How I Found My Wholesale Hair Vendor

Hey subbies, I'm back with another video. I haven't been back for a week, but I'm back today so save the drama for your mama. I have on two different ashes. Did you know I put them on not taking them off. So sorry about that. Also, if you guys notice, but what this video about is how to find or how I found my wholesale vendor and just food tips when you're looking for wholesale vendor for your business. Some things that you need to be mindful of because a lot of people don't really know they just find a vendor or D. It run through samples, and they just go through a big process that could have been a boy. So I'm just here to help you guys, of course, I'll come back with the help, I'm always back with the help. So, let's get sorry um the first thing. First, I just want to talk about the fact that I just released a vendor book, and I want to give you guys just reasons why you should just really go purchase the vendor book I'll, be posting up a picture of it probably right and then yeah, but I'M gon na just give you guys reasons why my vendor book consists of a hair vendors, rawhide vendors me clash: vendors, um, clothing, vendors, flat iron, vendors, hair care, shampoo, conditioner, all of that clothing for men, women, swimwear and things of that nature. So whatever video you ever need is in this venerable, if you want to start my own business, it's gon na be in a spinner book and I really stitch. I said you guys go out and purchase it because it'll save you millions of millions of dollars, probably and just um, really save you from making foolish mistakes. So first things first um when I found my bender, I think I was pretty blessed. It was like a real kind of blessing when I found my vendor. We, my first vendor, has been my vendor since for the whole two years and um yeah. But let me give you guys some so much struggles. So when I wanted to change my vendor, I it was a point in time. I really wanted to change my vintages because some of the things that she was doing my vendor person, who was kind of like irritating me, so I didn't want to change my vendor, but when I was trying to find a vendor like these are some of the Struggles that you'll run into when I was trying to find a vendor make the prices were too expensive. They wouldn't give me samples. People were like not offering drop. Shipping drop shipping as a service that you're you're. You get an order. Your vendor ships out the order for you and then yeah. They send your tracking number, you don't you don't get the product at all, go straight to your customer. Now they weren't offering drop shipping, they weren't doing custom packaging, and this is this is like things that you need. When you have a vendor, you need somebody that can give you more than just a product and that can give you good prices, and that can help you so me, and I better have a really great relationship. It'S kind of crazy, like we FaceTime. If I have any issues, I speak to her about the fact I want to have my own factory and she gives me tips and they created custom packaging. For me, like me, and my vendor are tight, like there was points of times where we have argued, but anything I could ever need in my company. If I want to change something up, if I want to add a new product, she's gon na go ahead and find it for me, and those are the type of things that you want, get your finger to be able to do for you. You want your minute to be able to do more than just provide you a product, or you know just they have to be like your friend, because this is the person that sources are your products. So when you, when you are guys, are looking for vendors you'll, probably hit find that vendors want you to do samples and all these things when these things are very pricy like doing samples paying for shipping it's gon na cost. You a lot! That'S why I'm telling you guys to go into my bender book and find a vendor rather than having to go through the whole process of doing samples figuring out this hair quantity or this clothing quality or whatever? It may be, it's right for you. You want to just go ahead and go with the trustworthy process, because it's not you're gon na run into somebody. It probably has bad communication that can't speak English, and this is things that you need someone to really be able to help you in other areas, and it you have to be able to communicate very well with them. So I would really suggest that you guys um purchase the mini book. It'Ll save you times, but talk about next is making sure that you get the most out of your vendor, anything that you have and things that you guys really need to put into consideration things that you guys really need to put in consideration when you're buying a Vendor we just fell about drop shipping. You want to make sure that your friend of dropships, you want to make sure that your American provide you custom packaging, because you want to create value and anything that you sell. You want to get branded, so you want to provide custom packaging. You want your vendor to provide custom packaging. You want your vendor to be able to communicate and speak English with you be reliable that whenever you write them they respond. You want your figure to have an iPhone. I don't care. What you might have says like iPhones are everything you want you're going to have an iPhone so that you can literally just text them. I literally text my vendor and she just she just wrote me like. We FaceTime I'm telling you guys you want to have that relationship, because this your best buddy and I'm business - and I talked a lot about this in the vendor book. I'M sorry is really gon na save you tons of time and money. You need somebody that can just take you higher and a lot of vendors like when I was speaking to vendors. When I wanted to change my vendor. They weren't giving me that they were gon na help me do anything other than um. You know just provide a product, in fact the shipping may be slow, they don't provide drop shipping and you want to make sure that you have the best product, the fastest shipping, the greatest branded packaging - and you know just the customer service if something's wrong with my Products I'm gon na call my vendor, I could put cut if a customer tells me hey something's up with his hair, it's not the best, because that can always happen. I'M gon na go ahead and contact my bigger and my baby's going to fix it. You need that you need somebody, that's gon na care about your business, a bit more because at the entity you're providing a standard tons of money. I'M like a VIP customer better because of how much I bring in, but you are bringing in and revenue into this company. They need to be able to give you more than just hair, so don't be foolish when you're talking to these vendors tell them exactly what you want. You know and make sure that you negotiate like because your business, your business, male or female, negotiate don't always accept the price. You know, because you need to find the lowest cost of your products in order to put them at the best price on the market. So always negotiate the price, don't always say: okay, it costs this much cool. Being it's known, I'm never that girl and if you are purchasing a product from a vendor daily. For my people that already have vendors, you need to speak to your vendor about giving you a set price hey. If I order a thousand dollars of product you're gon na take $ 200 off, because you know I'm coming back, you know I'm home, bring you revenue, I'm ordering more than your average customer. Would they need to give you a plus? You are an asset to them. So that's just things I really want you guys to put into consideration and when you're finding a vendor you just want you want the most vendor, not just somebody, I'm selling guys you don't want somebody just provide you a product, you don't even know your vendors name. My vendors name and she sells me if her kid is sick, like we are besties and that's what you want and you want to have a good one thing. You want to really know how to communicate with these people, because, yes, they're good they're in a different country. Things are different but learn how to speak to them. Like you can't be, you can't be rude when I first started thang on my vendor me like I've grown so much, but I was when things were going wrong. I would go back and cursor out and that's the wrong thing to do. You don't want to be fuss about your finger, just good something went wrong. You want to really know how to communicate, because this is a relationship that she wants, the last for a long time. You don't want to be running through vendors, you don't I have. I have three menders one for my air went for my edge control and I have one for my clients. I find the products you don't want to have ten vendors like one four, four, four, four lace, wigs and one for you need a better to provide you. A lot you know a real factory bag that can handle whatever you're about to order. If you are a new business, you need a factory. I can always have things on hand. You want to know. What'S going on, I talked to my vendor about I'm going to fly out to China and see what's going on at their factory, because I want to be so in tune with my business, so you want that option. Also. You want to know that it's legit whenever I'm speaking snoop endures, send me videos of the factory I want to know what's going on. I want to really get into it and that's what you need to be doing. You need to be trying to figure out. What'S going on, how is this product being made? What do you guys have a stock? What else do you guys carry? What else can I sell that is like this product on the market? You need more for your book, get your bag for you, but get my anything book and don't get don't get got when you got 2019. So I really want you guys to put into consideration if you already have a vendor the relationship that you guys have. How much you talk to them? What you guys talk about what you know about your product? Do you really even know enough about your product to be selling this product? Do you know where how it's made you know where it come from? Do you know that you can get custom packaging? You know, that's your been literally [ __ ] about all your products for you that they offer drop shipping what's their name, you know like get into it. Show me how, if I'm talking to listen, how I think about it. If I have a bender and you own a factory, you should be able to teach me how to have a factory. You know we need to have that type of relationship. This is like your partner, my finger, it's like my part. I remember guys my bender went missing for like three days. I freak the freak out. Okay and that's all. I never do it again if she never had if she's going out of town going anywhere. My vendor will literally tell me here's somebody else that can help you. I know the CEO of the company, I know the sales representatives I'm in it. Okay, this is, I know where my hair is coming from. I know about the company and you need to make sure you're knowing about these companies before you, send these money and they've taken all your money, but you don't even know that they can help you grow, you don't even know they can create different things. For you. You know they can, if the seasons coming up for Christmas, we just changed our whole. I just changed my whole packaging for Christmas, because I want to do something special for my customers. Your vendor should be able to provide you that type of um you know leniency in new things, so you want to really just make sure with these people that you're purchasing from they can give you more than average, because what I told my better in the beginning Is there's 100 hair fingers out here? So what's up? What'S gon na keep me there? Two other one came and this really long ago this business and business is business, and sometimes you know that's where I tell you guys find a steady um. You know discounted price that you're paying to provide you, because business is still business and if I'm gon na come to you every day and buy this hair for me should be able to give me a discount. You know if I'm purchasing a lot from you should be able to provide you a discount, but I should be coming here every day asking for discounts. No cuz business is business, so you want to set something steady, so you're not like steaming like a knight and seem like you, don't care about the fact that they are still running the business so um. I strongly suggest going into my vendor book. These are business that I trust these are vendors that I have done research with contacted with. I gave you guys in my vendor book. I have exact names, phone numbers websites times to call them drop a faint drop ship or not start my face like this fender book. Has it all you understand if you want to start a clothing business accessory business, hair care business here, whatever this vendor book? Has it and all the vendors are truly trusted people that I trust people that I see two people that I know I communicate with, and I gave you guys ample like, even if they have iMessage, I provided you get information, but when you cease within it, you Guys also need to be downloaded. What'S that so yeah I gave you guys all the juice, but all that you're getting all the shoots, cuz all the juice into the book. So I strongly suggest person to bed defender book. If you don't purchase it just put into consideration everything that just told you guys because think a long-term like successful people think a long-term, so you want to have a vendor that you can go a long time. What you want! You don't want to be switching vendors. Every time, especially if you have a product specially just like hair or clothes, you want that quality always be the same accessories. It'S kind of different, like you can find another printer that has the same accessories, but it's about quality. It'S still about the communication that they can provide you or whatever else they can provide. You know so just really put these things into consideration and I break when she buys the best know that you guys are great know that you guys are made to be great know that I will continue to tell me things that you guys want me to talk About, but I will continue to come on here and provide you guys for what I know as I've been growing in my business um.
