How To: Take The Best Wig Pictures For Your Business!

What'S up your issue, girl, T and I'm back with another video and, as you can see from the title in today's video, we are going to talk about I'm going to be giving you different tips on how to post the best content and pictures for your wig Or hair business? Ok, so, if you've been struggling when it comes to how to get those nice clear pictures that I posted my Instagram, then this video is for you so make sure you keep on watching before we get started. Your Facebook page popping okay, because nobody wants to was blurry pictures because I'm just gon na say this. This is the most important thing, if you don't say anything else from this video. If your presentation - ain't good, you not gon na get the sale, it doesn't matter. How good of a vendor you have it doesn't matter what type of hair or wig or which a week construction, look like. If your pictures in your presentation don't look good, so she will make themselves sorry so number one. The first tip is kind of given you want to have a phone iPhone at that, not Android. If you do have Android. I do feel sorry for you, but you can probably still use some of these tips to help you out, but I am team iPhone and if you don't have like an expensive camera to take your wig photos or your product photos with then simple iPhone. Does the job to you may see this a lot you are going to need a brain enlight. Yes, a ring light. I will leave a description below on the exact green light that I use, but the reef light makes a big difference. If you do not have a ring light yeses, you go ahead, click down below and get you a ring light. When I tell you, that's gon na make a break your pictures. When I got my ring light - and I did my pictures got y'all - that was it. It was only up number three: is you using your phone? You want to make sure that you wipe your hands clean. I know that's kind of a given, but a lot of people may not realize, like your lens is dirty is causing the picture to not look good, wipe it off with an alcohol pad clean up your lens and another thing that I even noticed that I do Now is take your phone case off like you know, if you have a nice phone case, and it may have that little clear protection on the camera lens to protect the camera lens. Well, a lot of times that little clear plastic looking thing is not clear. Doesn'T give you the best results, so take your case off or what I do is I just brought that little clear hole so that all my pictures are crystal clear because there's nothing in between the lens and the actual objects. Okay, so definitely another thing is I see this a lot and you want to make sure that with your pictures, you have a nice clear background. You don't want to have a lot of stuff going on in the back. You don't want to see your couch and just all kind of random things, that's the distraction and that doesn't look good as far as your presentation goes, so you want to make it something like really clear. You can do a backdrop if you find a nice backdrop. Do it back up, it doesn't even have to be a background like me, that has your logo on it. It can simply be just a nice branded backdrop that you use for all of your week. Pictures, but definitely you want to do something even with your product, but you want to make sure it's on something. That'S not too crazy. Not you know, don't have too much going on. That'S distracting. You want to make sure that the focal point is what's standing. If it's the wig and the hair make sure that stand out, if it's the lashes, you want those legs to stand out on the background or whatever you use to take your pictures. Okay, all right! So another thing: is you want to make sure that you take several angles? Okay, when I mean angles, I mean you want to take your phone and you want to angle upward. You want to angle downward side. You want to get several angles, you don't know when you trying to get your friend to take your picture. You want to get your best angle same thing. Do that with your Medicaid get her best angles: okay, depending on the hairstyle, a high of the hair, looks on the Medicaid, make sure your position so that it looks really really good from that angle, because that is what the customer is going to see. They'Re gon na see that angle and they're gon na we don't want it or they're, not gon na want it. Okay, another thing is no filters guys. Let them filters go. You know we love filters for ourself, but don't put those filters where you're trying to sell. We we try to sell anything filters. That'S gon na take away the full look of an image in I'm just gon na be honest if it's me and I'm looking to buy something, if your pictures or your website but just have filters on it, I'm not gon na buy it. Because what are you? What are you hiding? What are you filtering like? I want to see the full effect. I want to see the actual look of what it's gon na look like if I put it on my head and if I see his hair and his hair look like this. If you got a filter on it, I don't know if that's the real deal or not so scratch the field. Okay, so another thing along side of the ring light. Is you also want to make sure that you change your light bulbs now? This one is very important if you're using the 40 watt, yellow light bulbs in your house or in your room wherever you taking your pictures, that's gon na make a difference in how your pictures look. I promise you, you want to go out and get you some white light. Some LED lights I'll, try to leave a link below, because I changed all my lights in my beauty room in the lights, along with the ring light, especially cuz that night I'm taking a picture mm, I get it. I get them right every time. Okay, so change. Those labels, those door lightbulbs, are not gon na do so. Alongside of your lighting, you also want to make sure that you are taking your content photos somewhere near natural light. You want to find a area to set up for your pictures near a window if possible. Natural light is the best light, okay and make sure you play around with which angle, because if you know if floor is up, I had this camera face. This way I would look dark is hey. You want to make sure that you know. What'S the best angle with the sunlight, you want to work with the sunlight, not against the sunlight, okay, but make sure wherever you say enough to take your pictures. It does not have to be where you're actually making the week's your whole setup for your pictures give me in a whole nother area as long as he's near some natural lighting. When you do use natural light, you can still use your ring light use natural light, plus your ring light, plus your lights. All that lighting it's gon na, make a big difference when it comes to the presentation of your wigs or your hair. So another thing you want to make sure when creating content not only for pictures but for videos as well um, you want to get some kind of tripod. My phone is actually on my tripod right now, but a desk tripod. I will leave a link to a tripod below that. I use and I love so much. I put my tripod up if I'm actually working, and I want to film and get some nice angles of the things that I'm doing to use her content or just if I want to place my tripod, I kind of can rig it up onto my ring light And I can use it and do a couple of different timers. If I want to do videos of the coal Mountain things like that um, you need a tripod, some kind of a phone tripod, and so lastly, you just want to make sure that everything is in place. Okay, I know that nothing is gon na be perfect when it comes to your wigs. Are your pictures. However, you want to get as close to perfect as possible when it comes to taking pictures for your content, because your picture was going to sell. If someone, they can't feel your wigs, they don't know you know in real life how the wig is gon na fit or how soft it is, or the actual color. So what they're gon na go off of to actually purchase the week is going to be the picture and the videos and preferably videos. I have noticed that a lot of clients like videos over pictures, but, however, if you use pictures you just want to make sure that everything is in place. You should not have a piece of hair sticking out of place like no that's not acceptable the way. I look at it is I'd, make sure that I present in my wigs the way that I would want to purchase away from someone if something don't look right if there's out of plate, if the curls ain't, poppin right or the part is cricket or whatever, I'm Not gon na post it I don't care if I took 50 shots of that same picture. If it doesn't look good, I'm not gon na post it because that can make or break myself. If I don't feel that it looked good, then I know another customer may not feel that it looks good. So I want to make sure that I get it looking as good as possible before I put it out there release it, because you never know what could be your actual viral picture or viral content so make sure every picture that you post is damn near perfect. Okay, like I said at the beginning of the video presentation, is everything y'all presentation is everything? Okay, once you get your presentation, you start taking those clear photos and you know, even if your wigs, I don't you know, if you don't feel like your styling, is all that. If your pictures is clear, your light is clear: people will notice that people be more inclined to double tap or even just scroll back or even think about purchasing it, because they have a clear view of what they're getting okay.
