HOW TO REPAIR YOUR FULL LACE WIG, IF IT HAS A WHOLE, TEAR AND OR RIP. This video is part 1 of 2.

Oh, while my clients came to me yesterday with a horror, her wig, she tore it. This is probably one of the worst ones I probably seen lately and she tore a good boy, a good 4 to 5 inch inches on her lace. Wig it's in the nape area and she had this piece. This piece is totally coming off and then she also had other pieces. This is a piece of pieces of the leaf and actually they're knots in the hair strand. So it is a lot going on. I want to show you what I'm going to do to fix this unit. Maybe this will help you save some money and your being able to fix it yourself if you cannot fix it off. Your wig looks something like this and you see the results of mine. You can always email me or call me or check it on check out my website and you can send it in to me and I'll fix it for you, but I want to show you how I can do it and hopefully it will help you save it. Some additional money, so what you're going to need you're going to need some free blocks, all right, you're going to need some clear, acrylic sealer, this isn't a mess. Yeah you're gon na need some transparent, um thread. This is very thin. This is in black. You can get it in black or you can get it in clear, you're going to need a very thin needle. I believe that's a 3 nice size and then you're going to need a I'm going to use a cotton swab. You can use a small brush, I'm going to use a cotton swab for when I use the freight lot, and I also have a piece of piece of aluminum foil, which I'm going to use this to set up a plate. Just a little piece of aluminum that I'm going to use the fray block so to start your project, what you're going to have to do is, and also one more thing I move around. I have a piece of leaf, so this is a piece of lace from one of the wigs that I applied either on myself when a client always key, please, when you do apply your first unit, you may want to save some of your lace for issues like This, where you may have a rip, a tear or a hole in your lace, wig and you need to repair it. You may be able to repair yourself so you're going to do me. So the first thing you're going to do is you want to take your frame block? This is a privilege that I got from a fabric store the regular one uses fray Blanca to avoid the frame that has already started from the inside of the wig. So one supplies a spray block first around this area and then I'm also going to apply the night sealer around the full head of the wig, because before I start and really working on it, I want to see the hair strands. So I want to seal the knots as much as possible before I start stitching an area in the wig. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to take the additional link that I save from other lace. Wigs that I either apply myself apply my clients or whatever, and I'm going to add an additional latif of lace where this slit is because the area where it has already slit it's already, not as strong. So I'm going to show you how I'm going to add this leaf on top of this area and pretty much trying to fix this as much as possible without costing a whole bunch of money and/or time so first thing you're going to do! Is you want to take your fragrance now? This is Taylor June Taylor Inc. You want to take your Frey block, run it underneath water for hot water for three minutes and then shake it for thirty seconds. That'S what you saw me doing at speaking in this video you're, going to take the Fred block and put it on the pizza. You can put it on a piece of paper plate, I'm going to just use this alone before just so. I can easily throw this out and I want to show you how I'm going to apply it on the lately. I'M actually. I want to take the frame block, so I made my little little foyer like a little bowl here and I applied the fray block inside the aluminum foil, a little pouch. I'M going to take this for a block and I'm going to go around the perimeter of the wig where all the tears are and do a light layer. I mean it's pretty like a very fine liquid, so you don't need much and after I applied this, I'm going to use my acrylic sealer and we'll use that for the the rest of the week for the entire head of the wig okay. So I applied it around the tear and then we'll have to let this dry, but in the meantime I want to check to make sure there aren't any other holes or anything okay. So it's really just this tear in this area. So next I'm going to apply the knot. Siller then you're gon na let love is to fully dry and this may take hours to hours. I want to actually let this one dry overnight before I start continue working on it. You you
