Chocolate Brown Human Hair Headband Wig! | Ft. Wowafrican

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, so in today's video i have another human hair, headband wig for you guys if you are new here, thank you for stopping by and if you are a returning subscriber. Thank you so much for coming back. So today's video is brought to you by wow african. You guys already saw the unboxing, so i'm going to go ahead and get into all the specs on this wig. Okay, this is their dark brown straight human hair, headband wig. I have it in 18 inches. It'S 180 density, so i have the shortest length that they offer with this wig so um i have 18 inches, but you can get 20 22 and 24 and if you wanted more density with your wig, you can get 200 as well and to me i feel, Like um wow african is a higher end human hair company, but this wig is not that expensive, like i thought it would be for the amount of inches you get so uh. The 18 inches is actually 179, which is you know really good in that hundred dollar price range. I feel, like that's a pretty good price and they do have a spring sale going on. So you'll get more of a discount yeah, so you'll get more of a discount, so be sure to check the description box for a coupon code so yeah. I went ahead and washed mine because it was on the silky side and with human hair. Wigs a lot of times when you wash it, it knocks down the shine and it gives it a more like natural luster. So i have already thrown some curls in it and, as you can see, this is a chocolate brown color. So if you're one of those. Ladies, that has naturally number four colored chocolate brown hair. This is going to be good for you. I'Ve had a lot of people on my channel leave comments like they love the headband wigs, but a lot of times, they're just like natural blacks, and they would like some lighter brown colors. So this is one for you guys. My natural hair is not this color, but i'm probably gon na wear the headband wig a little bit lower on my hairline. So it's not like that much of a deal and if you're curious as to what i use to curl this wig, i use my remington curl wand. If i can find this exact one on amazon, i'll put it in my amazon storefront. So i curled this on. Like 410 degrees - and this was really really good - i don't think about human hair, wigs that aren't like curly ones. You have to use a hot tool, so it's gon na add another 30 to 45 minutes. But i got that together with this and as far as what i used on my edges, i've already laid those down. I'Ve already laid my edges down. I use my style factor edge. Booster, that's what i use on my edges. I don't see what size cap this is. I'M just gon na assume that it is a medium cap, it's very comfortable, so you pull this just slightly back to about right there and with this wig i did get a lot of flyaway, so i did have to use my wax stick on this wig and I'M just using my insta hold spray from got to be glued, just to make sure those curls don't fall. Chocolate brown is really really pretty um. I did review a highlighted wig from wow african around christmas time, and that was pretty, but there this one doesn't have highlights. This is pretty much. It has a little bit of highlights, but predominantly it's like a number four like a chocolate brown. So this is what it looks like curled without any um headband, my hair is parted in the middle, so i'm just gon na add a little bit of eyeshadow just to fill in my hairline a little bit all right. So i put on this lavender top. Basically that that i got from target basically, so i could pair it with this headband that i got from target. Let me zoom you guys in so you can see i bought this yesterday. It has a knot on it and has this floral print all over it very pretty. So i hope it lays on my head right. I would like to push this back just a little bit so, okay. So, as far as my thoughts about this wig, i feel like this chocolate. Brown color is very pretty um. It does not have a dark root on it. I prefer dark roots on colored headband, wigs, because my hair is dark and i want it to look as natural as possible, but i don't think it looks terrible, but i definitely would prefer a dark root on it. But this is probably going to be for the people who have naturally chocolate brown hair. This is going to be for you because most headband wigs are already natural black color. So this one is for you guys, i'm pretty sure this is a medium cap. It'S very very comfortable as far as shedding and tangling i haven't experienced that i have a little bit of shedding here now that i'm running my hands through, i do have a little bit of shedding, but nothing too crazy. Um. I feel like this price point is pretty good. I consider wow african to be a higher end, human hair company, but it's still within the 100 price range for the 18 inches i feel like this could be. I feel like this is a good density. Actually, it's very like natural. If you are somebody who likes thicker densities, they do have the 200 density, but i don't necessarily feel like. I need that, especially with it being, you know, springtime now and then we're going to go into summer. So if you like natural densities, just go with the 180 as far as the headband goes. That is why i have the the lavender top on. Like i told you guys it's very very cute. I wish it was one of the headbands that you put over your head that has to stretch in the back instead of like a traditional headband just so it would like flatter to my head, because that would be super cute, the traditional headband here it kind of You can kind of like peek under it. You can kind of see under it, but if this was like a stretchy one, that would be so much cuter but i'll have that listed uh below if you're interested in the headband. If i can find it so yeah. So, overall, i think this is cute and here's an example of me reviewing a silky textured wig and it not look unnatural. Overall, i think this is cute. I did have a few flyaways, actually a lot of flyaways when i was styling the wig like after it was dry. So keep that in mind. You'Re gon na have to use your wax stick to get it together, but i got it together so um.
