Made it what's good, overseeing your cigarette, obviously back on [ __ ] scene with another youtube video for you guys today, as you guys can tell by today's title, i am going to be doing a in-depth, in-depth, let's take it in depth, that's how you say it In depth or in-depth in depth or in depth, i don't know i'm going to be doing an in-depth, uh wig install for you guys today. Today we are going to be installing a nice little side, part wig, i'm going to show you how to wig in a few we're going to do kind of like a 90s layers, type of look, i'm going to try to custom layers. I haven't done layers in a really long time and i haven't did a side part in so long. So you know i like my bust down middle points, but i'm trying to try something different, but before we get into this video make sure you follow me on instagram. For my ball cap method, i always take a regular wig cap, that's closest to my skin color and the products that i use for my bulkhead ain't in my bathroom, so i'm gon na be back okay, so first things. First, when installing my wigs, i always well that well not necessarily selling my wig, but like uh, do my ball cap message. I always always always always start off with some extra firm hold uh wigs, where you can use gossipy spray, but lately i've been using this and you want to get a pair of scissors for your ball cap. I'M going to show you how literally how to make it look like you amber rose in this [ __ ]. I literally take first one to brush back. You want to brush back or your edges and stuff like that. I already did that and i literally pulled the ball cap all the way over my face and the reason i do this. I don't look crazy, but the reason i do this because, like it stretches out the ball cap and gives it a more seamless look, you can use a pantyhose, that's what most people do, but i don't got painted holes. I just use the wig cap. I look like i'm about to go: [ __, ], wrong bank or some [ __ ] like that. So now that i could somewhat type [ __ ] see, i would spray my extra firm hold spray by wonderlace and i'm gon na spray that, on my hairline i cannot see i'm gon na have to cut a bigger hole. Oh careful, you don't cut your [ __ ] eyes out all right. So that's much better! My eyelashes look so crazy. Now because i kind of just messed it up, but i'm getting a refill tomorrow. So, no matter so now, i'm spraying that along my hairline, i always do like a good two layers of this. Sometimes three, all right. So i finished blow drying that and i always blow dry between hot and cold, and now i'm gon na just do another layer. You could do one layer, i feel like one layer would be fine, but i always just do multiple layers just so. I can make sure that, like it's like just secure, of course, you want to make sure it's not sticky at all. Like you see how my hands are not sticking to it, this is the key to getting a really bald cap like girl. Then you want to take some scissors that are small. Just like this. You want to cut your bald cap using like back here, not necessarily the tip, but back here. So i'm hoping this is really wide, as you can see, and i'm literally cutting you see, the demarcation of where, like the glue is laid and where the ball cap, like the rest of the cap, is like not laid, you want to go along that line. Literally, you want to cut that line and that's it, so you want to use all the way like your scissor. You want to use this whole part right here to cut, and it's going to give you a seamless cut when you cut like that. So i go ahead and take the excess cap. That'S like dangling in the back, and i personally tie it because this kind of gives me a face. Lift especially if you tie it like really tight. I don't know if you're going to notice, but i just feel like it does something i just feel like it doesn't. I don't know i'd rather like tie it than cut it off, because i just feel like it kind of like just i don't know it does something for me um at least in my head. I can give you something all right. So now we have like extra little fly, aways and we're just gon na take with our scissors and we're gon na cut that off and now this is the key to getting a really good melt. You want to take some hair glue. I personally use the erica the erica j hold me down adhesive, and i put a few dots on the hairline. That was a lot. I put a few dots on the hairline of the wig cap and this is going to hold your wig cap down. That will not go nowhere. This is what gives the book have like a good melon guess you want to use your hairspray, but you also want to get a wig yeah i'll, be running out of this [ __ ] like crazy. It'S erica j, i'm saying every video bank somebody's needed time to sponsor me. I stand by this blue, like i literally don't use any other wig blue at all. Until i come out with my own wig blue, though period it's gon na be just as good as miss erica jake's. Now you want to go ahead and brush the glue, and you want to press down on like any demarcation that you see and it's just going to literally melt into your skin, and this will also allow you to get more than one use in your wig cap. If you know how to take off your wigs properly so now you want to get a lace tint, and this is the lace tint. I use it's waterproof. It quick dry the shade light brown in this lace, tint just to give the wig cap just a little color, even though, like i'm pretty like looking real bald already. So i take my 70 alcohol and i just dip it in there best to make sure you have a clean forehead when applying a wig, because the cleaner, your forehead, the longer your wig, is gon na last, so the ball cap is done now, let's get into Installing the wig, so here's the wig i'll be installing today it is from love me hair. This is their clear lace. 13 by i would say this is a 13 by 4 release, one it's my first time trying clear lace. I heard clear lace is really good, and this is my first time trying it so i'm super excited this video is sponsored by love me hair. Thank you guys so much for sending me over this wig. I'M super excited to install it. Oh, this place looks amazing. Like you know, you can tell when you bout to have a good, install based off the lace. This is some really good lace. You know like it's already matching my skin. I also wanted to show you all the lace and natural lighting, and it's literally matching up to me perfectly now that i've hot comb, the hair into place, i'm going to go ahead and cut sections. I love to work in sections when installing the wig, because it just makes my life much easier and if you're a beginner, i definitely do recommend sections sections are your best friend i i'm i've been installing wigs for like two over two years and i still installing Sections - and i literally almost missed this step so before i actually even get to like gluing anything down, i always make sure to cut off my ear tabs. Alright, so i clipped all my hair back and now i'm going to go ahead and start placing my glue down, so my biggest tip for glue placement is literally place. Your glue, probably like an inch. Not i want to say, is this an inch i don't know but place it like literally directly in front of the wig cap to protect your edges and just to make sure it's a clean and star always put it literally right in front of the wig cap. Not on the wig cap, necessarily but literally right in front of the wig cap, so another thing people do struggle with is getting like a clear, clean application with their glue and where you mess up or getting like a messy application with your glue is using tools. I personally like to use my finger because that gives me the smoothest application, like you, want to make sure your glue is smoothed out evenly, so it dries clear like that, is the key to like a clean install. You want to make sure the glue is literally smooth out to perfection. It'S nice and clear, like as you're rubbing your glue on it should be turning clear. Just like this. That'S how you know you're getting a smooth application. As you can see, it has dried clear. You can't even tell that i'm wearing wig glue right now and that's exactly how your application should look. You should not even be able to see that there is glue on your forehead. It should dry literally completely clear, like you see this right here. This is not a clean application. I still have some more um smoothing to do i'm starting uh. We can as well use like a hard bristle brush to really get the glue to touch that lace. You just really want to brush the product in and make sure the glue is attached to the lace. This is going to help melt as well. So now i'm melting my lace with my double seams wig closet, melt band. These are available for purchase on my website. I went ahead and straightened the hair and it straightened. So good light is giving body it is giving everything it is supposed to give, and this is body wave hair and it's straightened really good as y'all can see. All i needed was one pass. It looks so good. Actually, i'm loving this hair. I'M really excited to see the final flick of the result. So now it is time to cut the legs. I always use an eyebrow razor. This is going to be your best friend and you want to cut in a jagged motion. You don't want to cut in a straight line. I like to cut like this literally moving the eyebrow razor just like that. Do uh do so now i'm going to spray some of my hairspray onto the tail of the comb and i'm just going to press this down on the hairline just to give it an even better melt. I love the side part look. This is what the install looks like with no baby hairs at all, and i absolutely love it if i wanted to go for like a no baby hair look, this is what it would look like. Super bomb super natural, definitely giving everything is supposed to give. I feel like with a no baby hair. Look it's giving very much grown woman. It'S getting very much classy when you put your lace in the natural lighting, it's going to tell it all and look how good this looks. This is so freaking cute. I love it. I love it. I love it. I went ahead and added some light baby hairs, but you can also wear this wig glueless or with no baby hairs, as also the no baby hair look was also giving, but i decided to add some light. Little baby hairs and the hair is looking really good. It'S really soft, really silky for a body wave hair. This hair gets super straight, like the hair is definitely giving everything it is supposed to give it has body like i love it. It is so good. The lace is amazing.
