Diy : How To Make A Frontal From Scratch !!! 40 Inch 613 Wig (Ventilation Method) | Savage Beauty

Hey yall! Welcome back to another video. Today I decided to give you guys a quick tutorial on how to create a lace frontal from SCRATCH!!! The purpose of this video is to provide a solution for "bundles" or "bundle deals" that does not come with a closure, frontal or lace front. The method that I used was the Ventilation Method.

This did take a bit of time because it was something that I had done for the first time. Eventually, I figured it out and it came out better than I had expected.

Hello, you guys welcome back to my channel today, i'm going to be showing you guys how to make a lace frontal from scratch. If you're new to my channel do me a favor and click on that subscribe button below and if you are a returning subscriber thanks for watching and without further ado, let's get into the video okay. So here's what you're going to need you're going to need some wig combs, which of course these are optional. You guys can use these. If you want to. I also picked up some wood caps and some lace and the type of wood caps that i picked up were super stretchy and they also fit a variety of different head shapes you're, also going to want to use a jex ventilation kit. You don't have to use a specific brand, but it does come with a variety of items that are extremely helpful um in this package, it does include t pens, some curved needles and then it also includes four different types of needles. The one that i chose to use in this video is the 2-3. I felt as though that needle was the one that best fit in between the mesh. It also comes with two different rolls of thread. I won't be using this specific thread in this video. I ended up using a different one and then lastly, it comes with the ventilation needle okay, so y'all. I accidentally made the mistake of using the crochet needle to ventilate the lace instead of using the ventilation needle. You guys don't make the same mistake that i did because you will end up with holes within the lace, and you don't want that because then the hair is actually just going to seep through and it won't be able to latch on to anything. So don't do the same thing that i did and go ahead and pick yourself up, one of those ventilation, needles, okay, so the type of hair that i did go ahead and pick up was this organic master mix. I was gon na use virgin hair to go ahead and do this tutorial um, but i thought um what happens if i kind of mess up, so i did go ahead and pick up seven bundles. You guys you do not need that much. I did kind of ov on how much that i kind of picked up um. I got three 24's 230 inches and then 236 inches, but you really only need, like maybe five or four bundles, but it kind of just depends on your thickness and what you guys are looking to achieve. With this lip, i didn't notice any shedding when it came to this hair. As i was running my fingers through everything kind of glided nicely and smoothly, there wasn't any snags or any strands. I ended up falling out so um. One thing i do like about it is that it doesn't necessarily get matted like other types of like, i guess, synthetic like hairs. The last few materials that you guys are going to need is a mannequin head. Um, you guys can choose to use a mannequin head if you would like, or you can go ahead and pin the lace down and then work on the ventilation from there. I also use some scissors and i use the scissors to go ahead and cut the weft. Now that you have all of your materials, we are going to go ahead and begin. I did include um some clips where i kind of fast forwarded all the way through and i started making the wig well, i didn't start making the wig, but i started recording when i was halfway done with the lace or halfway done with the frontal, and i Wanted to record the rest of the way, so i just included some clips of me ventilating the wig. I also have clips in here where i kind of slowed every down and slowed everything down and showed you guys so, okay, so here's the finished product you guys can see how everything turned out. Um. Don'T really worry about these knots that are on the front of the frontal. These knots will go away by you either using a hot comb or a blow dryer. You just have to make sure that it's on 400 degrees and then everything will just melt into the lace and something that i could have done better next time is probably use smaller sections of hair towards the front line. So with me, i tended to grab like a bit more hair than i should have, so you can see the knots a lot more significantly than i guess if you weren't have used that much hair, but the main purpose of this video, as i said in the Introduction is, let's say, like you order bundles, and it only comes like three or four bundles in a pack, and you don't necessarily want to have any leave out and you want to have a frontal instead. So this gives you the option to make a frontal from scratch from scratch. It gives you the option to make a frontal from freaking scratch and then be able to use your bundles as well so um. I know there's times where i'm you know buying bundles in here and i'm just like dang. I got all these bundles, but no frontal or no closure or anything to go on top. So if you guys like this video - and you want to see how i styled this hair and also put this hair on, definitely do me a favor and hit that subscribe button and then also stay tuned for my next video, which will be up after this. One of me actually styling this wig. Thank you all so much for watching and if you guys have any questions, just go ahead and drop them down below in the comment section and i will get back to each and every single one of you guys um. Follow me on any of my social media any and all of my freaking social media um. I love you guys so freaking much and i'll see you guys in the next upload bye.

OddAndAbout: How do you ventilate a hair parting? Or can you skip making a hair parting and if you did would that affect the appearance of the wig?

ThePrincez1997: Very nice, where did you buy the lace from

IWUALA FRANCA: How strands of hair did you pick?

Falysha Pierre-Lys: HEYYY WOULD YOU VENTILATE A WIG FOR ME FOR A FEE?
