Yess! Brown Highlight Wig Wand Pin Curls ✨ Giving Glow ✨ | Summer Ready Glow Up Inspiration

Girl, this wig is giving me the summer glow that i have been waiting to get all year. So today's video i'm going to share with you how i install and style this wig, and not only that we have some wins and some successes we're going to be celebrating today's video so make sure you keep on watching click that subscribe button. If you're new to my channel and let's jump right into today's video, so for the purpose of today's video, i went on to cut the lace, so i can show you all how to install the wig. A lot of you have been asking me: could i show how to install a wig with the lace already cut so first things? First, this wig i'm going to go ahead and pre-style it, and but the hair comes already colored like this, so you don't need to do anything as far as coloring. You can bleach the dots if you want to. I have already bleached the knots on the wig and i have washed it so nowadays, when i'm styling my wigs, i think about long term. Do i want to curl my hair every day? Absolutely not so. Lately i have been doing, pin curls. I have been doing roller sets um, so today's video i'm going to actually do wine curls and wine curls for me last longer than a week like can last two to three weeks. If i don't wash my wig and i'm also just going to pin them up so that they can cool down a bit and i'm going to do this throughout the whole wig now i will be sure to link the wig and the curler below in the description Box, i know some of you was asking me about the curler last time and this one isn't sold anymore. So i'm going to link a similar one, but i highly recommend the wine curler, because you're going to get the tightest curls and as they start to drop over time, it's going to turn into beautiful waves and you don't have to keep curling your wigs every single Day now i absolutely love the highlights on the wig. This color works for so many skin tones. If you don't believe me, do a search for the highlighted, wig you'll see that it works for dark skin. It works for light skin. It has these beautiful chunky highlights. This is a brownish color like a number four mix, i believe with a 27 highlight now. Let me get a little tip when, if you decide to um use the clips to hold the curls with the wine curler, it causes the curls to be like waves. So, unlike curling, it is a little hard to kind of roll it back up and then pin it. So what i did is i kind of twirled it around my finger. Let the curl go and then twirl it around my finger like you, do the rod put my finger inside the curl and then slide the clips in so that was an easier way for me to pin it now with the wine curley. You really don't need to pin it, but i wanted to try something different. So i let the curls sit like this for about an hour and then i took them down and as you can see, they are beautiful. Bouncy. Now i haven't put any product on this hair: i've only washed it with shampoo and conditioner. I will put one that i recommend for colored hair down below in the description box. If you are looking for a good, shampoo and conditioner. So since i did bleach the knots, i still wanted to go back with a little bit of lace tint, because the knots are a little bit darker than my scalp color. So i wanted to make sure that the scalp area matches my actual scalp color. So i'm using the even tinted lace for this, and then i'm just going to push this hairline back. A lot of you always ask me if i can share how to install the wig with the lace already cut. So that is why i've been coming to you guys lately with the lace already cut, because i do understand that a lot of you um have wigs that aren't new all the time. So you want to see a technique for that. So i got you girl. I want to take a second and celebrate a huge success for myself, because i just think it's important to acknowledge your wins in life. Just like you acknowledge everything else. So for me, if you have not noticed, i have lost 25 pounds. You guys i had got to the biggest i have been in a long time and it made me feel very self-conscious. A lot of people will tell you that you look good, no matter what, but if you don't feel amazing, if you don't feel comfortable, then of course you need to change and do something. So that's what i did and i've been working very hard. So i shared this on tik, tok and instagram. You can follow me there, but i've also been working not only on my physical health but my mental health. The last time i wore this outfit. This is the way it looked compared to now and to me this is a great accomplishment like i said, i think it's important to celebrate your accomplishments, so i just wanted to share that with you guys to inspire anyone who may need the inspiration to do better For themselves, if you have goals that you want to achieve, go for them, don't let no one tell you that you can't do anything if you don't feel comfortable about something about yourself, change it and make yourself happy all right, let's jump into the wig install. So i am doing the ball cap method and if you need more details and beginner tips on how to slay and lay your wig, i just put up a video with lots of tips. I will pop it out to you right here, make sure you go check out that video, so i've already cut the lace, so what i'm just doing is cutting away the extra pieces that i made a mistake and left behind. For some reason. I don't know how that happened, but i'm going as close to that hairline as possible. Now the install was really simple. I can tell you how simple it was. I was filming today's video and i was also doing a tick tock. If you don't follow me on tik tok, why just follow me on tik tok? It'S the same name miss precious, marie and i'll, also post it below, but yeah. This install is so simple. I took the even tinted lace and i sprayed it over top of the hairline. You can spray it underneath the lace if you like, but i just find that i can get every piece of that lace laid down if i spray it over top. Unlike you know, when i spray it under and i leave pieces left behind so make sure your parting is set right. I set my parting down the middle. You can part this wig. All the way around is a 13x6 cap, so you can do whatever parting. You want around the front of the cap. Now i'm going to make sure to lay the lace flat and melt it into my skin. I'M going to take my sleigh band to do this now. The slay band is definitely good. If you are a beginner, you are not good at melting, your lace, the sleigh band will do it for you, so just put it on. I will also link this below in the description box, so i'm gon na. Let that sit for about 15 minutes now. I love that when i bleach the knots on this wig, the nuts basically disappears so because the wig is a natural um light color. You really don't need to bleach the knots. If you don't want to, however girl, if you anything like me, you like to be just a little bit extra and kind of test it out to see what will happen, and so that's what i did. I went and bleached the knots and i loved that it just took it to another level. However, i didn't want to take it blonde because i didn't want to over bleach, because the hair has already been you know, colored. So that's why i went back with the even tinted lace to get the lighter color that i wanted out of the knots. If you are darker than me, you don't have nothing to worry about because it's going to blend, but if you are lighter, just use the even tinted lace, it helps all right. So this is basically all that i did to make this wig look as beautiful as it do um.
