Perfect Ginger Orange Hair On Darkskin Ft. Kriyya Hair

Hey you guys welcome back to my channel, so today's video is sponsored by kriya hair and it came in this really pretty pink box. So i'm just going to take the wig out, so i can see what else came. So i got a wig cap and then i also got a pair of lashes, some hair clips and a hair tie or a head wrap and then here's the wig, i'm just taking it out. As you can see, it's this beautiful beautiful orange ginger color and i'm just opening up, so you can see the inside of the lace and then, of course, the hair, a nice body wave. So i just had the wig on my head and i'm going in with this flyaway tamer, which is the same as a wax stick, and i'm just going in with that, because i'm going to go over that with the hot comb. I did plug this hairline off camera. I didn't do a lot of plugging, but just enough to make a difference and yeah like i said, i'm just going over that with the hot comb, i'm using brown hair dye spray to tint the lace. I didn't spray. It all over the lace just because i was pretty much out so i just sprayed where it mattered, which was right there where the hairline starts, so it can blend with my forehead and now i'm doing the ball cap method. So i cut holes in my ears. So that they can lay flat from ear to ear and then i'm just doing a thin layer of glue and it dries pretty quickly and then once it does dry clear. I just go ahead and cut off the rest of that cap and of course, you have to go in with a foundation or powder that matches your skin tone so that it looks like your forehead and everything blends. And now i can go in with my glue that will actually be used to lay the lace wig down. So i'm using the bold hold lace glue and i'm pretty much on like the last bit of glue. So you'll see me trying to get it out. Struggling a little bit, but i only do one layer as always just because i only wear my wigs for about a week or two and one layer is enough to get it to stick and hold, and then once that one layer has dried clear. I just go ahead and lay that lace right on top of the glue just making sure i lay the middle down first and then i lay the sides making sure to pull and stretch the lace so that there are no holes or gaps in between the lace. You want it to lay flat from ear to ear and just making sure that i press it down once i do have it placed where i want, so i'm letting the rest of the glue and the lace dry down with a elastic band. I just have that tie down over it and then, while i'm doing that, i'm going to part the hair, so i'm doing a side part because i just feel like it would look really good with this color. So i went in with that wax stick again and i'm going over that with a hot comb. Just so i can lay the hair that i wanted to lay lay it the way that i want it to lay because, like i said, i am doing a side part, so i'm just going over that with the hot comb and making sure to really press this Hair down and press it out, so i am going to cut some layers just where the hair falls in my face. I always like to do that because i didn't want to curl the hair and honestly. It looks good just like this with the natural texture or pattern that the hair is already in really pretty and by this point the lace has pretty much dried down. So i'm just going to go ahead and cut that off because we no longer need it. So i am going to do baby hairs, but i'm only going to do this side because the rest of the hair is going to be falling in my face. So i just pulled some out and then i cut it and i did curl it using this small flat iron. I'M not sure the inch of it, but it's not the smallest one, but i just use that to curl it, because i do want to kind of do a fluffy, baby, hair look and then i'm also going to do the sideburn. So i'm doing the same. Just pulling some hair out and then i will cut it and curl it going away from my face and then i'm just going to lay that using my edge brush, i'm using the comb in and i'm also using a small amount of eco styling gel. I didn't want to use a lot because i didn't want to lose the curls so yeah, i'm just laying it the way that i want it to lay and, as you can see, it's kind of giving the fluffy baby hair look. So this is the last step and what i'm doing is curling the hair. So i'm starting with the bangs first and i'm curling going towards my face, but i'm only going to do the hair. That'S going to fall on my face, i'm only curling that part of the hair going forward and then i'm just going to roll it up and pin it up so that the curl can set in place. It'Ll be a lot. Bouncier it'll be a lot more bouncier and it will also last longer - and i'm just going to continue doing that, like i said just the bang part, i love doing this style of curl because i just feel like it's super glamorous very pretty so, like i said, Curling towards my face making sure to wrap it around the barrel and then rolling it up and pinning it. I did use two pins just because these are the smaller ones, so one wouldn't be enough to hold it. So i just used two to hold them in place and, as you can see, i finished the front. I have them pinned up super cute and now i'm just going to curl the rest of the hair so for the rest of the wig. I'M just going to do the curls going away from my face, so it's the same curl, but this time i'm curling away going backwards and i'm not pinning them up, i'm just letting them fall because, like i said, i only wanted to focus on the bangs as Far as pinning them so yeah, that's all i'm going to do for the entire rest of the wig and before i let the curl fall, i do let it sit in my hand for about maybe five seconds just so it can cool off a bit. This will also help with helping the curls last a little bit longer, and those layers i cut earlier are also going to make a huge difference in how these curls will look. So i'm super excited for the ending result, so i finished curling the entire wig. So i'm going to take these pins out and let the curls drop and you can see a difference between the ones that i pinned up and the ones that i didn't. The ones that i pinned up are a lot bouncier and a lot tighter, which is what i wanted, i'm so happy how they're falling like it just looks so good like the bounce of it. This is what i mean when i say: cut layers cut layers. If you want this bounce in the fullness, you have to cut layers into the hair before you curl it. This hair curled. So well, as you can see on camera, just how well it curled. It did not give me a hard time at all, took to the heat really well. The hair is super shiny and bouncy and soft, even though these curls are super beautiful. I do not like a defined curl, so i'm going to comb them out using a wide tooth comb and, as you can see, the curls are still intact. They'Re, just not super tight and super defined. So yeah i'm just going to keep running that through and playing with it until i get it to look how i want so. I am very happy with everything. As far as the hair, the color looks amazing on me. The lace blended so well, and it was just really easy to work with.
