Hi, I'm Morgan Gant, the founder of switch comm and the author of the lace, big Bible and today we're going to talk about how to blend the hair, naturally at the hairline of a lace wig. So the first thing to note is we're gon na use the glueless method, so she's she's not using any adhesive at all, but we're gon na show you how to make the hairline look natural. So the first thing you want to do is expose the hairline of the lace wig, so we're just gon na comb back, and so we just want to take the hair. That'S at the hairline of the lace wig, and we just want to expose that so that you can see exactly what you're working with I like to use wig combs inside the wig, obviously to secure it. So you don't need adhesive, but you can also use some styling pins just to secure the hair off the hairline once a year has been exposed at the hairline. The way that you make a hairline look natural is by using scissors to create baby, hair or flyaways. So the flyaways are those annoying hair that we normally spray with hairspray to secure down so that it's styled perfectly. But in order to make the lace wig look natural, you want the hair to move and feel as if it were your natural hair. So we want to include those annoying fly away so that they can be annoying just like real hair. What you're gon na do is work in small sections, you're gon na twist, the hair together by twisting the hair I'm gon na take a pair of scissors and you're gon na use, a downward motion and you're just going to cut cut cut, cut light, light, light Light light then you're gon na take your comb so they're, not quite bangs, but they're flyways and you'll see how much more natural the hairline looks when you're blending the hair together - and it just makes it look so much more natural. Do you see the difference? So this has been how to blend your hair, naturally at the hairline, I'm Morgan Gant, the founder of switch calm and the author of the lace wig by law.
