see what the hair looks like and textures and all that stuff um next thing on the list is lace, closures and frontals, and the lengths for those are 10 inches of 20 inches and they have 4x4 5x5 and seven by six closures, and They have frontals are 13x4 13x6, as well as 360 degree frontals, so they have quite a few options that you guys can choose from. So that's definitely a plus all right. So, moving on to the next thing, this company provides ponytails and y'all are gon na laugh. When i tell you the name of these ponytails because i sure did i'll bust it out laughing and they are called kim k ponytails. They provide uh length, 16, 18 and 20., so it's just three of them. They don't have anything longer or anything shorter um. I feel like people wear longer ponytails, but i mean i guess this is a good length as well, but yeah so yeah. That is it for the ponytails next thing is they have eye tips, tape, ins and bulk hair. A lot of you guys always ask me if the other companies provide that or if i know any vendors, i feel like most of the vendors i've suggested or mentioned. Do provide them. I may not have talked about them as much, but this company does so now. You know if you're looking for eye tips or bulk hair, i'm for, like, i think, bulk hair. If you're just trying to do. I forgot the name of those. It might be similar to i tips, but i'm not sure and then tape in as well. All right next thing is wigs and they have full lace, wigs frontal and closure wigs and as far as wigs, you do want to make sure that you're going to order wigs in enough time, if you're going on a trip, if you're ordering wholesale or it's for, Like a special event, because wigs are handmade and they do take about 15 days for them to make them - that's not including, of course, processing and shipping, so keep in mind that you do have to order ways and enough time, if you're needing them, especially if you're Going to do wholesale because, of course, you're going to be ordering a huge amount of wigs. So it's going to take probably 15 days per week or who knows but it'll take quite a few um days for them to actually prep those wigs and then be able to process them and then ship them out so yeah all right. So that's pretty much! All the products that they offer well, they do have some other services as well and i'll mention that, at the very end, moving on to response time, this company did pretty well um, responding and being able to provide a lot of information. That'S one thing that i did feel comfortable about is because they provided tons of information on their letterhead, giving you the price list, the services they offer their processing time their shipping and all that which is a good thing. I feel like a lot of people, don't provide um as much information when you initially speak to them, but they did when you reach out to them. They do actually your name and all that good stuff, and then they will give you like, of course, tons of um pages and huge texts, a huge like text about their company and what they offer. And things like that. So that made me feel comfortable to be able to do business with them just because they were able to provide as much information so that i don't have to keep asking and things like that. I'M moving on to the next thing, which is shipping and processing, and i think this company did pretty well now as far as bundles if they are in stock. Their prep time is two days and then they will ship out via dhl, which takes about three to four days um. So that's pretty! Well, i mean i've dealt with dhl. I think they do pretty well with shipping out the orders and you know getting them to you when they say they're going to get them to you in that time frame so yeah. But if they don't have the bundles in stock, then of course they have to hand make them and it may take a little longer. It just depends on the size of your order, so uh they also did provide me the tracking number, once my order was processed, which was a good thing, because i feel like sometimes some vendors, it's a hassle, you have to keep asking them. They kept me informed. They gave me the tracking number without me, asking them and all that so that way i know exactly where my package is at you know once it was shipped out all right so moving on to payment options. So the first thing is that they do have paypal, which is amazing, because i love using paypal just because it's just i wouldn't say it is more secure um. But i also like the fact that you know paypal has great customer wealth, for the most part has great customer service when it comes to being able to deal with their customers and not receiving their packages. You'Re able to get your refund and all that you can go to that process and things like that - and this is for me - i it's a lot easier, using paypal when i'm using um or purchasing things from vendors, and things like that now the company does have A limit i feel like a lot of countries. Um do have a limit when it comes to paypal, depending on which country it is, they have one. So if they are over their limit for the month, then you're not going to be able to use that paypal option. You are going to have to use something else and the other options they have is washing union moneygram, and then they have a company or some type of payment that they call remedy or remedy myself. I'M not sure if i'm saying that right, but i think that's for other countries that may be like similar to like moneygram or western union. But if you guys know, let me know in the comments because i sure enough don't know um but yeah. That happened to me um. I actually was slacking in the beginning, when i was all making an order, and i took too long so they were over the limit and i ended up having to use the western union which wasn't bad. I used the western union app and i've used it before you just have to put your information in there and put their information in, and then you have to take a screenshot of your purchase or once you make the payment and send it to them. So it wasn't bad, but i'd still prefer paypal. So you just want to keep that in mind all right. Moving on to wholesale discounts. They do offer a discount if you are doing the wholesale program and of course it just depends on the number of bundles that you're buying, so the more bundles you buy the more of a discount you get. So you want to think about that when you are purchasing and things like that, all right so contact. This company has an instagram page, and i will put it somewhere on the screen as well as a description box, and they also have a whatsapp number where you can reach them at. They do pretty well on. Both i feel like maybe whatsapp, is a little bit more effective. I don't know because when i reached out to them dm, they did pretty well as well um, so either or you can reach out to them whatsapp or be a dm or you can kind of talk to them and then they'll. Let you know exactly where to contact them at so that way they can provide you all the information about their company. They do have some other services that they provide, which is custom, hair bags and hangers, as well as satin bags and you're able to put your brand logo on there as well. So if you guys are interested, that's also a plus, it's like a one-stop shop if you're looking for satin bags and all those hangers, because a lot of you guys asked me about that so yeah um. That is it with the information on the company. Let me go ahead and show you guys the textures that i have and it is their wavy hair, and this is one of the bundles. This hair is absolutely gorgeous super soft. It is coarse um, so you know it's going to hold a nice curl, but yeah. That'S what the hair looks like here is the weft, very nice and neat and well constructed so yeah. Here it looks and i'm gon na show you guys another one and of course the waves vary just depending on bundles. Some of them are a lot deeper than others. You guys can see what that and then here's another one, and so this is what three bundles looks like i'm a three bundle type of girl. I, like my hair, to be full and thick um. This hair is really coarse, so you can do two bundles if you prefer more of a natural hair. It'Ll still look good, but if you want a full look, i suggest three bundles. This is what three bundles looks like look at that nice and soft and balanced as a nice luster to it. Now you have to remember raw hair does take maintenance and it's it's a lot when you hit the outside okay with humidity and all that stuff. So you want to make sure that you're doing proper maintenance when it comes to raw hair, so yeah. So that's what the hair looks like. I am going to insert some clips, so you guys can see what it does when i wash it condition it. I may want it or i may just let it air dry and you'll, see that in the clips but we'll see, and then i will come back on here and we'll talk about it. Let me know how you guys think or what you guys think and all that good stuff, so yeah, let's go ahead and jump right into the clips, all right guys, let's get ahead and get started here is the bundle and i'm gon na go ahead and soak It with some water, of course, get it nice and soaked, and then i will go ahead and use my products now i am going to be using my infamous products, of course, the silicone mix that i always use, but with cambodia here i prefer the tresemme products. I didn't have any at the time i do go and get some after this clip, because i just i didn't really care for the silicone on the cambodian hair. That'S just my preference. I feel like the tresemme does so much better on cambodian hair and i like the tresemme curling moisture brand or that typical one from tresemme, but for the purpose of this, i'm just going to show you this and you guys will see after when i um put In the clips, when it's air dried - and i probably will curl it, so you guys can see at that time when i do dry, it you'll notice mom if you'll notice a difference, but you probably won't. But if you get cambodian hair, i suggest using the tresemme products, so i am not going to talk to this entire clip. I will let you guys just watch it, and then we will talk about it after i'm, pretty much done is baby baby is is uh. Is all right guys, so i'm all done washing them and look how beautiful this hair looks. Look at that luster um and i did end up watching two bundles. So what i did was one of the bundles, which is the one i'm showing you guys now. I laid on the towel and let that air dry on the towel and then the other bundle that's hanging up. I hung up just how it looks now and air dried it just to see. If there was a difference not much, it was a slight difference. I feel, like the other bundle, is just a little bit more um, not as frizzy like this one is, but it's cambodian hair, so yeah all right. So this clip you guys, can see that i wanted half of the hair and look how beautiful those curls look. Oh, my god, my hair is super soft, it's just absolutely gorgeous and then the other side. And then you guys will see in just a minute that i wanted the entire bundle um, but the curls hold up pretty well all right now. You guys see that the bundle is completely curl wanded and it looks gorgeous look at that and i will in a minute start you know um separating the curls. You know, of course, you're gon na brush your hair, and it's gon na give you more of like a wavy effect um, but i didn't brush it, i'm just showing you guys how it looks after it's been curl one day, but the hair is soft. It'S just beautiful, it's nice and shiny and remember i use the tresemme um conditioner curl moisture as well as the shampoo and that's what's giving it well the hair, it's nice on its own, but yeah those products definitely make a difference so yeah guys. I just recently tried out, as you guys know, i'm on a journey of finding some indian vendors and it's been a little rough so far, i've it's been a couple months me trying to make sure i do the proper research and i might get a little. You know a little too excited, but one of the vendors that i tried out the hair was um. It was so so so i wasn't really kind of like excited to share that or do a video, but if you guys are interested and want to know who the company is, i want to look at the hair i'll be more than happy to share that with That with you guys but the other indian vendor, now this company see what happened was. Is i didn't know the name of the company until after i received the hair? Because when you look at the instagram page, you really can't tell um the company i kind of like missed the letter, because you can't see the letter in their profile picture and they don't list it in their bio. And i know you guys like instagram for real. But i mean i find some pretty okay vendors on instagram um. There is a lot of scammers out there. So just make sure you you're doing your research and being absolutely careful when you're looking for vendors on instagram, not to say you can't find any, because there is some good vendors out there on instagram but anyways. Let'S see the hair there um. I couldn't really tell so i was typing in something else and it wasn't really coming up and i was just kind of going off for the reviews and the things like that they had on their profile anyways. I ended up getting the hair um and i saw that their name was listed on the package and i started researching because i only brought three bundles and i wanted to kind of get some more information to see like you know how the wholesale program is. If people receive their hair and all that other stuff - and i ended up seeing a whole bunch of reviews and the company's reputation isn't the best i mean their bad reviews weigh out their good reviews. You know, i always tell you guys: they've sent tons of vendors that have good and bad reviews. It'S always going to be like that, but this company - they batteries like up here and they got like a small amount of good reviews down here. So i was just very hesitant to share that with you guys now the things that a lot of people have experienced with this company. I did not experience the first time i purchased here with them. Like i ended up getting the hair. I ended up getting the right texture. I ended up getting the right length and i got the hair within like two weeks. You know what i'm saying: a lot of people have never received their hair, so i didn't experience what people are going through, but that doesn't mean that their wholesale program or that the other stuff that was already happening, didn't happen. So i just wasn't sure if i wanted to provide that information to you guys, because i don't want to put you on that predicament. But if y'all want to see the video on the hair, i would definitely share it and i, if you guys, want the information. I will give it to you as well, and you can try them at your own risk.
