What'S up og baddies uh welcome back to another video thanks for dropping by curlin's place in today's video we are going to be slaying. A wig girl slaying a wig today we're going to do a little color today, so we are going to jump right in and before we get started, go ahead and hit that like button and subscribe, if you enjoy the content over in curlin's place, then go ahead And join the family girl go ahead and jump out into the community, so we are a community of og baddies. We are over 50 girl and we are still slaying baby. We still slaying over here over 50., so yeah so anyway. So today's video we are going to be um, slain and 18 inch. Let me get the specs on this wig okay, so this is a 18 inch, burgundy lace front and i got this off of amazon and this wig cost a hundred and ten dollars. I will be leaving the link down below so we're gon na see what it's given. So i have been um trying out amazon wigs here lately. Normally i uh make my own wigs, but i've been super lazy, so i am trying out amazon wigs right now. So um, this is what we have so on the inside. We have the um one. Two three. We have three combs, the three combs that are two on the side, one here one here and then you have the one right here and then you have one in the back and of course you have the adjustable, strap and so baby. She has got the lace on this. Wig is impeccable. This lace is really nice very light and fair, and i don't think i'm gon na have to do any plucking on this, because this is already plucked real good. So i think all i'm really gon na do is um bleach, the knots and style, and i was debating on whether or not i even wanted to bleach the knots. But i think i'm going to um bleach the knots and then we're gon na go ahead and jump right into getting this put on. So don't go nowhere. If you asked me yesterday, i would handle this differently. Things are different. That'S not gon na happen. That'S not! Gon na happen, that's not that's not gon na happen, so even if you're asking got ta know can make it grow. Okay, guys we are back and now that we have bleached the knots we have shampooed the wig. We have trimmed the wig and curled the wig. We are now ready to apply. I already have on my wig cap and my wig grip, because i have to try the wig on to get the adjustable straps uh position where i needed them to be and to get my middle part where i needed to be so. We'Ve already done. All of that we're not doing the ball uh the bobcat method today, because i hardly ever do the bottle cap. I normally just do my hair. Like this, i keep my hair um flat wrapped and i just recently uh cut my hair off really short, so yeah. So let's get started, i have the wig over here on the wig head and this is how she turned out. So let's put her on and see what she's going to be giving sis. So already, let's hold these back okay, so this fits pretty good. I just need to get just a little around my ear and that's going to lay just like that and then on this side, we're going to do the same thing and cut that off around the ear, so that that is laying flat. So now that i have it cut to my face, i'm just gon na pull that back and go in with a layer of my wonderlace bond by even - and this is what i use all the time - it has a good enough staying powder for me guys. I usually only keep my um wigs on for a couple days. Two maybe three days take your finger and it's just like a sticky filling. That'S how i like my first layer to get then my thicker, my second layer. I make a little thicker now i'm gon na bring my once i get one side down, i'm gon na go ahead and get the other okay guys. Once i get it initially laid down. Now i'm gon na pull out my hair that i want for baby hair clips. I like to pull my baby hairs on my sides and in my front and now i'm going to spray and i'm spraying behind the baby hair. Okay, guys we are back and of course my camera went out, so i went ahead and just put my little headband on and did a few little things while i was letting that um lay down so now we are going to cut our lace. I usually cut up the middle and i'm going to cut as close to this band as i can get so see, i'm have to lay that little edge down right there. That'S not a problem. Now, let's get the other side. Okay! So now i'm going to go in with my spray again, so i can get any little edges need to be laid down and then i'm just going to dry that y'all doing videos whoo. I tell you it's supposed to be a full-time job because girl it takes a lot of time by time. You have to set up for your videos. Okay, so now i'm gon na do my baby hair and i'm just going to cut these for my sideburns. I, like a sideburn, so i just like to cut this like just cut that down a little bit because i like sideburns and then for my baby hairs, we're just going to cut those and what am i going to use for my baby hair. I guess i'll use this shine effect, so i'm just going to lay down my sideburns, which i got ta have sideburns is a must-have for me, my baby hairs and i'm just gon na spray, those so they can stay and dry them just a little bit. Excuse me y'all, so girl. I think this wig is given we about to be cute girl. We stay cute over 50.. We stay cute all the time we ain't about to hold y'all up. Okay. So now i'm going to probably end up having to put a few curls around my face, but right now we're just going to get it laid down. I just want this to be flat. I think she turned out good girl. She is giving for 110. I'M glad that the curls didn't come out too tight because i used a small, but i used a small curler because a lot of times this is a straight wig and a lot of times straight hair. Don'T want to hold curls. So i will use a okay guys, we are done. We have a finished look. I hope you guys enjoyed the video y'all know. I am a wig and a makeup person. I love both.
