Sooo I Tried The Most Realistic Knotless Braided Full Lace Wig | Shalom Blac

Hey guys welcome back to my channel. My name is shalom black. If you are new, welcome, please subscribe and give this video a thumbs up. I feel like i always forget, to tell you guys to give it a thumbs up, and i know some of you guys do forget to do that. So please thumbs up, because it does help me a lot of you guys were telling me. I should do an install of braided wig, so today we're going to be installing this wig that i got from me studio she's. Actually, my friend, we kind of grew up um, going to the same church as kids. I haven't seen her in a while, but yeah. She was like, oh my gosh. I would love to send you a wig because she saw this um wig that i had and she was like. Oh, i can make you a braided version of that, so she actually literally made a braided version of that wig. So this is the knotless braids. To be quite honest, i didn't know the difference between a knotless braid and just like a regular braid. I was like what is the difference, because i thought knotless mean like the one with the curly, which is actually goddess braid. I know do not kill me guys, i'm a shame, i'm not exactly sure how many inches this is. It might be like 24 or 28 inches, so it is long, the time and patience it must have taken to do this braids because they are so perfect and all of the braids literally match like it's the same size. Everything is like very nicely clean. I remember there was a time that i was trying to do. Braided wigs before braided wigs became like a theme um. I tried to do it and then, by the time that i was done, the whole entire lace cap shrunk. I couldn't even put my head inside. So i don't know how she did this. You know when you braid, you can't really flip the hair certain ways because they're just going to like stick up. You have to like keep them in one direction, but with these ones you can literally turn it anywhere and it's going to lay flat. So i really like that, and then we also have like a little bit of like um hair left out for like baby hair and stuff to probably help the um the edges not look too lacy and stuff. We have full lace, wig and then, of course, she also added the band. It doesn't feel heavy, but when we put it on we're gon na see if it's heavy feel like a lot of people are now transitioning to like doing the braided wigs, because i mean you're not sitting down for six to like 12 hours to get your hair Braided um and i'm pretty sure for the hairstylist too. You know they could take a break in between like making this wigs versus like when they have to actually sit down and do a client's hair. I don't know i'm just guessing so anyway, we're gon na go ahead and kind of low-key customize. This slightly because i feel like the lace, is a little too white for my skin tone at first. I was going to go ahead and bleach the knot, but i noticed the knot i actually already bleached, but the lace itself is just like not tinted. So i think, if i put this especially right in the front here - it's not going to like melt into my skin and stuff, so i think i'm going to try to taint it the same way that i did with my other wig, but i didn't show you Guys so in this video i'm going to show you guys how i actually did it, i would have to say the lace is slightly like different from the other one, the other wig, that i did. The video had a softer lace, so i feel like it absorbs that um color um tent to kind of change it. So i don't know if this is going to do the same thing. I'M not exactly sure if you guys can see like what i'm talking about with the lace. It just looks a bit too grayish for me, so i think i'm gon na go ahead and like slightly tint it just so that it really looks like it could possibly be my scalp, but look how nicely the braids were done. The color i'm going to be using to kind of tent this lace is actually from kiss color. This is the color honey brown, i'm just gon na put some in here. I'M just dipping my finger in here, so i dip it and i basically go in - and i rub this, but i'm gon na do it from the inside because i feel like it looks better. It'S not gon na be too harsh when i do it from the inside, but look at that tent and then look at this side. It'S a little grayish here versus this side. That is done. Let'S see what it looks like now in the inside, as you guys can see it's a little tinted. Look how it looks now. It looks so much better okay, so i guess now it's time to basically start the gluing process. I'M not sure if i should glue it first before i cut the lace or cut the lace first, i usually always cut my lace first, i don't really know how to do it glue first then cut i mean i could today i'm going to be using the Bold hold extreme hold and i'm going to apply this, i think about two to three times. You apply it you let it dry clear and then you go over it again. It'S the moment of truth. I do not know why i'm nervous, but i'm like nervous. I don't want to mess up, don't mess it up, make sure it's centered, okay, bring that forward. Okay, this center, okay, i'm just taking a comb and just put in some pressure on that also kind of working it vertically, so that it is gluten. I'M gon na start cutting out the lace. I feel, like the trickiest part, is honestly the air by the ears, sometimes it's so hard for me to like get it right, but i think we got this. I like to leave a little bit of like lace by the ears, because i just need something to kind of hold the wig on this side. So i leave a little bit more than i should just because it helps it like stay on. So i'm just gon na trim a little bit more, so i'm just gon na go back into that hair dye and just dab it on the little excess hair. I mean lace that we got left just so that it blends in a bit more. Let'S go ahead and just unbreak this and make a baby here now, i'm so excited to see how this whole thing is going to look. What i like to do is just apply it and just lay it like this first before i go in, and you know style it and profile it, i'm going to be taking this baby um hair brush, it's called baby dress, also in the description bar down below. Okay, how do i even start? Look at me talking [ __ ], about what people need to be doing, and i don't even know how to do this myself. I spoke too fast. This baby here is kicking my ass yo um. I don't know how i feel i don't know. I really do not want to look crazy. Maybe i should curl it in more okay. Well, this is what the baby hair that we are going to settle with, because i don't know how to do baby hair yeeks. It'S just going to be like this, i'm going to go ahead and do my makeup and i will be right back so my makeup is done and i decided to just kind of put this little bun up here. You know. Sometimes you just kind of figure things out um when you're not recording, so basically i mean for the baby hair. I just went ahead and like shaved, some of them that are some of the hair off the lace. So it looks more realistic. It doesn't look weird anymore. Does that make sense like i don't know, i just feel like now. It just looks so much better and more realistic, because the baby here is not so thick and the little swoops are not really touching each other, because what i did before i had the soup touching each other each other. So basically, i just took the razor thing, and i literally just like shave it off like so so that there's like a gap between that baby hair and i feel, like this - looks more subtle and more natural looking this. Is it um? Like goddess braid um, faux locs, goddess braid. All of that, which is something i want to do next goddess braids. I cannot wait um but yeah. I really love the hair, not only the color but also the density. It'S not so heavy. You guys know braided waist can get super heavy. I have one wig that is like so heavy. I think i probably wore it like once, but this feels so airy. Honestly, it's not heavy at all. The braids are nicely like done and neat, i'm literally so impressed with the way this wigs look so yeah, i'm so happy, i'm so happy. Please do not forget to give this video a thumbs up.
