Beyoncé Inspired Summer Hair | Wowafrican Brazilian Lace Wig

What'S up guys, it should go Breanna, aka, mini Marley, and in today's tutorial I'm going to be showing you how I laid and slayed this wig from well Africa and I'm going to give you all the details about it. So this hair is super cute. I really wanted a wig that was inspired by Beyonce's hold up video, something just super long, no layers just long and nice and curly / wavy, and this wig hits the mark okay. So this again is a wig from wow africaine. Well, African is always hooking me up with wigs and they always have sale. So let me give you a little bit of details about this hair, so this is a full lace wig and it is the GL 22. So this is a natural curly virgin brazilian hair glueless, full lace wig. This is a full lace wig, because you can part it anywhere you want, and you will not see any trucks. It is just completely into the little lace by each little strand of hair, which is gone okay. This is pretty much the best kind of wig that you can get so the hair color is a natural black. I haven't done anything to it in the future. You know I'm going to be cutting this wig and dyeing it, and I we'll show you that, and I will update you about it and show you basically everything that I do to it. But I wanted to go for again that long curly Beyonce holds up video hair and is did I get it? Did I get it? It'S not the same color as hers, but for my skin tone and what I'm comfortable with. I really really love this hair color. So it is in the length 22 inches and is available all the way up to 30 inches. I believe, but again, depending on how long you get it, it is going to be more expensive and this hair is a super-dense I'll. Just give you my first thoughts when I took it out of the box, I actually took it out and I put it on right away and I had it on snapchat. I was showing you guys if you're not following me on snapchat hello, follow me on snapchat mini underscore Miley, because I'm always snapping so when I took it out of the box. It pretty much looks exactly like this. I put it on really quick this to see what it was looking like and it was super full. I just combed it out a little bit with my finger, so I could see what I was working with and then the next day I went ahead and Co washed it. So I just used some regular conditioner and I went ahead and put it in there just to get. You know the initial weave smell off of it and then I went ahead and i detangled it with my Denman brush it. You can look it detangled so easily. I'M sorry clearly understand about this hair because I'm waiting for this hair all summer. Doesn'T this just give you summer vibes? I need to be on somebody's beach, like yes, girl, so I took it out. The box just went ahead and co washed it and I didn't put any products in it. Just D tangled it - and I put it on my little weekend right here - and this is what it looked like when it completely dried. So I haven't really done anything else to it. I just went ahead, put it on, so I'm going to just jump right in and show you guys exactly how I lay this way to make it look nice and natural. But honestly, I must say this is the easiest wing that I've had to go up to blend and play and make look nice. It'S really simple and easy. All I did was add a little concealer. I pulled out a tiny bit of hair, but you don't even need to do that, which i think is really great for people that are transitioning, maybe you're growing out your natural hair and you just want to protect it style. Your edges need a break. A full lace. Wig is perfect for that. You can put all your hair under your cap and let it just go ahead and grow out, keep it moisturized and nice underneath and just take your wig and put it on every day. I hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial, so I've already completely prepped my hair for this wig and I went ahead and slicked on my edges and tied them down. While I did my makeup so that my edges are nice and sleek and ready for this wig now, if you're, not a braider, and you cannot break down your hair under your wigs, do not worry, you can go ahead and create black twists. Just like I did. The same way that you would do any other flat twists out, I just parted mine down the middle since I'm going to wear a middle part, and I want the top to be extra flat. So here is what the inside of the wig looks like. It comes with three combs, two on either side of the wig or one on either side of the wig and one in the middle behind the part, and it also comes with these little stretchy things at the back of the wig that help you to tighten it. So since my wig was a little bit big on me, I went ahead and used those drops in the back to tighten the wig, and I look really crazy, but we're going to snatch this really quick. So this wig is all lacy. You can part it anywhere. You want, but since I was going for that Beyonce look, I did part mine straight down the middle and that's why I parted my actual hair down the middle. So all I'm doing is securing this wig and line of the part. The next thing that you're going to do to make sure that your wig is nice and secure, is you're going to pull those combs on either side and tuck them into your hair. However, you choose to do it now, as you just saw I like to tuck mine underneath my wig cap. So I'm going to show you that one more time a little closer, I'm basically just finding the clip on this side of the wig and I'm just going to take that comb and pull it to the front and then tuck it underneath my wig cap and into My front flat twist now this can be really dangerous for your edges, so make sure that you're, not tugging too hard on your edges, make sure that it's nice and loose, but also snug at the same time. If that makes sense, and because I take off my wig at the end of the day, I also don't find that it's too bad on my edges. But if you're going to be keeping this on, please make sure that you are not snatching your edges too much. So now my wig is really nice and on tightly and feeling very secure, but that part is not looking realistic at all. So what I'm going to do is take my tail comb and just pick out a couple pieces of hair from that center part that I want to pull out now. Some people do this with tweezers and take their time, but I just am going really quickly and just pulling out a few strands of hair from the center part just to thicken the part and make it look a little bit more realistic, like a regular part. In my scalp would look so I'm just pulling those hairs out not being careful at all, because I'd already separated the pieces that I wanted to pull out. So I'm not worried about pulling out too much, but definitely do not pull out too much start with a little bit and go from there because once they're out, they can't go back in. So I'm taking like pro conceal palette from Mac to go ahead and add some concealer to this part. This is really important because the lace on this wig is pretty gray and a little bit whitish and it doesn't match my more tan or brown scalp. So I'm getting a color concealer that exactly matches my scalp and I'm putting it on my scalp and on the wig. So that is nice seamless part. You want to make sure that that part is really nice and seamless, and I'm just using my finger to blend that in a little bit and make sure that the concealer is not showing too much so now. You'Re going to take any type of wig glue. I'Ll leave the name of the one I use below, but this isn't the best one. But honestly, you can just go to any beauty, supply store and get some of that wig glue. And I put it on the tip of my tail comb and just put a tiny dot on the front of the lace. And then I went ahead and secured that to my scalp now this is also optional, but I'm just pulling out a few pieces of hair from my hairline just to make it blend with the front of the wig a little bit more. But that is optional and you really don't have to because, as you can see, it was blending nicely already. Here is the finished product, and I hope that you guys can really follow these steps and get the same results. So I hope that was super easy to follow again.
