Experiment - Turning My Jasmine Half Wig Into A U/V-Part Wig

Hey cuties, i'm all about getting the most wear that i can out of a wig, so i have taken an old wig of mine and flipped it around so that i could still wear it. This wig is called jasmine, i believe by it's a wig, and it is just a wavy um kind of beach wave. I guess style with a little bit of spiral, curl in it um, and what i've done is i've taken the um. It was it's a half wig essentially, and i went ahead and tried to make it into a u or v part wig, okay. So what i did was, i cut it not quite down the middle a little bit to the side and then i sewed the combs in okay. I don't know how this is going to work out, but i thought i'd try something different. So i'm going to go ahead and try to wear that today and i will let you know how it goes here. I am. I just wanted to show you that um, my hair to begin with is uh it i haven't. I washed it the other day and i didn't um dry it. So i just braided it so it's in four little braids um plaits. I don't know um, like my part, isn't even straight um but they're all tied together in the back. What i'm going to do is i'm going to wear the wig sort of to the side so that only one of these braids even is anywhere near the um, the cut out of the wig and see if that works um, my hair is it's really only eight Weeks, post relaxer, but for some reason my um, my hair, i don't know if it's growing fast or what but or just because i didn't straighten it blow dry, it and flat iron it. But it's very grown in and curly and my gray is starting to show which i hate, but um, i'm gon na go ahead and put the wig on and kind of show you what i'm doing. While i hold my phone, it's gon na, be not that easy. I have a new phone which i'll tell you guys about later so hold on again. Here'S the unit right here and uh. Let'S see what we can do. First, i'm going to go ahead and place the unit and then i'll take the braid out. Okay. So i've sort of placed the unit right there. I'Ve got a comb here which i'm not going to put in just yet, because i still need to get this braid out, make sure that the unit is in the right place. The braid is not ideal, i'm just this is just the way it was, and so i'm trying to work with what, how i had it braided. So you would want to actually braid it sorry with braid it where you want it, but i'm just trying to make. Do right now, so i'm going to go ahead and take this braid out and see what happens so as you can see, the texture of the braid is very different from the hair, but i'm hoping once i once i brush it out a little. It will match a little bit better, but that's the idea right there. So let me just get this in place and i will show you in just a second go ahead and put some moisturizer and some coconut oil to seal it and hope i can get a little bit of this curl out, put a little bit of that moisturizer And i put our argan oil instead because i couldn't get the coconut oil bottle open. It'S still very um kind of a different curl pattern, but i'm still going to try to make this work and i'll just have to show you afterwards, because i can't hold the camera i apologize hold on okay, um. I did kind of the best i could for now i'm just going to a kid's party where i'm going to be jumping around and um. I didn't really have time to do it as well as i would like uh. I have to go: get the baby ready, but um. I'M gon na probably put a bow i'll show you the very finished product. Hopefully you can just see. I can't really get my part. I'M going to put some oil around the um edge control and put a bow or something over here and call it a day. Okay. Anyway, i think it looks. Okay, tell me what you think: bye: okay cuties!
