Hello - everyone - that's watching the replay, so I figured well actually I just got home, maybe about two hours ago from Los Angeles, and I figured I just popped it here. I would pop one really quickly because I haven't going live yet today, so I figured I will pop on real quick just to let you guys see what I'm working on. This is the same project that I've been working on for a while. I keep I stopped. I work on it a little bit I'll come back to it, I'm not working on it consistently. If I was working on it consistently, I'd be done by now, but I just have not been working on it consistently. But my goal is to be done with this, but before the seminar, not necessarily so that I can wear it, but so that you can see it done for those that are coming so. And this also, I want to remind you that there's literally two days and one hour left for the lace week - training system 2.0. So I can't see any of the comments. My daughter is going to be reading some of the comments, if you guys have any questions or anything like that, but I did want to pop on and tomorrow, because I didn't forget: I'm going to break down my organization because someone asked me for that. The other day, so I'm gon na, show you guys how I stay organized with all these pieces and stuff that I jumped from. Sometimes I jump from piece to piece. It just all depends on someone asked: how long does it take to complete a full lace? Wig, a full lace, wig, okay, here's what you have to understand so for any project you have to factor in the hair the material you're using because not all lace is created equal, neither are the holes that did, I already say, the hair, the hair you're using And the density, so all of that factors in, but on average it takes anywhere from 35 to 40 hours or more, depending on all of those things to make a full lace. That is not what I'm working on. That'S what I don't want people to just look at what I'm doing and be like. Oh my gosh, I can't do that. I don't have the patience for that. What you have to realize is that you don't have to make full lace wigs all the time. That'S not what this is about. It'S about doing other things like right now we're working on a closure piece. You can work on a small piece. You can work on a large piece. You can work on a full lace. Wig, if you want, you can just print a wig where you just fix the hairline like there's so many different things that you can do with this skill. It'S not just about making full lace wigs all the time. Someone else asked. Are you still holding the bootcamp in March? Yes, the bootcamp has not changed in how many years 13 years or more, I've never had to I've. Only ever once had to cancel an event. I'Ve canceled two events in 13 years. One was because my mother passed away and the other one because was because I decided to move it to out here to Las Vegas. So, yes, the event is still on. Someone else asked: do you think that return hairs need to be cut? Those hairs that stick can stick up. It depends. It depends on the project and what you're gon na use it for in most cases, you could just cut them, but if you're going to be doing something with some back combing, you can leave them. I usually always leave them, but then again it depends on the project, so it just it just all depends someone says so looking forward to next month. Ladies me, too, I can't wait. I just bought a whole lot of brand-new material. I think I'm gon na make some pieces just for the event next month. It'S gon na be amazing. I'M super excited, then someone said paid for my to point out excited me yeah. I am really excited this trip this weekend was actually very, very, very, very, very productive. I wish I could share everything that I did on this trip this weekend, but I just can't right now but stay tuned, because it is some super exciting things coming very very, very very soon I am extremely excited. Robson, hey guys, can't wait to see you hey Rob, can't wait to see you either. I can't wait to grow some hair so that you can get your hands in this head again. All right, so I'm still ventilating you'll, see like you'll, see me pull little hairs out. That'S only because those are short hairs that I know that I don't want to ventilate. You have another thingy, no question. Well, I did, but someone said I have to ask. Is this short, so I don't under okay here it is, is the short black hair style. You wear a wig. No, no! Actually, that is my hair used to be my hair. So a few months ago, I think, back in October. I actually, I actually have a video on my youtube, showing me cutting my hair off, but a really good friend of mine had two brain aneurysms in church and they ruptured she passed out, and I just so happened to be looking at her snapchat and she had No hair, she shaved her hair off, but she was in the hospital, so I texted her. She FaceTime me and I saw that they had to shave her head because of the the aneurysms that she had. Thank God she made it through. She was still alive. So I just didn't want her to be alone, so I shaved my head with her. That'S why my hair is so short right now, but I like it, someone asked: do you sell the wigs um? I have a wait list for the wigs that I do so often times. I don't I just like to teach, but I am highly considering selling some of these pieces that I've been making lately. Someone said bought my 2.0 today, I'm so excited about expanding my business. I am excited for you. This is definitely something that a lot of people can benefit from, but they just if they could just get past the oh, my gosh, this. You takes a lot of patience. You know what it does, but at the end of the day, like I said earlier, you don't have to sit there and make a full lace weave unless you want to now granny. If you do it's going to be incredibly beautiful, but you don't have to someone said beautiful. Thank you very much, so I liked it right now. I'M working with single, drawn hair double drawn hair is gon na. Give you more of a uniform finish. Is that the laundry that is the dryer? Okay, no idea so right now? Well, you guys probably can't tell but right now I'm ventilating on an angle, because this is going to be a parted area. This is the other side of a part, and so just to remind you, there's only two days, one hour and nine minutes left to get the LASIK training system 2.0 and then it's going away, I'm not doing the three day event again with this with this system, I am NOT doing the QA again, I am NOT doing the private assessments again, it is just going to be some of those bonus. Those bonuses will go away when the system comes back. So this is that your last opportunity to get all of those cool bonuses that come along with the system that is very annoying. I want to go turn it off. I want you to go turn it off, but seeing this how you're holding the camera, I don't know how we're gon na make that happen, but yeah. So that is your. This is your the last opportunity for you to get those bonuses of they go away and they will not be available again. So this is the last time I'm doing it last time, you'll get to come to the three-day event. This is the last time for the Q & A s and the private assessment. Someone asked how long and how long an average should it take to ventilate a full lace wig, and will you teach how to install the wig once completed okay, so I I just answered this question, but on average, so once I'm done with this video, you can Go back and listen to the answer and like in detail, but on average 35 to 40 hours, but that just all depends on the type of hair, the density that material you're using that kind of cap all kinds of stuff. So it could be different depending on what you're doing someone asked. Are the tool kits needed for class available on your site by the way loved up? How your daughter is an amazing entrepreneur in training? Thank you. What was that question again? Are the tool kits needed for class available on your site, the tool kits themselves? No, but the materials that you need for the class are in your member area. Once you log in you should be able to see it there. It'S a PDF document that explains everything that you'll need for that three-day event. Someone said I've been listening to your podcast and I love it. Where have you been all my life? Thank you, I'm so glad you love it see. I keep popping this here so when you're, ventilating and you're popping here and you're like oh my gosh, am i doing something wrong? No you're, not it just happens. Does your finger? Does your fingers get sore when you don't ventilate for a while? No, they don't, because I don't I've been too late, but not as often as you probably think I do so. No, they don't get sore. How can you keep those short hairs from tangling at the top meaning after they're, ventilated or while I'm ventilating? So if you're, just joining, I've been explaining that there's only two days and one hour left to get the lace weight training system 2.0. So you have to go over to lace week, training center comm in order to get it because after this launch there will be no more three-day live event, no more Q & A sessions and no more private assessment. She said after they are ventilated. So no, they don't tangle for me, they're kind of sticking up now and it's getting on my nerves. So what I would do is just now just because I'm ventilating is probably use a little bit of water or some sort of leave-in conditioner or something just to keep them down just to control them a little bit until I'm done and then I'll decide. What I want to do with them at that point, someone asked which ventilating needle holder is the best wood brass or whatever, whatever else there is totally up to the individual, I've used them all. I like them all, actually, the plastic ones. The only reason why I don't like the plastic ones is because it's too short, but this is a brass holder right here I have an aluminum holder and I have a wood holder and I like them all this. I tend to gravitate towards this one more because I like the weight of it, it's a little bit heavier and I tend to have more control with this the weight of this holder, more so than others. So I am getting ready to wrap up this live. So I can sign off see this hair. I don't know if y'all can see that, but it's super short I can usually tell if I hair is going to be short. That'S the downside to using single drawing here too. It'S like you're dealing with so many different lengths, but you can draw the length off if you want. That'S that's just a process that takes a few hours. It could take a few hours depending on how much hair you're working with to draw the length off. But you can definitely do that and that way you're working with here. That'S all the same length depending on the area where you're ventilating it at it's just another step in the process. Someone said: wait, no, don't go. I have to go. You know. I'Ve been driving. All day long, it's only it's only a three and a half four hour drive from from Los Angeles or Beverly, wherever we were at from LA to here, but we've had a great meal a great weekend. It was a lot of fun and I'm just a little tired, but I didn't want to fall asleep tonight without at least closing up this little small gap here, cuz I'm gon na work on some pieces. I'M gon na work on finishing this in the next couple of days. Hopefully I'm done with this by the time the launch is over, that will be cool. Then I'll show you guys how I attach it but know. Somebody asked me that earlier I'm I'm gon na show how to attach it once I'm done, it depends I'm a most likely. I will, but it depends on how it depends on. If I get done or not, I should be done and I got to make sure I have some my adhesive and all of that boat hold. Let'S take a knee because that's what I like to use some when ice. Do you sell the hair that you use? No um I've been asked that a lot I have. I found a company that I'm just in love with yet that I absolutely love so I have not sold anything, but I do tell you the companies that I use the companies that I get the hair from, because I mean I don't believe in holding information back. Like that someone said so, you are no longer teaching ventilating in the near future, but the system will be available. No, I am teaching ventilating. The system will always be available, both the legacy and well. Let me take that back. The legacy will always be available. The 2.0 will be available without the bonuses, but I still do my live events. I'M still doing the 2-day event that one I do twice a year here in Vegas and then I'm still doing the boot camps around the United States and well I'll, say the United States for this year. But I will be going overseas for those either. The latter part of this year or starting next year, someone else do you use raw temple hair. It depends. I do have some raw temple hair here that I will be using for my next piece and I definitely have to be done with that before the seminar, because I really want everybody to feel that hair cuz, I'm considering maybe carrying that here, but for this this Is not raw temple here, someone asked what's the difference. What'S the difference between the legacy and the 2.0, the legacy was filmed back in 2007 and it just taught the techniques that I was I had developed from back. Then I didn't teach anything with making the hybrid. I didn't teach the closure piece, I taught front tools and stuff like that. The 2.0 is just a lot of updated techniques through the years of me having the seminars and taking all the questions and everything that I was doing back then I was thinking no of what I wanted to add to the new system, things that weren't already in The legacy so in the legacy I'm teaching repairs, I'm teaching all kinds of stuff in the 2.0. I teach you how to do repairs. I teach you how to use the sewing machine to make your hybrid wig. I'M teaching you a lot of different things that I did not teach in the legacy, but don't get it twisted. The legacy is still incredible. I'Ve still had some people do some amazing things with the legacy still making beautiful wigs and not even ever having to come to a hands-on event. So the legacy is still a great system, but the 2.0 is an updated version of what I taught in the legacy. Someone said I heard you say: the hair vendor info will be included in the 2.0, but I didn't see it just shoot us an email and we will be able to guide you in the right direction. Tell you exactly where it is. Someone said all those small hairs. This is just simply amazing and a great skill to have. Thank you very much. I think so too, and I have to I want people to understand this. You don't just have to make full lace wigs right now, I'm working on a rabbit, it's a larger closure. Then I normally would work on. But I'm doing this for a special someone called me. I'M just kidding I'm not wearing this. I really don't wear. I really don't wear my work because I just I just don't I like very low maintenance, so I like wearing my hair and I just I never wear my work, but maybe I will after this one will see someone else. Do you have raw temple hair vendors in the 2.0 tours that only offer that class? Neither because I haven't found one that I absolutely love yet, but their vendors of I don't the reason why I don't call them raw temple hair is because I don't believe this hair is wrong. I think that, because I colored it and all of that stuff and while it does color, I just don't think I think it still has stuff on it. So that's why I don't call this raw. Someone said what someone asked what's the size of this closure. This is stop and come back to octave, so I figure that this is a three a three and a quarter. No, it's not three and three inches we'll go with that, a three by almost six. So it's a three by five and three quarters. It'S I made it like that because I'm putting it with a specific cap - and I want to use so that's why I'm I did those measurements. Someone said, thank you, you are so transparent, you're welcome. You know what I don't believe, I'm holding anything back and I don't believe in trying to say stuff that just I don't know about that, like I don't believe in doing all that, because at the end of the day, if I give you the wrong information, that's What you're gon na remember about me? Oh, she told me that lie she gave me that vendor that that wasn't the best or that wasn't all that good, and she didn't tell me that so I believe in telling the truth and being very transparent. I'M always around my business that way for the last 15 years. So when I was, how long does the closure take versus the full wig, so the closure? If I worked on this consistently because it's a little bit bigger than others, it's a little bit bigger than normal, probably would have taken me seven to ten hours kinds of consistent work. So I could have finished it in a day. But I say that, but this density is also very very. I would say it's super thick, but I am meticulously. I don't know if you guys can tell, but I'm ventilating one hair in every hole. I may grab two hairs every now and then, but it's one hair in every hole and it's actually a lot harder for me to go at my normal speed because the camera is like at my neck and I can't really move the way I want to so. You'Re watching me go at a slower speed than what I would normally go at, because I'm not like in my comfortable position. It'S a little bit uncomfortable. Sometimes do you seal the knots after the unit is done to stop shedding uh. The only thing I use for not sealer, there's two things, and sometimes I do is sometimes I don't, but I don't have issues with my pieces shedding if I have to seal or if I want to see, especially if it's a piece that's gon na be passed Around at my Vince I'll use, either the got to be glued spray underneath or Aussie spritz the cheap stuff in the purple bottle that you can get at Walmart. Someone asked what do you charge for something like that? Oh yeah yeah. It depends on a lot of different things for something like this. It would depend on the type of hair I'm using. Of course, the size would be a factor and a project that is four. It depends on a lot of different things. I tend to not do the smaller projects a lot, but it's totally up to you, which it would charge something like this could could go for 1500 easily because look at the work that's going into it and it's bigger than normal or you could charge as little As $ 500, but to me $ 500, for this amount of work is not it doesn't even do it justice. Someone said I just bought my training system yay. Someone else said. Oh boy, you didn't say something. No okay, someone else said: do you use a magnifying glass? I am wearing readers, I'm a plus two, but I also wear bifocals. So I wear the the progressive bifocals with no line, so I used to be able to just use my bifocals, but I can tell my eyes: are maturing they're getting seasoned? So yes, I wear readers, not necessarily a magnifying glass, but I do wear readers. So I stayed on an extra time just for that person I said, don't go, but now I'm really gon na go cuz. I want to get a good night's rest for whatever I'm gon na do tomorrow. When I go live, I have to break down my supplies and show you guys exactly how I roll one more question last one: okay Wow, so for a full wig, we could charge five thousand or so since that closure, since that's a closure for around fifteen hundred. Absolutely um, that's in fact that's my starting price, so absolutely five thousand! Yes, you could for handmade, but again that, oh, I just poked myself that happens sometimes, but anyway again, it just all depends on you. I actually have a formula that I'd give my students of how they can break down their pricing, but it all depends on you and you know what you're willing to accept and what you're missing from behind it. You depends on a lot of different things. One more there's actually four more um. She said: how long would a closure or frontal last? Can it be reinstalled? You know what this is crazy, because, yes, it can be reinstalled, it can be repaired, all kinds of things, the one that I made and the legacy system I still have, and it still looks amazing, and that was back in 2000. I think we filmed it in 2006 or 2007. I think it was. Oh seven, someone asked! Oh, No, oh sorry, okay go okay, someone asked when will you have hand on training in New York City? Oh, my okay! So this is the 500th time that I think that's about New York. I'M coming. I promise I just don't know when I haven't had a chance yet this year to sit down and plan to your, but the closest I'm coming to New York so far is Philadelphia in April and I believe that class is April 24th. But I don't have anything on the website yet because we literally just finalized everything late last week. Someone said yes, please New York City, and can you offer a package for the supplies? You know what it's funny. You say that because oh gosh, I don't want to give too much away. I don't want to say anything yet but know this supplies. The kit is coming very very soon, but there will be a limited amount, so be ready for that. It'Ll be very very soon. Someone said, oh, I might be able to do the April in Philly. Yes, was that my four and last one I can't wait to see you in Dallas whoop, hey. I can't wait to come to Dallas I like Dallas. I love my home, which is Vegas, but I like Dallas, I really do Dallas. Is nice alrighty, so guys I'm going to I'm gon na sign off now. Thank you guys for tuning in. Do not forget if you want to learn how to do this. You have to go over to last week: training center comm. There is exactly two days: zero hours, 49 minutes and 25 seconds left before the last week. Training system and the bonuses go away. Well, so the bonuses, some of the bonuses will go away. It'S your last opportunity to get the system with the bonuses and the event and all of that good stuff. Alright guys! I love you so much. Thank you for tuning in and I'll talk to you soon.
