New Headband Wig With Lace?! 5 Minute Install / Review | Ygwigs

Hey: what's up y'all, it's your girl, the kids me and i'm back again with another video in this video. I have something new that i'm going to be trying from yg. Wigs y'all already saw exactly how it looks in the thumbnail in the beginning of this video. So i'm not going to prolong you too much we're going to get right into this look, so i'm going to pop on the screen right now. The unit that we are going to be rocking is a new unit by the way, never before seen a lace, headband wig. Yes, i did say lace head man. We used to the headband wigs with no legs, but this one has lace. The style is going to be in kinky curly, as you can see, with the curls mimicking a natural kinky curly look, the length of this unit is going to be 20 inches. The the color is a natural black color, and the density on this unit is 150 percent density. Now, again, i'm going to further explain exactly what i mean by lace on the actual headband wig. You can see around the perimeter of the unit. It does have the headband piece, as well as the elastic bands and the combs inside of the unit, but then it switches to another level with having that lace down the middle. So that way, you can kind of have that natural part with your head bandwing, and i think this is like this is genius. So, as you can see me popping back on the screen now i do have my hair laid down semi in a ponytail. Just was working another style, so um some of my hair is kind of sticking out, but when it comes to units like this easy throw on and go, you can pretty much just put your hair back into a ponytail like i have it here now. Don'T really have to do too much, so i'm just going to go ahead and show you exactly how i put this on we're going to go ahead and style the unit we're going to get up close and personal. So you can see that lace parting. What i'm talking about and then of course, i'm going to give you a full review, so just want to come and pop in and say. I think that was what like a minute or two and the unit is already on secure, is not going nowhere. The combs are right where they need to be in place and it's actually really snug um. I did loosen up the actual elastic bands a little bit, i'm just going through and running my hands through the hair. I am getting a little bit of shedding, but this is kinky curly hair. So that is something that i was already prepared for um. I do just want to just go in and take comb and we are going to get into the parting areas right down. The middle, so you just take a comb and then boom look at that, and that is the parting area now granted. If i did put on the stocking cap under here, you would be able to see the lace a lot better um. Actually, i think i'm gon na go off camera and put on a cap just so you can see it better, so yeah, let me do it all right so boom. I have that cap on. So let's see the difference between before and after, and you can definitely see the difference, it is giving more of a scalp effect with that cap on. So this is what we are working with y'all. I actually love it so far. I love it so far, but this is the initial styling of the hair. I believe, if you wanted to twist the hair to the side, you can have that part going down the side. It'S really just up to you, there's another parting space right there. If i wanted it to flip it over to the side like that, i definitely could, but we are gon na go. Are we gon na flip it to the side or are we gon na go down the middle, which one y'all think i think i'm gon na go down the middle, so yeah? Let me figure out how i'm gon na style this y'all stay tuned, keep watching and then we're gon na get into the finished. Look all right! You guys - and this is going to be the finished look of this unit, i'm trying to make it make sure. I don't really get the glare in my glasses y'all. I just think these glasses are so cute, so stylish. So that's why we're going to continue to rock them for the rest of this video, but this is going to be the finished look as you can see. I did go ahead and add a little bit of powder down my parting area. Although i put product on the hair at the top, i did have to go in with my flat iron, just to not my flat iron, my hot comb just to go ahead and flatten the top portion just to give it a more natural, realistic, um. Looking parting area, i feel like with this this kind of gives you that flexibility of feeling, like you, have on a lace front wig, but you don't. It gives you that parting space that we all look for when it comes to our styles, instead of just having something, of course, just sitting on your head, which is a headband piece, um, it's this one is going to be more versatile because if you don't want To wear it down apart, you can go ahead and just brush it back without no parting, just like the old headband wigs or i can't wear it down the middle. I showed y'all that if you wanted to part it down the the side, you can definitely do that as well. It gives you enough parting space to really kind of manipulate the wig more than one way. So it's really just up to you and what you would like to do, but yeah for the first time and it being something like a kinky curly. Definitely digging the look, definitely digging the lace. I think it's a great invention, yg wigs. I definitely did that. Cannot wait to see or try um some of these particular lace headbands in another um, another texture who knows, i haven't, checked the website yet to see if they have other textures, but i'm pretty sure they do because they have a whole large variety of different wigs.
