I Don'T Trust Amazon Wigs But....| Wig Review And Natural Hair Talk

So, hey guys, it's cakes, aka christie, cakes, aka chrissy, so i bought this cheap wig. I really liked how it looked on some of the women and the reviews. I always see like cheap wigs like this on amazon there's, always mixed reviews. It'S usually not what it's like in the picture, because they're always using other girls who either have their actual natural hair out, trying to use their picture to sell one of their wigs. I know my picture has been used to sell some of these cheap wigs. So you know take it from me. This is the wig she's really cute. I like the bangs. I like the curls. The cap isn't, oh it does. It has some give. It does stretch a bit. So, okay, that's a good thing, but you know it does seem a little on the smaller side, but that's only just from eyeballing it. I can't really tell so we're going to go ahead and get started so right now my hair is in a wash and go and honestly wash and go's are a scam to me, yo cuz. First of all, i have low porosity hair, so i can't put that much product on it in the first place and whenever i do the gel builds up. I have build up in the hair and it's annoying. The curls are super cute, but i really hate that they feel crunchy, ish and they're, not soft. I can just never get it right with wash and go so. I think i'll just stick to my twist outs and my two nut outs. So i'm just gon na go ahead and i'm just using my fingers, i'm not really neat with my parts at all. So if you're not either you're fine, i'm gon na spray, each um section with some more water so that it's not as crunchy on me and let me go ahead and put this section and a hair tie. If you know what i'm doing wrong just call it out, because i still can't even do these so yeah - don't judge me please, but i pretty much make that section. I do have some breakage too, so some hairs are shorter than others, but i pretty much just start doing a twist but um flat to my head and i just kind of take sections at a time and feed it and feed it into the twist. Now, when other people do it, it comes out way. Neater, i'm not really a stickler on neatness. I just want my hair to be flat, but i will do that over just because that was kind of weird. I was trying to wear my natural hair out this whole week, but it's thursday, so i didn't make it to the end of the week, but it is quite easy i must say actually i take it back. The wash and go is convenient. I just probably need to find the right product so that i like how it feels more because, honestly, my hair just feels all i've been doing, is spraying water every day and my hair feels hard and crunchy and just tough. It feels tough, like it's not like soft, how it usually is with my twist outs and buns are not out. So i don't really like that. So i just finished one side of my head and i'm just going to put it in a little bun and that's pretty much how i do it and i'm going to flat twist this side and also put it into a bun and then i'll. Take my scrunchie and put both ones into one um. I try to tuck away ends of my hair. Now i used to put them in a ponytail because i figured like the ponytail can lay flatter, but i really tried to protect my ends now, so i do little buns, okay, so just take them and pretty much just wrap around once and to make it a Little tighter just wrap it around one more time, so that they're a little tighter and doing that twice kind of helps with making it less poofy and i'm ready to go. I remember i used to say not to worry about a wig cap. You want to put on a wig cap to protect your hair against the harsh lace. So now it is no longer option put on your wig cap. So i'm going to put on mine right here, since this is a full cap wig, it doesn't really matter what color it is um. I tried to tuck in my edges and then i'm taking this new thing. I'Ve been using, which is called the wig fix mines, is in tan. I believe, and you just it's just this silicone band that you put around your head, i'm all about protecting my edges more since i want. I don't want any more breakage around my hairline. So this has really been helping with that and i just feel way more protected. I don't feel that itchy lace against my scalp anymore, so it really helps protect everything that needs protecting and now we're ready for the wig. So i'm just going to get a comb. First, because you guys know i'm going to comb this out as soon as i get it placed on my head, oh wow, yeah that pretty much fit so never mind, it's pretty pretty forgiving on my head. Okay, so this is the wig we haven't done anything to it. I still think it's cute kind of like this. Of course it looks a lot more fake, a lot more wiggy like this, but look at the curls they're, so adorable, okay. So i'm already excited. Let'S go ahead and do my favorite part, which is combing it out, i'm going to use this pattern wide tooth comb. To do that, i want to see how big we can get her to go. That is so cute. I'M loving this already! Okay, oh my god. I think that is pretty much it that's pretty much all i'm going to do at least um. I want to see how good it looks without really doing anything but combing it out wow wow, wow wow, i'm so glad i bought this like. This is a good wig to get if you're just you want a new look, but you don't want to spend too much on a new wig. You know, okay, so we got to fix that whoa, okay, so, okay, so this is where it's really supposed to be. Okay, so now we're really getting the bang action, i had it a little too far up. I just want to put it right at my hairline okay, this really does take away the hassle of cutting your own bangs in because the bangs are pretty much cut for you, and this is just cute. I'M honestly impressed this was only 18 dollar afro wig. All right, yeah now that i have it in the right place. Yes, you can actually customize the bangs a bit more, especially if you have a smaller face, hey guys. So when i zoomed out the rest of the video was out of focus, so i just had to come back and re-film the last part of this video. This is day three of wearing it and it's so cute.
