What Lace ??? 5X5 Hd Lace Wig Transformation ! | Beautyforeverhair | Beginner Friendly

So [ Applause, ], hey everybody, it's ivy and today i'm coming on here with another hair video, so the hair today you guys is so bomb like. Oh, i love this hair so much it looks so good and it is so freaking late. Like look at that lace, so this video is going to be beginner friendly. If you're a person, that's trying to learn how to um. Wear closures, wear fronts whatever. This is definitely the video for you um. If you're new to lace in general, i suggest trying a closure first and since closures, traditional clothes are a little too small for me. Definitely try out a five by five um, i'm telling y'all, you won't regret it. It looks very good. It still gives you that you know that same look, and you know what you guys. I'M really liking the improvements. Some of these um more affordable hair companies are making this hair feels way better than it's felt um in the past. It'S very airy. It'S nothing shedding! It'S nothing tangling, it's nice and full and healthy. Looking like it looks really really good like i don't know what they changed but um. I love it like the hair is amazing y'all. It looks so good, so the wig i used today is from beauty forever hair. This is their 5x5 closure wig, and i really like it you guys it is um, a body weight, texture and it's 180 density and it is um. I believe it's about 26 inches long. So when i first got this hair um just taking it out the box, i was very pleased to see that it is actually hd lace. A lot of companies are selling lace and units and passing it off as hd, but it doesn't actually be hd, but this one is really hd the um. The lace closure on the wig is very high quality. It'S really good lace. The hair feels very nice and soft, and when i got this, this was a body wave texture. As you guys know, body wave um when you wash it, the texture might come out just a bit. So the first thing i need to do this wig was bleach. The knots and you guys know i love love, love. This blonde brilliance express nine bleach. I get this at stylus beauty supply. If you guys are interested, i will have it linked below, but i love this bleach. I put it on with a 40 bottom developer and i let it process for about 35 minutes, and this bleach just gets all those little knots invisible. It makes everything look nice and seamless. Once i was done bleaching my knots, i did go in and color this hair blue black. I used the revlon, color, silk and blue black. Put it right here and you can get this from target or walmart. It is really cheap color, but i really like it because it's very deep and saturated i'm not sure if it's giving you blue - i don't know i can't tell, but it does look very jet black, which i'm learning that i love. I really like my lace. Wigs black, like i don't want them, one be brown whatever it is. I want it to be jet black. It just looks better: okay, okay, guys so right now, my hair is all molded back and since i'm using a 5x5 wig, i do have my own little natural baby, hairs and edges and stuff out, since the wig is only gon na. You know sit from here to here: i'm gon na go ahead and put on my wig and i did go in and pluck it just a little bit in the front just a little bit, because we don't want our wig to be over plucked. Okay, that's the worst okay guys, so i set my wig on. Let me just go ahead and adjust it a little bit better on my head, so my wig is on my head fitting very nice, as you guys can see, and this little area right here is going to be, like you know, baby hair portion. This is how everything is looking. So what i'm going to do is go ahead and pull this back, and i don't want to pull it too much. So what you want to do before gluing or securing your wig. However, you want to you just want to make sure your lace is nice, and even okay, because we do want this to lay very, very good. We don't want it to be messed up at all. This is a hd lace, so you need to be careful. The first time, okay, what i'm going to go in with is my kiss almighty bond lace with glue and, as you guys know, i love this glue. You guys i've actually been using this glue so much lately. So what i'm going to do is just, oh god. I won't pull it back too much because, like i told you guys, this is hd lace. I don't want to rip it. I just got to be very, very careful. So what i'm gon na do is go ahead and open my glue and i'm using the little um flat like precision side. Here'S a mistake! A lot of people make you don't want to go ahead and lay down your lace when your glue still is like a little bit white like this. You want to make sure it's completely clear. Okay, like how all these areas are clear. It'S just a little bit of glue like they touch my hair, so that's gon na take a little bit longer to dry, but you know just have to wait the extra like five minutes. You don't want to lay your lace on white glue because then you're gon na have a mess. Okay, so yeah just wait. So everything dries down clear, almost completely clear before you lay your lace. Okay, guys, i just pulled um the lace down. Okay, everything lines up, really good, it looks really natural. The only thing i noticed was my part is a little off center, so i need to fix my part okay, so i'm just going to change the part in this face. Now i don't really um. I really don't trip about having a super super straight part. I feel like parts with a little bit of imperfection to them. They look a lot more natural and um. I don't put a cap underneath my wigs y'all, but if you do like you won't be able to see any of those um little holes whatever, but i don't care that much so yeah. Now. What i'm going to do is take my blow dryer and i'm just going to um blow dry this area right here, just so my parking place, and now i'm going to spray my go-to, oh my god, my fantasia liquid mousse um super hoe, spritz hairspray. I just love this spritz because it doesn't, it doesn't cause my lace to lift up or anything like that, and it lays my hairs down without it being um. You know too crunchy or whatever the smell legit reminds me of the beauty shop. When i used to go when i was younger with my mom and stuff, like i'm, pretty sure they use this because it smells just like it now, i'm going to do is make sure all the hair is out the way, and i'm going to take my scissors And now we're going to go ahead and cut our lace. So as soon as i like, cutting my lace with, is these singer scissors and they're really small and really sharp, and i love them for getting close to the lace. So i'm just going to cut it in the middle right here then i'm just going to pull it back and cut you guys. That was super simple and, as you guys can see, it is seamless. I am loving this lace. It is so so good. So this is how the lace is looking before i go in and add my baby hair, as you guys already know, i have to have baby hair, like my looks, would not be complete um without baby hair, but yeah you guys it looks so good. It'S so nice and flat. It is so seamless you guys it's crazy. Like i love it, it was so much faster than applying a traditional frontal, so if you're a person that want to do like full protective styles and protect your hair and stuff and you're doing your hair at home, you probably would want to try a five by Five wig um you might, you might like it a little bit more than your traditional frontals, so you guys know i like baby hair in the middle. I try to make my baby hair on my wigs, very similar to my um natural hair. Now i'm going to take my blow dryer and just kind of separate the area that's going to be baby hair and the regular. So now i'm going to take a little edge brush and i'm just going to begin kind of like um forming my baby hairs before i even cut them just so i can get an idea of how they're going to look and everything so just going to brush That to the side for now and if i need to trim it some more i'll, just come back to it. Okay guys so we just finished cutting the baby here and now, i'm just going to now, i'm just going to mold it into place and i'm using a little bit of my got to be gel like just a little bit like a little a little bit. I'M wasting the hair a bit just so it can go where i want. I don't want crunchy hairs at all. Okay, you guys so now, since i'm done like laying my edges and everything i'm going to take my liquid mousse spray and i'm going to spray it around just like the perimeter area of the wig and then i'm going to tie it down. So i'm just going to wrap my edges and i'll probably leave this tied up for like 15 minutes or so 15. 20 minutes. This is the texture of the hair. When i got the hair, it was more so of a bigger body wave, but after washing it it's like a very nice loose type of body wave and i really like the loose wavy look. I think i'm just going to put some wand curls in it. Just to accentuate the curls that we already have so i'm just going to take my wand, curling iron and put some loose curls all throughout the hair. So i just finished wanting the curls and they came out really nice just what i wanted. So now we're going to go ahead and take off our scarf, so everything came out perfectly. So i'm just going to use my comb and just kind of break up that little bit of crunchy cast so yeah. You guys, i'm literally just breaking up the crunchy cast on the baby hair, because i said i wanted, like nice soft baby hairs. Now, i'm just going to put a little bit of my liquid mousse on my little edge brush and just reform my hair. Okay, you guys, so how are you liking? The hair after i put the little wand curls in there? I just think it looks super super good super cute. I love having a 5x5 because, like all of my edges, aren't like covered and sometimes when i wear full frontals, it gets tender like around my ear area, because i don't know it just like starts pulling or something so i'm really loving the 5x5. This might be my new thing now um. Definitely if you're a person that you know you're tired of wearing fur tools - and you want something easier - definitely reach for a 5x5 - and i really suggest this wig, because the the lace is so natural. Looking if you're scared of lace definitely try hd lace for the first time, y'all cause you, you really can't even see it like. Where you can't even see it. You really can't see um, you really can't see hd lace, and i love that. So now all my units is gon na have to be hd lace because i love it so much.
