Diy $11 Headband Wig | Step By Step Beginner Friendly Video

We back at the party how y'all doing today what's up what's going on so i'm here today, because i wanted to show you guys a new little headband, wig okay, but before we get into that, definitely make sure you hit that subscribe button if you're just tuning In for the first time, and if you're not just tuning in for the first time, also make sure you turn on your post notifications and set them to all. So as you can see, these are like they look like this now. I have more words like i have some creole words. I have some other popular words so, like this one says, sherry, sherry, um, you know in english, moon shelly, you know so c-h-e-r-i couldn't put the little ascento. You know like they say in espanol acento. I don't know how they say it in creole, but you know i couldn't put the little accent mark because it just wasn't gon na happen, but these are so cool because now they're new and improved - and they have a little clip here. I truly appreciate those of you that have already supported me last little announcement, because it's been a little minute is that i have some new wigs up on the website well, depending on when this video goes up, but i did put up some wigs. I did see some people already purchasing some, even though i didn't put out any announcement so here's, i guess kind of like the announcement. You know i'm always putting up things on random. I try to do bulletins and stuff, but i've kind of fallen behind, because there's so many things i'm trying to catch up on um the summer has been great. You know it's back to school season now and it's from home. So it's a lot going on. You know i'm like back in high school again in a sense um and what else yeah oh and i'm wearing glasses, as you guys can see. I made sure that i didn't use my ring. Well, i'm still using my ring light, but i have it faced in a different direction because i know how some people just complain when i wear glasses and i have a ring light. That'S why i try my best to mostly wear my contacts like 90 percent of the time, but allergy season honey is not doing me. Justice. My skin is so dry and i just wasn't having it - and i know like if i put my contacts in then it's just going to be even more of problems tomorrow. So i was like you know what i'm just going to avoid it. I already know my skin is going to take a hit because i have to put well i don't have to, but because i put makeup on so yeah i didn't want to add more hits on top of hits. So that's my little explanation. I really don't owe anyone an explanation for wearing glasses, but i do like to be transparent with you guys, so we got all the formalities out the way and all that extra stuff, uh, hopefully i'll, put some time stamps. If i get a chance so yeah, i don't have to listen to my whole long intro i just had, but now we gon na get into it. So today we're gon na try to do a half wig. I haven't really tried any colors in a little minute, but we're not going to do it as a halfway. Okay, because i like how outra - and i said this in my previous video, where i did a headband wig, i like how out tray has like the um. They have the headbands that or the way they make it it's kind of flat or for the most part the newer ones have been really flat and i've been loving that about it. So with that being said, i was like you know what let me see if i can do this one as well, but this time we're gon na try to go transition from dark, obviously into that nice burgundy color, that i love for the fall and so first Of course we're going to let's take out the leg, i mean no, why not? What are we waiting for yeah? I know i love to bust me. A little random tune here and there, especially when it's a good day like it's really nice and sunny. I mean honestly, i'm not really a winter person, but i cannot wait for the winter because i need allergy season to just go. I mean this ragweed and the dust in the air. I mean it's usually like this every year, but this year it's been pretty bad, but it's all good either way, it's all good. Luckily i don't got a lot of places to go. So it's not really it's not horrible. All right, so we just took the wig out. Oh, let me show you how it looks so look at the color. Oh it looks so nice and vibrant. I'M definitely gon na open up the curls a little bit, but i wan na i'm gon na. Probably do it on my head, so i can see it a little bit better, so i'm just gon na throw my hair in a ponytail because that's what we're gon na do, i didn't feel like braiding. I just was like you know what all these videos. Hopefully they don't look too bumpy lumpy, but i mean maybe i could do one big braid right now. Let'S see, should i nah i'ma just i'ma just stick with my first instinct. You know what i forgot to bring in here my um. What a thing called. I forgot to bring my edge control in here. I have the little edge brush, but i forgot to bring my edge control in here, but i'll bring it. So i do have some cool headbands that i got. I don't know if you guys remember in my previous video but i'll definitely link the previous video of when i did my own little headband wig, because the girl is trying to spin all them coins um nelly's, not at the moment, because you know the holidays is Coming up, i got ta, get gifts and stuff um, so yeah i got the yoga headband. I got it from amazon, i'll link it in the description area, and you see it's just like the headbands that we see you know everywhere right now. So this is that and then, like i told you guys as well, i had bought a whole bunch of headbands. I bought two from two different vendors. One was like with colors that have little flowers and then the other pack had like solid colors. So i have a bunch of them, so what i'm going to do? First, i'm going to put these over my head right now before i even put on the headband i mean before we even put on the wig yeah. Now this probably gon na look kind of stupid, okay, so we're obviously we're going to be using the black one first and we'll use the other one trying to see how far down i actually want to put her. I was just saying to myself like i hope it doesn't look too fakish, because you know it's a transition from one color to the next, but we can definitely pull it off and i think i have a good. This is a good shade of lipstick right. I remember these nails. This was in my short nail haul that i did a couple months back these they actually change color, which i think is so cool when you put them in a certain temperature or if you put them on the water. I don't remember how to cold water. It changes to a lighter purple like a like a i don't know like a violet type of color. You know kind of like a this kind of color. I think it's. If you hold it, let me see. Well, maybe not. I started doing it earlier now. I don't want to do it. I think it turned dark. I think it gets dark when it's warm, but i don't remember but yeah they're, pretty cool and i like the length of them they're, not as short as i would want for everyday use and for me to be able to type as fast as i want to. But they're pretty cool all right. Let me go get my edge control, so we can do a little something to these edges, real, quick and then we'll put on the headband we'll see. The final result see how we look and boom. So we're going to put a little bit of this edge control up in here, i'm using the cream of nature dark edge control. I used to really use. I just started using this one. This is my second time using it. That'S why it looks still so pretty new uh. I used to use uh the ebbin one, but me and them got into it, so i don't be using them no well, i use it, but i just don't use it in my videos anymore cause they piss me off and they pissed me off before, but i Tried to give them a chance, but now you know i see who they really are and the company is like they're owned by whack ass people. So that's why i don't work with certain like once. A company like plays me out in any type of way, shape or form. I don't really try to be promoting them anymore, same thing, with um with janet collection. That'S why? Even though i saw the new wigs and i was tempted, i'm like nah - i'm not putting none of my money into this company because they did me dirty before. If you don't stand for something you fall for everything and i'm definitely a stubborn person as well. So that's how that goes. This stuff smells really good, though it smells really good. The hold is not super duper strong. I don't know if it gets any thicker, but i would doubt it because it's an edge control. It'S not like a gel, so i doubt it would get all you know solid or anything. So if you have really thick hair, i doubt this is going to do much, but it is going to help with the color. So if you need to create edges, then you know it's definitely something that will help yeah. I know my edges go all the way to to the middle of nowhere. I'D like to say, like my answers, be running away from me: man, they go all the way down here. That'S why i remember, i shaved them all right, so we're going to put this one first, because this is going to help to hide the band, and i did actually wear a headband wig not too long ago when i went out - and it worked perfectly with both Of these together, i wear it when i went out with my best friend for her birthday and now we're just fluffing her out a little bit. Did i even tell y'all her name. I don't remember saying that i'm all over the place today see. I told you these: these allergies done got me out these allergies done got me uh. I even tell you her name is nikaya or nikaya. I would say nikaya because it sounds a little cuter um and it's a two t. One slash four. Two five reminds me of like a 530 or a burgundy, but i guess 425 is right up there in that avenue. I mean honestly, you could leave it right here if you want to, but if you want to jazz it up a bit, you can definitely put the other headband over it, which is what i'm gon na do all right. So here we go and let me show you guys up close and it looks like realistic as well. Let me turn around. I don't know if i fluffed it out enough in the back. Hopefully i did, but what y'all think ready to go somewhere, but i got nowhere to go nowhere to go all right, so i mean this wig is. This is pretty self-explanatory, like it's super cute, i like it and i'm definitely gon na, be going somewhere. Looking like this okay, this is how she looks in case. Y'All was wondering how's, she look. This is how she looked. Okay, i think i covered all bases. This is the length of it. Has a nice little cute length, you know it's playful, you can do a lot, you don't have to and you got your edges out. You know your edges get a little bit of air they're breathing and i don't even have to put a whole bunch of gel or anything, and it looks very believable. So i i personally like two bands, but you don't really have to do two bands. You can definitely make it work with just the cute little headband or you can make it work with just a black headband. I just like the black headband, because that one provides like it being concealed first and then the other one. On top of that gives it that kind of oomph decoration, you know - and you can always put some little bobby pins - to make sure that throughout the day it doesn't move and kind of show everybody that it's a half halfway. You know what i'm saying so i feel like those are the best ways that you'll be able to jazz up these little affordable, wigs and make them work and look just as good as anybody who has a 100, 200 300 dollar. You know headband wig, doing honey and i seen some of the other ladies doing some amazing, affordable ones. Recently as well shout out to my girl brits, i seen queens mindset, i've seen quite a few people, but of course you know, i can't remember so yeah it's been quite a few people miss margarites honey. I think she's been doing it as well diana. I think she's been doing some as well, so it's been quite a few people doing the darn thing with these little headband, slash, half wigs and making it work all right guys thanks.
