Headband Wig | Afro Kinky Human Hair Wig | Very Affordable & Looks Like My Real Hair | Ywigs

Hey guys welcome back to my channel today, i will be using another headband wig, but in a different texture. Now i first introduced the headband wig a couple of weeks ago in a completely different texture, which was straight, and so today i am coming at you guys with a curly texture from y wigs. So for those of you who have not heard of the headband wig, basically, it's like a new wave right now with the whole wig community, where you don't have to worry about the lace, you don't have to worry about bleaching and plucking. It is simply one of those put on and go type of, wigs kind of reminds me of like how um half wigs used to be like back. In the day i mean half wigs are still popping, but it's not as popular as like the lace, frontal, wigs or whatever. This is what the wig looks like. So this is 100 human hair, which is the difference between the half wigs and this new wave type of wig. Is you are working with human hair, so you're going to have a lot more flexibility with styling, and you know giving off a natural look without having to worry about the lace or whatnot? So this is what the inside of the wig looks like looks like this. Pretty standard basic wig just does not have the lace, so the interesting part is here. As you can see, this is that black headband. Now i would not suggest removing this because otherwise you're just going to have a cap and it's not even going to fit your head properly, so don't remove the headband and so the headband, let's see if i can show you guys so the headband has plenty of Stretch as you can see, and basically what you would do is you would take both ends of this headband and you would connect it together and here's your wig. So it reminds me of like how most of us secure our wigs down now using the elastic band. This is pretty much it, but your wig just comes automatically with a headband and you don't have any lace. So for those who just don't like the whole thing of, i need to run to the store, but i don't feel like gluing my lace down. I don't feel like even doing my lace yeah. This is what we've been needing, so you get a lot of velcro right here to get a better fit. So if you have a smaller head, you can take the strap all the way down here to the bottom. Just to get a tighter feel if you have a bigger head like me girl, you can take it all the way up to the top and have a looser fit so very, very adjustable to anybody's head shape. Wig does not come with any adjustable straps in the inside; it just only comes with four combs. It comes with two combs here, one comb on the crown and one comb on the bottom. So let's go ahead and put it on so this step is totally optional. I am using a stocking cap because i don't want any type of friction with the wig headband and my hair. So that's why i'm doing that? But you don't have to so i'm going to show you guys how to secure the headband wig down, which is very simple and straightforward. You just take both ends of the strap and just simply connect them like so so now, i'm going to show you guys a couple of styles of how this unit looks with its natural texture. I did wash this wig and this is what the wig curl pattern looks like without combing out anything - and here i am just really tugging and pulling on this wig, and it's not going anywhere, and i also like that. This headband is a little thicker which helps with giving that tight snug fit, and i also love that it sits very comfortably on my head. So now, i'm going in with the eco styling gel and just applying that on my edges. Now, for those of you who are new to my channel, my edges are naturally thin. I have tried everything under the sun and nothing works with getting them to fill in. So i just push the headband back just to have a little bit of my hairline exposed to give it a more natural look, and this is look number one, and why wigs also sent several headbands that you can switch it up with this wig. If you don't want to wear like the plain black headband, so i'm just going to show you guys what one of the headbands look like on this wig. This is a really good alternative for not having to worry about lace. You can simply put this wig on and go and you don't even have to brush or comb out the curls in this wig texture and you're still going to get a really nice look. So i like this now moving on to like a pineapple look. This is my first time actually doing this style and it actually turned out really really cute. So here i am going to wet the wig just to give you guys an idea of what the wig texture looks like when it's wet and how it will look once it dries now. You definitely like i said previously. You can wear this wig once you've washed. It and pretty much let it air dry and it's going to give you like a nice kinky natural texture, look or you can simply wet the hair, like i have done here, and it's going to give you a more defined tight. Curl look so either or is you know not a bad choice and even though this texture is kinky, it did not suck up a lot of water and product, which was very surprising. So i was really surprised with that, because normally i have to drench kinky hair in product and water in order for me to be able to comb or brush through the hair. So, as you guys can see in this clip, i am literally running my fingers through this hair texture with no problem, and you guys saw how thick this hair texture was before i wet it and apply product. So if you want to wear the hair in this texture, it is absolutely gorgeous as well and if you're wondering where i got this headband from i got it from target. It is the cantu headband i'll put the link below in the description bar and also while i have product on the hair, i'm also placing the curls exactly where i want them to be. So when the hair dries. I don't have to worry about going back in and causing frizz or making the hair bigger. This is the wig completely dry, like i said, you're going to get a more tight, defined, curl and here i'm just taking my hand and kind of fluffing the curls, just to give a little bit more definition to the hair, very beautiful soft wig. This is going to be so cute to wear when i just need to make a quick run to the grocery store. So here is another style that you can do with this headband wig, which is simply a half up. Half down. Look, you can do the ponytail or you can wrap it around and do a bun. You can do a lot of different styles with this type of headband wig and my last look is going to be another pineapple. Look. I guess that's what you call it. I don't really know, but i found this scarf on target.com and i was like i got to do a video with this. Look because i love when i see natural girls wear their hair like this. Now my hair isn't long enough just yet to do this type of look, but it is so beautiful and i love that this headband wig does this type of look perfectly honestly at the beginning, i was very nervous about this whole headband wig, but i am so Glad i gave it a try, because i love this method. It is one of those put on and go type of wigs. You don't have to worry about the whole process of laying down your lace and making sure you don't look crazy when you go out in the public. These type of wigs are a must-have. It'S the perfect look for just doing quick errands. It'S the perfect look for just laying around the house, but you don't want to you know, lay around with your braids and your bun it all day.
