Hey loves and welcome back to my channel today we are going to be reviewing a wig from beauty forever and i am really excited because this is a style that i haven't done in a really long time. I love my curly haired wigs. I actually had curly hair before i lost it in middle school, so it's one of my faves, but something i don't do as often which i really don't know why. I love my body waves, but you know what curly is actually really nice because you have to use a lot less heat um unless it's just you know, sculpting, where you want to part it. So, let's dive right in and check her out. This is, of course, the wig we're just going to take a look at the things that come in the box as well. So, of course, your recap see what else is in here. Oh, it looks like a cute. Little scarf definitely have to check that out. Some really cute hair clips. You can never have enough hair clips and oh some really big fluffy lashes, wow, wow, okay. So oh and a nice separate silk bag to store your wigs. These come in handy. I have a ton of wigs. So i know when it comes to storing it, you need a place to put them. If you don't have mannequin heads or those little wig stands, then you know it gets a little creepy. But let's take a look at her now i chose this color but because of course the seasons are changing, it's not only a great color for fall, but for me it's a really beautiful and flattering color for spring and summer, because i love my natural blacks, but Every now and then you want something a little different and i think it is gorgeous. I love the curl pattern, it's already so defined without anything on it. So that's promising all right. So this is how the hairline looks right out of the box. Okay and, of course, the inside construction, it is a front lace, so not full lace just enough to get some parting and, of course, your combs. This one actually has one less coat than normal, there's normally a comb here in the center. For my ladies who already have natural hair, you could clip that there for extra security. I actually love that it's not there, because of course i don't need it, so i normally end up removing them anyway and of course, one in the back, which sometimes i use. If i'm also using a wig grip headband, because that could be helpful now before i forget - i'm going to go ahead and cut this piece of lace, i always forget to do it and i will already have it on my head. It does not have to be perfect, it's just in the back. No one's gon na see it, but just close enough there we go so i'm gon na adjust these hooks to sit a little closer to the comb. I actually like that these hooks have an extra little clip. I don't know if you can see that, but it really hooks onto that strap and for me, that's awesome because these slip out so easily. They normally drive me crazy, but that is very helpful. Oh, my gosh, this thing is still cleaning on. I hate all right, so, let's see how she fits this color is so pretty all right. Ladies, all, in my eyelashes now for the full details on this wig, you guys know i have horrible memory and i hate to misquote any information so check the description box below okay for all the details, links if you choose to check it out, but just know Here on, my channel is more of a learning beginner friendly, where we talk about how to style the wig when taking it straight out of the box, because trust me i've gotten so many wigs where i put it on and you see it when you buy it On the picture - and it looks gorgeous someone's already styled it and bleached it and plucked it you're like oh, my god, it looks so beautiful and then you take it out of the box and you're like uh. What do i do with this? So that's. Why you're here, hopefully it's because you're a beginner you're trying to learn how to easily manage your wigs and style them where it looks good you know, so don't be scared. Trust me! That'S normal norm, like 9 out of 10. The weight does not come out of the box. Looking amazing, okay, so i'm gon na show you what i do to make it look more natural, but let me get a little closer all right so because of the hair color, it's gon na help you with the knots of course it's kind of like you know, A couple black couple auburn in there so we'll blend it out with some powder, but overall, not bad at all. So what i'm going to do here, which you guys have seen me, do several times scoot this back we're just going to make sure it's adjusted around the ear first and then i might even just put it on a mannequin head to get everything situated. So just use some sharp shears find where that place is for you, where it needs to rest without it being a nuisance, and if you want, you can clip it there as a guide. So you know you're not cutting anything extra trust me you're, going to cut some hair, don't freak out. It happens, okay, but now see how it fits right around my ear. That'S what you want! You don't want to be uncomfortable and then the rest of this you can just take off and tiny little piece of hair came with it, not bad at all. So i'm just going to go ahead and do the same thing on the other side, because i already marked it now, i'm just putting the scissors right there sliding downward and there you go now that we have it clipped around our ears. Nothing is touching there for us bob beauties. We can technically put our wig wherever we want, but just kind of as a rule of thumb, maybe three or four fingers above where you dry. Your brows is a good place to start. Nobody wants their wig too close down. You know you want it to look realistic, so i love a side part, but let's just kind of play around and see how deep our parting is and what feels the most natural all right now, as you can see, the hair is not willing to work with Me it is trying to cover that part almost immediately after i separate it now that is completely normal. The hair is used to be in one set direction, so we have to redirect it into whatever style of part. You want now i'm going to do this off this time, because i know how scary heat products can be. I am used to using them - probably a lot more often than most, but you still worry about burning yourself and trust me. It can still happen so i'm gon na go ahead and put her onto my canvas head i'll list, this one down below the one that i use pretty standard, but what's great is you can pin it on there and make sure it's not going to move alright. So we have her on the mannequin head now, just to let you know, this is a like a c-clamp table type holder and i highly recommend getting one of them because they're so versatile, you can style your wig virtually anywhere and i used to have a tripod Style and it was a nightmare - it worked for a very short period of time and then always started collapsing on me as soon as i was starting to uh style, so very inconvenient, of course, ladies always going with the heat protectant. I'Ve just had this one for a really long. Time probably need to try something else, but whatever kind of heat protectant you have is definitely better than none. Okay, you want to protect your hair um, it is still heat, so i just want to show you guys something really quick see how the tracks here are starting to show. We want to make sure that is covered up, so i probably won't go as deep in the parting. I want to allow some space to be able to cover those tracks i have been gone. Is i feel so far. I feel so far away no way. Thinking of you, thinking of you, know, i'm over the moon, skylines paint tonight i feel so far. I feel so far all um. I say all that i do i'm over the moon. Thinking of you all right so definitely in love with the side. Part choice. We'Ve already cut the lace, that's looking pretty good! Now i just want to go ahead and saturate the hair, we're going to add moisture back in. You can definitely tell the difference between these curls down here that weren't really brushed out and the rest of this volume. I'M gon na also go in with a little bit of the bio silk therapy, so you guys can see that you don't need very much of this product. It is really good we're using it for years. The most important thing for your wigs is moisture. You want to make sure it is conditioned moisturized, especially after going to the process of getting a hair color like this. All hair generally starts out in a natural 1b color, so anything else other than that has been bleached dyed. It can be a lot of processing for the hair, especially because it is no longer attached to someone's head, so you definitely want to make sure you take care of it, and i just want to kind of show you a side side-by-side comparison. So i recently picked this up by aunt jackie. This is curl la la it smells absolutely divine and it is so moisturizing and defining. I actually bought it for my daughter and she loves this product every time i put it on her she's can i smell because it just smells that good, but it also works amazing. So i could not wait to try it on one of my wigs and wine. Why not try it on this one? It'S curly! It'S perfect! Okay! So right now just to show you this is the hair that's coming out and we're definitely not going to call this shedding only because we've done so much cutting on the wig. Besides the plucking. Also, the cutting of the lace so right now we're getting out all of those loose strands, so don't freak out in that whole, you know beginning process, you're, gon na see, hair, okay hair is going to be flying everywhere now for the ends. Most importantly, i would add some more water which this pump is so difficult. You can go ahead and grab your wide tooth comb, whatever you're using i'm using one of these flex, detangling brushes and just comb that through now i can go in one more time really. Drench and saturate those curls, and you can already see the difference, they're coming back to life, and this again is why i love curly haired wigs, because all you have to do is add some good product and some water. I mean you're good to go. Just look at these curls, so soft and just beautiful so big difference right, big fluffy out of control, nothing wrong with totally a look on its own or you hydrate those curls and look gorgeous. So let's go ahead and do this side color auburn is such a pretty soft look, especially if you're scared of you know the harsh dark tone of a natural 1v color trust me one b does not look good on everyone, but then you don't also want to Jump into blonde, so this is a really happy in between just look how flowy i love it. Okay, now, i'm just going to add a little bit more layer it. The hair already has some by the way, but i'm just going to glide this razor down, that we used to cut the lace and add a little bit more dimension to our curls just a little bit. Okay, we're not not going crazy here! That'S also another reason why i love these um eyebrow razors, not only for the lace and getting a nice and perfect cut, but also for adding some layers just kind of help, lift the hair give it its own shape, also make it look more natural, too. No one's hair is all even and just framing the face, i'm gon na. Do it going back and sliding down the shaft of hair. Doesn'T look like i'm cutting anything, but trust me hair is flying all right. So i'm going to use the smallest amount of my fenty. Beauty is color 330 and you just dab it onto my hand like that and just use a brush. This one is pretty narrow. That'S all you want just to keep it into that parting space and i'm going to make sure you get off all that excess product too. I'M going in very light because we already went in with the powder, so i just want to brighten it up a little bit already made a difference now with these pieces. Here i just want to make sure those tracks we saw earlier are covered if you are trying to avoid using glues and adhesives. You can definitely just take a good section to slide behind the ear and then keep a little piece out like that. You don't even have to cut it if you don't want to, but this will help give you some weight here to hold that down now on this side, you really don't even need much, because the majority of the hair is on this side already. So that's already giving you an advantage right, so you could style it like that. Keep this hair in front just like that, and you cannot tell right, like literally i don't have anything on this wig. It feels really good secure. It'S not overly tight or anything like that. Now, if you do want to stay, take it up a notch and hairspray is a little too much or a little scary. You can always go in with a mousse for foam. I'Ve been loving, the go glueless brand or you can use really any styling foam, that's for hair and you can go ahead and lay that just on with a little watery lay that on top or safer option put it on top of your hand, and you can Either go in with a comb whatever feels more comfortable. This will also help you sleep, the hairline back as well, so you don't have a bunch of flyaways and then you can concentrate most of that onto the piece that you're leaving out just so it can lay down now, if you want to get fancy, you can Also take the comb and mold it a bit. Now, if you notice, i have not cut anything from baby hairs right, i'm just simply sliding out a little bit of the hairs from the border and sculpting it along the lace. That'S it! So if you are a little more intimidated by you know cutting anything on the lace you don't have to. You could just do that and be done or go in with a hair dryer, of course, on the cool setting. Don'T forget that part you're not trying to heat it up. You just want it to dry in place: okay, okay! So now that i have just blow-dried it a little bit in the cool setting, you can tell how everything is nice and molded and sleek, and it is attached. Okay, it's not a super duper hole, whether you're gon na go and like pull on it and tug on it or do water sports like it's, not that kind of holds it's just. If you want a little more security that this isn't gon na flap and move during the day, then i would highly recommend a little bit of mousse cool setting and just keep rolling and pressing with your fingertip to just keep everything in place and nice and melted And i have it to give it to. You know beauty forever. The lace is pretty good. I mean it blended very nicely with my skin. It wasn't giving me an overcast. Yes, you can go with the powder like i did. I think that helped a little bit of plucking, especially in the hairline, just to open it up and good to go. You can do the same on this end. I'M not really going to worry about it as much though i don't know i might, but for right now, like i said it's covered by the hair, so you can't even tell really it looks that good and i probably wouldn't need it right now. But let's say you were doing this before doing your makeup: you can always just put on an elastic band. I love this one because it has the velcro so very easy to put on you just want to put it on the whole um base of the lace. All the way around and that's going to help you get an even extra hold, especially if you're going in with the mousse. Okay, everything is set. You finish your makeup and when you're ready to go boom pop it off and it will be laid to perfection. Okay and again, i didn't even mess with the front optional you could, but what i love to do here on this channel again, if you are new here, is things just like this, showing you a few little tips and tricks on how to personalize your wigs make It feel more natural, like your own, but without needing to do a million steps, have a bunch of products or be damn near a beautician like bleaching and all this other stuff that's way way way way too much so loves. I hope you enjoyed watching this. I definitely enjoyed making it so see you next time i been winning like. I found a perfect cheat code. Social distance, shawty, don't get close to people had a lot of problems, but i couldn't keep them. I'Ve been on, take it slow, take it it slow,

G N-Mathai: I absolutely love this colour on you. Looks wonderful

Sçhàrlotte Nash: This is the color for you girl! Gorgeous .
