So i'm guessing you have issues getting your lace, wigs to stay down with just hairspray, and i know this because you guys have sent me dms about this issue. So today i want to share with you my best tips on what i like to do to make my application last longer when i'm using hairsprays. And yes as you can see, it's very secure, just using a hairspray. So, let's jump right in and show you what i did. My name is marie thanks. So much for joining me for today's video make sure to browse my videos get a feel of my channel. I promise you guys i will come back and give you some tips on how to make your wig application last a lot longer when using no glue. So that's what i'm going to do today. So when choosing your hairspray, it is important to know that hairspray is just that. I did talk about this in my last video, so make sure you go check out my previous video. If you guys want more detail, this one is new to me. I tried it out for my video earlier this week and i have to admit it didn't give me the best hold just that one application. So that's why i'm going to also give my tips today, because i do understand the concern about these hair sprays. Some of you are like, oh, my god. I can't get it to hold and when you apply these tips you should get a longer wear. I would say about - maybe i want to say between three to five days. If you want anything longer, you need anything longer. Your best bet is to go with wig adhesive. These are going to give you longer wear. However, it can be very complicated to work with. For newbie, this is a full lace wig, it is a 16 inch which is more for anyone who do not like that really heavy feel. When it comes to hair extensions, this one is going to be more lightweight, it's going to feel comfortable and you can even sleep in this wig. That'S how comfortable it is. So you can part it anywhere lit up. You can do all that good stuff with it. Yeah, so i'm going to show you all how i did my wig application with giving you guys some tips on making it last longer. So if you would like to see that make sure you stay tuned, let's jump alright. So let me just go ahead and show you guys what the hairline looks like when i pull on it. This is how secure my wig is right now, some of you say a lot of people. Don'T do that, so i wanted to show you guys with these tips, how secure this hairline is. Let'S jump right into tip number one. The first thing i can recommend is to make sure that the ear area of the wig is cut properly, where it's not going over the ear. You do not want any interference with that lace. That'S going to make it lift, so you want to make sure that you cut the lace, so it'll go around the ear. This will also prevent early lifting of your wig application move into tip number two, so we all know that the hair sprays can hold. However, when using hair sprays, sometimes you want to double them up with something else, so choose a hair gel that you like, and we are going to combine the two together. When you combine the gel, you apply the gel first to the hairline, and then you apply the hairspray over top of the gel doubling up the two is going to ensure that you get a long hold without any lifting. I find that any time that i use the gel and the hairspray my wig application lasts longer now be careful with the type of gel to use. Sometimes the got to be gel can be a little bit stiff and can be uncomfortable throughout the day. So the boho jelly is similar to the hair gel. So if you want something, that's more lightweight, i would try that and mix that with the hairspray now the hairspray that i'm using today does not leave that white residue. So you want to make sure that the gel that you're using don't leave any white residue also, and you do want to make sure that the dry time is enough, where there won't be any sticky parts, because that can leave residue. If you are pulling on the hairline so make sure you dry, your hairline, properly tip 3 is very important. You want to tie down your hairline and you want to tie it down for at least 30 minutes. You do not want to remove this before the hair spray and the gel is dry, because if you do, you will pull on it and it will cause residue, it will cause stickiness and you don't want that. Also tying down your hairline will ensure that everything is sticking the way it's supposed to and you won't get any lifting it causes the hairline to stay in place. Tip number four is the best tip that no one probably even thinks about, and that is to adjust the strap in the back. You want to make sure that the strap in the back of the wig is hooked where it's tight, because if it's loose and it's doing too much moving, the wig can shift in the front which causes the lace to lift in the front and your application to Come up so, if you guys found these tips, helpful drop me a comment below and thumbs up the video and be sure to check that description box below this video for the link to this wig and also products mentioned. I got so hot that my wig started sliding backward. I was sweating so much that I lost control of my hairstyle. I had to hurry up and run to my car!

Terri: I love these tips!!! I test all these products For sprays for up to 5 days with no residue and a good hold without gel are #1 WigDealer melt spray (on IG), #2 Kafunehair wig melt spray. For a hold similar to glue would be 1# Bold Hold Liq Gold (the hold hurts my sides sometimes has tight hold) #2 Got2B's Glamfource gel (similar to Bold Hold Liq just has slight residue, I usually put oil on my hair tie b4 tie down)

Sherelle Brown: Can you please do a video on how to clean your frontals after taking it off and removing the residue safely from the lace to avoid shedding as my wigs don’t last that long because of strong adhesive glues and trying to use rubbing alcohol and a towel to wipe it off the hair always seems to pull out when I do this method

nicole myers: I agree, I bought a small size wig because I have a very small head and the average size I thought was too big for me but now that I got a small one I noticed my side burns kinda come down lower than the average person so now the hairline on the wig doesn’t come down far enough to match up with mine. I’m having to stretch it so of course it’s going to lift!!! also the 360 lace wig I bought has this seam where it was sown together down both sides of the ear tabs. This is how the wig was made ♀️ so this seam in the lace definitely will not melt to my face. Have you ever seen a wig made like this? I can send pictures if u don’t understand plz help. I really don’t want to see this wig in the trash
