Hey everybody welcome back to tazza's weight, closet at wig studio, one here to empower and inspire your wig journey. This spring jon renau has come out with five new synthetic styles. I'M gon na show you this one today. This is called kelly in the color 12. Fs12. We'Re going to unbox it you're going to see kelly right along with me for the very first time we're going to fix it style it talk about it coming up based on the manufacturer's photos, i'm expecting kelly to be a mid-length soft, wavy kind of style, really Fresh and natural, looking with some face framing fringe, we shall see right. I purchased kelly at wig studio, one with my own funds. I will attach a link directly to this style. If you go below the video expand the description box, you will find a link there. If you click on that link, you can see the price and the colors and even order directly from the screen. We invite you to shop at wig studio one. If you have any questions for us, please reach out to support at wigstudio1.com alright. So let's get started with kelly in the color 12 fs12, which is malibu blonde. This is a part of the smart lace collection and just looking at the specs, i'm expecting kelly to have a temple to temple lace, front with a hand, tied temple to temple lace, front with a single hand, tied monofilament top full monofilament top. All right part is in a nice weave pattern there, which i always love to get in there and disrupt that right away. Okay, yes, really really soft waves, it looks very romantic. Doesn'T it tissue paper all right, so the first thing i'm going to do is show you an inside look at the cap. So this is what it looks like right out of the box and if you'll just give me a second to look it over nicely constructed cap by jon renau. So there's your temple to temple lace front. Now it does not extend back into the ear tab. There is a seam that it joins the hand tied lace front to the single monofilament top. It looks like you're going to get a nice apparent look of scalp through those monofilament features and we'll check it out again. When i apply it, there's a closed velvet ear. Tab lots of lots of fiber spliced in there, so i'm expecting some really nice coverage. I generally get pretty good coverage from jon renau. There'S a nice wire stay in there, just a standard, uh felted nape here with the velcro style, adjusters lots of wefting and darting. Here i will discuss the fit with you as soon as i apply it. So i really don't want to do anything more other than remove the tags so that i can apply it and right away. Give you some feedback on the fit of the cap. We'Ll take a look at the style before anything is done, like literally right from the manufacturer. Let'S go ahead and try on kelly, okay, okay, so what i can tell you about the fit is that it seems to be perfectly average to me. I sense that i am going to have to make a small adjustment for my 21 and a quarter inch circumference, but not a drastic one. I am not sensing any baggy cap anywhere on this cap. Just a little bit of circumference adjustment should do the trick. For my petite average circumference, which tells me this cap, is perfectly average you're going to see a very typical jon renau fit now. I was disappointed last year, um, the pieces that i explored in the jon renau's fall collection for 2021 seem to be really large on me. In fact, i was unable to make a nice fit on most of those styles, so i'm glad to see that we have kind of migrated back to what we would consider a typical jon renau fit okay, and this is what it looks like right out of the Box, i'm really i'm really loving it i mean. Sometimes when you pull a wig out of the box and you you can say wow, you know i could probably go out just like this. Without doing anything at all. It'S always a really nice feeling. It'S a good sign that you're gon na love the style okay. So let me make the adjustment and then i am going to do my typical little shake it out. Wake up the fiber a little bit so here i made the adjustment. So, let's give it a couple of shakes: okay now this fiber is really really soft. It'S a finer drier type fiber, but it does feel nice and soft really silky, which i love. This is the malibu blonde 12fs12, which is a blend of gold blondes. So a darker gold blonde with some lighter gold blonde um. You know some of that look. There seems to be a little beige or honey in there too, but for the most part, i think this is going to lean a bit warm and i have seen variability among the the malibu blonde. Some are: go, have more gold in them than others. More of a warmer cast to them - and i think it's this is probably going to be one of those. Although you know from what i can see on camera, it doesn't look to be too too gold, okay, getting a really nice fit with just that minor adjustment. There now that's some really fine fiber around the face, so that's about nine and a half inches around the face. So that's going to stretch well below my six and a half inch chin. So that's an accurate measurement there. I think it really nicely frames the face because then it just blends nicely into the bottom layers, all right, um. There is no contour that i'm noticing it just kind of wants to hug the forehead, but isn't it pretty how it frames the face? First of all, a nice wispy wispy fiber around the face is always imminently more natural. Looking, i think, um. Now this one is parted a little bit left of center, but you can certainly part it anywhere. You want along that full monofilament top. So, if your right hand parter, you can make that work. Just remember that, sometimes, if it's parted out of the factory, even though it's a full monofilament top, if it's parted a little bit left of center you're, going to see a little bit of resistance when you go to part it in the opposite direction, don't let that Scare, you use the heat from your hand to kind of mold and shape. That'S that part in the way that you like it all right. What do you think some beautiful bouncy wave there that wave looks like um? It looks like maybe there's some barrel curl there towards the bottom. The bottom half was a barrel curl, that's just been mildly and softly deconstructed, to give it a tousled. Look, yes, i agree this. This looks like a really just a just: a fresh and natural cute style right, just something that looks like you know. All of your life you've had long, hair and now you've just gone a little shorter and it's salon fresh, it's perky, it's it has an innocence. A femininity about it so overall we're looking at about 13 inches in length and just kind of really thinking about these bangs they kind of want to sweep back into the style. So i'm not really seeing that it's going to be a big, huge problem. There'S a little bit of natural wave in the uh in the fringe, as well just kind of giving it a nice break point to surround the face instead of flopping in the face. I like that, could you trim a shorter fringe? Absolutely it feels really lightweight on and again i i have to credit some of that to how well the cap fits me um with making the right adjustment when a cap fits well. It feels like air on your head. If the cap is um, you know just overly large on you or if it's too small on you, if there's gaps and gathers, that really affects how it feels on your head. So i just don't even know it's here. It'S very very light. It'S 4.2 ounces. In total feels like 4.2 ounces, so pretty lightweight overall beautiful layering. I think you could customize the choppiness on this quite a bit. So if you just want to get in there and sort of mess it up, that's really going to deconstruct that curl further. If you like, a nice smooth, you could take your hands and just smooth the curl and then just pull it up slightly to create some buoyancy and a nice soft feminine look. So i really want to show you a close-up look of the lace front. Now the lace front again, it does not extend back into the ear tab, but i'm lifting the fiber away from the cap and you definitely cannot see any seams um from the front. I like this welded lace front. It seems a very sturdy yet delicate enough to give you a nice fine look. The grid seems a little bit finer. The fibers are definitely finer, and then you have that full monofilament top that you should be able to spy the look of scalp from any direction that you want to part it on the top. We talked about this fiber and how fine and silky and soft it is now. Let'S talk about permatease, i feel like there is uh just a moderate amount of permatease on this style enough to keep that style lifted and in its intended style. So you'll find it at the temple around that monofilament at the crown back and at the nape, but nothing too thick and pillowy at all. Like i say, just all the right amounts in all the right places very, very well done exactly how permatease and is intended to be used right. You saw me bring this right out of the box with very, very minimal effort. This is what you're getting it's gorgeous right out of the box. It looks a lot like the manufacturer's photos even better, because a lot of times they spray those wigs in their photo shoots and they look stiff and unnatural. But i'm here to tell you this one: has beautiful movement, there's enough buoyant body in the curls to give it a little bit of bounce, but otherwise it just has a healthy, healthy human hair, look and feel in its resilience and its movement. That'S something you can't find in the photos right: that's why we love wig reviews, so i'm going to go ahead and try with glasses uh my glasses fit beautifully between the ear and the ear tab on this style really really beautifully so, depending on your own glasses And your own head shape, this is probably going to be a good glasses, friendly, wig style. So what i'll do now is i'll just flirt with this style a little bit kind of move it around for you, you get to know a style, a lot in this uh in this styling segment. I hope this inspires you to style your wigs and understand the potential of the wig that i am reviewing. Everybody enjoy your day, thanks for joining me on taz's wig closet at wig studio one. So you

Karen Fiddy: You can make anything look great ! Looks very natural

Gaining wisdom: How beautiful! Jon Renau is really hitting them outta the park this spring! Im truly inspired and excited. Looks beautiful on you! Thanks again Taz

Marlene's Wig & Chat Studio: Beautiful on you, Taz! Kelly is gorgeous in Malibu Blonde. I thought it was a really pretty style. You described it perfectly... romantic and as if we just had a fresh new cut. xoxo

Margaret Tassey: Thanks for the review. This is a very pretty style. When they tie the fibers into the ear tab, they don't seem to need an extended lace front as much. I like that you show the full length view.

Natasha Semenova: You look so gorgeous in this. Thank you for being so wonderful xo. My dog passed away six days ago and watchiing your videos have helped me get through it...

Susan Czel: Just gorgeous on you Taz! Thanks again for a great review!

Mysta Chambers: Hi Taz, What a cute style! JR really made a great collection this spring, so far I have love each one you have reviewed. This style could be a great sister style to Julianne. Thanks for the great review. ❤️❤️

D W: Beautiful. Kelly looks very natural. Thank you for the review!

sdraper2011: So pretty! I wish it had some shorter layers around the face but of course you could always cut those. Hi, Neko kitty! I love pet cameos!

Jean Jacobs: Greetings Taz! Wow, she looks gorgeous on you! She's very simple yet elegant. A true classic! Love and blessings ♥️

Miriam M: Wow...Jon Renau is stepping up the game with these new styles! This is so feminine and looks gorgeous on you! The blonde look on the warmer side, so I think I'd go for Palm Springs Blonde. Thank you for letting us know how it fits! I think the kitty in the background approves too!

SicilyJo: You keep spoiling us with your outstanding reviews. Thank you. One thing I’ve noticed about the silky soft and fine denier vs. a coarser denier like Noriko is that there appears to be more frizzy “ribbon curl” of single strands here and there. When standing in sunlight with a mirror, I was somewhat appalled by the almost 20-25 strands that had this look on a brand new Henry Margu piece. I snipped those off right away. It made me think of just sticking with the heat friendly fibers like found on Tress Allure or Noriko to avoid that aggravation. I’m new to wigs (so still have a lot to learn) only this year because I stopped coloring my hair during COVID and sometimes just want to cover it up and look more like my old self .

Jerry Scott: Thank you for this great review. I am glad to hear about the cap and fibers.

GeorgiaPeach 1970: I love it! Beautiful. I'm waiting on mine in the color Strawberry Syrup. Great review.

Valli S: Such a cute, natural look! I like it. Thank you so much.

Sensationally Yours: Taz, I do love this wig, it looks fabulous on you! I petsonally prefer a mu h cooler, brighter blonde for me. You, dear friend, look BEAUTIFUL in both cool and warm colors! Palm Springs and Venice Blondes atemy faves! I love the fit and contour of this piece's front. Sometimes the face flopping fronts, no matter the high end price, is the deal breaker for me. I like the forehead to show. As IMHO, it gives the face lifting effect to us 'finely aged like good wine' gals. LOL. I too, have a petite head. I need to open up my face by revealing the forehead area, the only space that doesn't sag, (yet). Enjoy her! Thanks for another review that makes it easier to stop, shop, and buy the right wig!

Linda Anglisano: Beautiful on you! I am getting it in the martini color which is new for me. Can't wait !

Julie George: Beautiful! I love the long sweeping bangs!

Patty Carosi: Beautiful on you Taz! You look beautiful in them all. Love all your video's. Really cute top I love it. I keep trying different wigs with no luck. I think I have the tiniest head with a tiny face. I am thankful for the ones that work. I just want something different. RW Editor's Pick fit's great with a little tuck. Cute cat appearance.❤ We love a pet's!!

Lee Ann Lowery: Great review of a beautiful wig!

dorye53: Hi Taz, I was wondering about the knots in Kelly. I bought one wig in Palm Springs Blonde and the dark knots were so visible that even my son commented. Are the knots less visible in this new collection? Thank you very much!

Shirley Adkins: You look gorgeous in everything you try on! Thanks for mentioning whether bangs can be cut into this wig. I’ve always worn bangs and don’t plan on quitting even in my 60’s !! What’s a good blond to try for neutral skin tone? I’m naturally dark brunette but those days are long gone. Been wearing medium to light browns with blond highlights lately…

GNL: As always the wig looks beautiful on you! Your tips to make the wig’s look so real. Can you do a few moments just on getting your lace front as real like when you get your wig? I love a wavy wig chin length to almost shoulder length. I ordered the Raquel Welch Elite in shaded biscuit. I’m a little worried about the root’s. Do you find that the roots are very prominent? Last question on your mannequin P, what wig is that? Another great review as always Thank Taz!

MichelePearl: This one looks amazing in this color. Gorge.

ChooseHappy Mc: Oh love her. Wished JR had better brunettes like Noriko and ROP.

Michele Simpson: Looks gorgeous on you. Sweet Neko ❤️

Michelle Diekman: Love this Wig! Gorgeous on you Was Fun Seeing Neko, I was hoping Max would say Hi too, Maybe Next time, Love and Hugs Dear Friend

LoriO1123: Super cute style!

Dee *N* Florida: Taz, I am about 6 months into my wig journey. I have learned so much from you O:-). What is the name of the wig on your "E, P and K" girls in your audience? Thank you so much, you're beautiful in every wig u wear. Luv ya.

swineinny1: Super pretty — hello Malin Akerman! Just curious, Taz, do you wear wig grips ever?

Anne-Marie Thibert: Looks great

K M: Hi there! This piece is BEAUTIFUL! Whatever is on mannequin P has just caught my eye though. Does anyone happen to know what style that is? Thanks in advance

Leeanne Barr: Love this!!!!

Rana Zahedi: love it, thank you for sharing

Mary ann Mcgowen: Very pretty!

Alma Rollins: Beautiful on you. But when I click on the link, some pictures are definitely not consistent. Some look much longer than other . And some are much flatter than other pics. I look for a light ash brown but first I look for the right style. If I have trouble understanding the style, it really doesn't matter what the color is offered. I enjoy your reviews . But this style confuses me.

Momo XY: Hello Taz, can you tell me, what wigs are on your heads P, K and Z? Thank you very much. From germany

angela searls: Lovely

bc mommy: Hi Taz, did you know a website called Light In thebox is selling a wig with your picture?

Brandy Davine: Hi Taz! I have similar measurements and was wondering what fits you better Julianne lite or simmer elite ?

James Kirk: Hi. Can you start doing more brunette reviews?
