Hd Lace Closure Wig: Silk Press Blowout| Lace That Melts! No Glue!

Hi everyone welcome back, so today's video, i want to show you how to make your 5x5 closure wig look like a full wig and also just do a nice blowout, silk press so be sure to thumbs up the video and also subscribe. If you're new to my channel, my name is marie: let's jump right in today's wig is a bob 5x5 lace, closure wig - and this comes with the beautiful melt, hd lace. So i wanted to kind of customize the style of this wig a little bit. So i decided to add, highlights throughout the hair now, if you have not seen any of my bleaching tutorials that are detailed, i highly recommend you go check out those video and also this wig will be linked below in the description box. So for today's look, i wanted to create blonde highlights going through the hair or like a light brown type of look going through, so i'm taking chunky sections out of the hair and bleaching it, and i left the bleach on for at least 25 minutes now. With this hair, it definitely lightens very well. This is the natural color of the hair, so it's easier to deal with when it comes to coloring. So if you wanted to lighten it - or if you wanted to add highlights you definitely can now for the highlights, i did every other section, just the top section. I didn't do any highlights at the bottom of the hair, so i kind of just went every other section and lighten - and i took thick chunks of the hair for this, so it didn't take long at all. It'S very simple and it created, as you seen at the beginning, some really beautiful highlights going through the hair. After washing this wig, the texture stayed the same. Of course, this wig has a slight wave to it, so i'm just using my dryer and we are going to blow out this wig. Now i was expecting to be honest with you all when i went to dry this hair, i was expecting it to you know, straighten it out a little bit. However, using this brush on this particular wig, i did not need to use a flat iron to make it look like i, silk pressed this hair with a flat iron. It turned out so beautiful. So, as you see, i'm just taking my brush rolling it and then pulling it down the hair - and i am taking section by section and kind of bending the ends to make sure that it has lots of body now, if you take smaller sections, this works a Lot better and that's what i'm doing making sure to give volume and also just flow to the hair, and i'm really excited i didn't - have to use a flat iron because it made this process a lot faster. I'M going to make sure to link this wig below in the description box, so you guys definitely check it out. This wig is absolutely gorgeous, and on top of that is very convenient. You don't take much to wear this wig. This wig is beginner friendly. If you aren't good at doing wigging saws, then the lace on this 5x5 closure melts so well with the skin is so very undetectable all right. So this is what one side of the wig is looking like and, as you can see, it has so much body. Now the shampoo and conditioner that i use has argan oil, so it did add a little bit of weight to the hair. So if you don't like your hairs to be weighed down because of oils and definitely use something like a clarifying shampoo or a shampoo and then a lightweight conditioner, i was not expecting my shampoo conditioner to leave the hair like this. However, i like it, so it don't bother me and if it bothers you definitely like, i said, try something different. You can avoid what i did if you don't like that, look, but it works fine for me now. As for the install i'm going to go ahead and just place this wig, i started out with the side part, but i'm going to tell you now. I switched the parting just because i wanted this to look more natural and, as you can see, you can part this 5x5 closure a lot of ways. You can do a deep side part. You can do a middle part, there's just a lot of space to work with, but i love the way the lace melts and the knots are very invisible, so it gives a really natural look. I didn't use any glue to glue down this wig. This wig is just placed with the combs that's inside, and i am going to add a little bit of layers around that front, just so that the hair can flow and have lots of body. This wig is definitely one of my favorite. I love how simple the install was and look at that lace like what lace the parting and everything just looks so good. I didn't need to leave any of my hair out and, of course, i did not even need to glue it down. I just added a little bit of gel right there at that parting to keep the hairs in place, and now i'm just adding some foundation powder down the parting. This is optional. You don't have to do.
