THE MUSIC USED IN THIS VIDEO DOES NOT BELONG TO HOUSE OF HAIR

Hi guys welcome back to house of hair okay. I hope everyone is doing well. This is just a quick video to show you how we lay our overlays all in less than two weeks in class of hair, so to start off with I'm just gon na break. My clients hair damages flat braids as possible, so if she parts in the middle or the side parting, you won't see the bulkiness of her natural hair so because we're gon na be doing a bald cap method. I use a rubbing alcohol to just clear all of her hairline and take out a little bit of the oil that she's got on her hair at the front. So I'm sure you guys have seen a hundreds and hundreds of videos on YouTube of people, name down the frontals, I'm a little bit late to the YouTube game when it comes to doing frontal zone. To be honest, I don't do that many in the salon, but I'm chilling down this clients hair so that all of her little baby hairs are out of the way. Then, because we're doing all kappa heard, i'm gon na put the stocking cap on her head. I'M gon na gel that and spray that down and dry it. So it completely fly before I cut away any of the excess of the PAP. Just a quick note, don't start cutting the front and say it is completely completely dry. Otherwise, it will unravel and your frontal will not lay very flat. Also, I don't know people use powder or liquid foundation, but this will the liquid foundation that I used on this clients hair. That'S all she had with her with liquid foundation. So that's what we use to match her skin color so to tip the lace, I'm going to use a lace tent by a company called wick guru. Therefore, I think is about four or five different teams. This is honestly the best lace, 10 knot, I've ever used and how I test it to get the color is I spray it on a piece of tissue, so you can see one is very red and one's more of a yellow tone, and this client is a Yellow tone, so I'm going to use that one because it matches her skin better. You should know about the wig guru lake skin, so the first thing is that you want to spray the lace when it's actually dry. So it's after I beach the knots and done all the customizing, and then I use the nice tint and sprayed it, and you also want to spray it maybe twice so spray it and let it air dry and then spray it again, and this way it stains It really well so what I'm gon na lay down the actual wig. I put the black pot to be glue on once. Let it air dry and get quite tacky. Let'S do it again and let it get quite tacky and then before it's completely dry. I actually spray it with the got to be do freeze spray. I think a lot of people do that, and I know that I've seen on YouTube where a lot of people say you don't put your hand on it, but actually sometimes, if you really really push the it melts better into your client skins. So, as you just saw, I was using a lolly stick, but then I also sometimes use my hand and I really really pushed the lace into the skin or laced into the gel, and it lays a lot better. You it's really hard for you to see actual words or from the lace. So for me I think the last sticks down better and it makes a little bit more seamless. So I know that a lot of people use the noose and the new pop comb. I actually quite like to use the wax and then hot, going on through the hair, just taking quite large sections put a little bit of wax right at the root, not too much and then hot comb it free. So the week that has been used in this video is from house of hair is part of our work line and it is our light kinky straight hair, it's very similar to a Yaqui texture, but it's just got a little bit more texture to it than the Yaki hair, but doesn't this look like her natural hair? It'S really really beautiful hair. The only thing I would say with the light yaki is that it doesn't hold a curl very well, so you might want to go with the medium yaki if you think you're gon na wear your hair wavy. All the time I like to use just wrapping mousse to do the baby hair, because if you lay them with gel, I find that they're really stiff and you can't move them much after they've dried. When you use mousse, you have a lot more flexible. You can do more things with them. If you don't like the way it looks, you can brush them a bit away and put it out of the way they look really natural as well, and I'm not too full of so I find that when you use mousse to be baby hairs, you're better. So this is the final look. Valerie S: The hair likeness to afro straight is amazing! The hair line on this hairstyle looked believable however, I personally would had had the parting plucked too to follow through for an even more believable natural look but ‍♀️ I guess that's where 'each to their own' falls neatly into place . I am enjoying your videos btw of hair tutorials, washing and styling.
