Glueless 5X5 Closure Hd Lace Wig | Beauty Forever | Yay Or Nay?

Hey youtube, welcome or welcome back to my channel, it's your girl, liam monet and today's video is going to be a review of this unit that i have on. So if you're interested make sure you stay tuned alrighty, so i purchased this unit using my own money from beauty forever. It is a 5x5 lace, closure, wig, 180 density, which is the only option that they have for density on this unit, and i order a 20 inch so 20 inch, i think, comes up to about 220. I was able to use two coupons like a youtube coupon and then a five dollar off coupon for starting my account. So this came up to maybe like 203. For me, i ordered this unit and i was able to receive it within a week. So i think it took about two to three days to ship out and then about three or four days. I think it came via ups. So relatively quick, the unit came in kind of standard packaging. It'S like the envelope kind. It'S not the box that you know a lot of us probably prefer um, but it did come with two gifts, which is the headband and a wig cap. As far as cap construction, it's the standard under the wig two clips in the front one clip in the back regular elastic band, strap that goes around the back. It does not come with the actual elastic band and i honestly don't feel like you need one. I have a smaller size head and this kind of fits me perfectly, but it does have a little room in here, so it's not too snug. Also, as i was unpacking the uni, i didn't notice any smells or anything. So that's always good. Now i want to get into the wig, so this is going to be a really quick video. Originally, i plan on showing you all how i unboxed it and how i installed it, but i had to like abort my mission, because i was not feeling this unit at all. It took me some time to be able to get to where it is now. So i'm just going to go over the pros and cons really quickly with you so number one. This is a glueless unit, so no glue um to hold this down. You can use glue if you wanted to kind of lay a bit smoother, but for me i work out i sweat and having all that glue and having to do that to maintain it is just too much for me. So i like the fact that i'm able to put this on take this off at night and kind of get a decent lace. Look the lace itself blends pretty well when i took it out of the packaging um, i did feel like the knots could have been bleached, but i just went ahead and apply makeup to it. I was going to use kind of like the tent spray that i have, which i may actually use after i wash this unit, but for now i just have makeup and concealer applied to the part in the lace area. The next pro is that it has held a curl which is pretty good. I curled this earlier this morning and the curls have been lasting. It'S still, you know it kind of gave it a little bit more body to the unit which gives it a better look because i'll get into the cons in a second. But it looks a bit thin, so the curls are kind of necessary for this unit. Um and i would say it falls about where the 20 inch falls, which is kind of the look that i was going for. So the cons chad con one two and three is that this unit is thin. So i purchased this unit because i've seen it on another youtube girl, rabina and it was so beautiful and full on her. And so i'm like. I need that unit in my life, and so i ordered it and i'm like when i was taking another package and i'm like this is thin. So if you follow cardi b, you just seen her like magazine shoot where she had like six wigs and one she's gon na put another wig there and then she's gon na put another one here. Yeah i feel like. I need at least three of these to have the density that i need so top three cons is it's just too thick and i just i don't like them hair, and this is just giving me too much of a thin vibe and the next con is the Closure itself took me forever to pluck i hate plucking, i like my stuff, it's just come ready to go. I had to pluck and pluck and plug like, i plugged it for one day and i'm like. Oh, that should be enough. I put it on. I still didn't like it plug this, some more and i'm like okay, it's getting there, so it just took some time to get this customized. I had to use like my pressing comb, some, like my slick, stick and mousse just to kind of get the hair to lay in a decent manner. This isn't even nearly as nice as i would like it to look. However, i was just like i'm tired of customizing this unit. I almost gave up on this wig, but i think it kind of came out overall decent. I do not like the density of this at all. So, as far as recommending it, i personally, if i knew that it was going to come to thin, i would not have purchased it. Otherwise, i think it's still a decent look, because i have the shorter length hair, i'm considering kind of going in and maybe cutting it. My plan a was to cut layers layer who, because, if i cut any layer in this, then hair gel, i won't have any hair left on the damn wig. Let me show you the lace up close and, like i said this isn't my best work, but i was just over the customization for this unit. I think it's cute. It came out nice, but beauty forever.
