How To Turn A Lace Closure Wig Into A U-Part Wig

Welcome welcome welcome back to my channel, it's bree and i am so sorry. I know that you probably weren't waiting for me looking forward to my videos - and i was in the middle of finals for semester, one of university and i have one more exam left. But i have some time now and my channel deserves more than one video. But thank you so much for your patience today. I will be transforming my lace front wig into a u-part wig, so the issue was or is. I was practicing how to pluck the front of the lace front wig and i over plucked the hair, and so the front is looking quite crazy and i will never wear the wig. And so the only idea i could come up with was to make a u-part wig and i did a side part. So the first thing i did was, i parted the hair to the desired part and i made sure to me to separate the hair. So i don't cut any of the hair in the process of cutting the leaves, and then i cut the lace. Then you have to put the wig on back and measure out what part of your hair you will be leaving on, and then you will sew with clips onto the wig. I did five wick clips. I did two on the side, put the deep side part and then i did three on the lengthier part, and so that's how i plan to secure the wig to my hair once i'm ready to install the hardest part for me, um in this process was clipping. The wig to my hair, so i did something stupid. My hair is very thick and i did four large cornrows because i was lazy and it was very painful getting the clips still to secure on my hair, so that was very painful, as you can see on my face, it's crazy, so yeah i did about four Or three very large cornrows and it don't mind the pajamas. I was in bed and i thought of the idea to meet how you part wig and that's exactly what i did. I was very comfortable and i did not want to change that after clipping on the wig, i did go off camera and i thought ironed the wig and i also flat ironed the leave out my natural hair. The part that i left out and i blended it, and it was quite easy for me and i used some edge control, i'm not too fond of the way my hair front looks, and so, when i'm going to use this wig again, i'm definitely going to use A different edge control or i might use mousse to lay my edges because i'm not loving this edge control and i am back - i am so happy with it. I hope you can see it on my face that i am extremely excited about it, don't mind the computer, i'm watching rupaul, that's the only thing. I do that's the only thing i watch so yeah, but i'm so happy with how the wig turned out and to me it looks like my real hair, because my hair is almost at that length and so my hair blended in really well with the wig, and I am planning to wear this wig very often because it works.
