All i want to hear is: hey y'all, welcome back to my channel sugar nurse drums and i'm back with another video. If you are new, don't forget to like comment and subscribe and if you are returning welcome back, i was sent um this unit from my first wigs to review and i'm happy that they sent this to me because, as you can see girl, i just took my Braids down, i just took my braids down and i can't go to work looking like this. This is a headband wig. It comes with the hair inside of this, this um pink bag. It came with two little headbands this. This is actually a little bit uh dark, but i mean it's a headband, so it's gon na cover it a conditioner. Yes, some conditioners for your wig, which was very nice of them and baby. It came with a rat, toothed comb and a freaking clip. Oh, let me put this down okay, so within this unit they did send two um clips and then a a black rat tooth comb which came in the little bag that i'm showing right there and it did come with um the wig cap that i showed in The beginning - and so i just had my hair braided into cornrows, going back nothing too special and then i have the wig cap on and then i am doing um my baby hairs. It kind of covered it up anyway, but i don't know it was still cute. So i did that, and so with this unit it does come with a little velcro um attachment for your. You know the headband, and then it has like the two clamps in the back. Well, two clamps on the side, one in the front and one in the back. So once you secure it like this, wig is secure like it's not going nowhere, you can sleep in and wake up. It'S still gon na be in place, and i love this freaking. Wig this hair is so soft. When i tell you it is so cute, so i'ma just stop rambling and i'll. Let y'all finish watching so here's the back since i already have it. I don't even know what the back look like. Y'All tell me what the back look like and i guess i'll figure out what the back look like when i um edit this video, but oh the hair is so look at that. Oh, my goodness, i didn't gain a whole cow. I'M on my way to the freaking gym. Your girl needs to lose like. I need to lose a quick 10 pounds. I eat like fast food. Every day when i say i eat fast food every day rob either have olive garden, chick-fil-a mcdonald's. My daughter wants freaking, mcdonald's and chick-fil-a all the time and if i'm getting hurt, someone get me some too so so i'm gon na go to the gym. I'M gon na be in there alone. I'M gon na be in that long baby says baby steps. It'S 1. 47, so i'm probably gon na do like 20 minutes of like a high interval training. I need to start back reading because this week is a chill week relaxation week, but i still need to read like i don't want to get behind so yeah. I need to start back reading, basically just catching up on just a couple of chapters. I'Ll probably do two chapters today because message: i got like 11 chapters on that test. Pd, i have seven chapters and this is our last test before the freaking final. So i have to get it together, 15 minutes and that's all it's gon na get who is hot? Oh, my goodness, i'm so out of shape. Okay, i am back home. Let me show you what i got from the dollar tree. This is a new chapstick that i found at the dollar tree, but this one like this one works real good. When the weather um started to change, it started to get cold and stuff. My freaking lips started to burn. Like i don't know like my bottom, lip started to burn so i did have some of that left, but i had um like it was freaking, damn near gone and then half of it melted. Then i got this water because it look cute so um. I need to what the: why does it why this looks so it feels so small it looked bigger in the package could have kept my dollar for this. Okay, something like the palmer. It was another dollar tree. I guess you have to go to like a certain dollar tree like it just depends on the dog trees that you go to. They have other kinds, but like this, what it looks like like a dolla like this is good, comes out like this. This is real good. It is very moisturizing on your lips, i'm telling you they have this kind. This is the coconut butter, lip therapy, coconut butter and then there's a green one. I think that one's called aloe yeah that one's called aloe that one is still moisturizing, but this one - i don't know it's something about this one. I guess because it's cocoa butter, but this one to the teeth. So we got some earrings we needed to run today today, it's thursday today, i'm doing a three to 11 shift. I don't know what that consists of. It is 9.51, so your gr, these cars, i can't stand driving. I do likes to go home and relax chill sit back before i go to work. I don't like to be up and running and stuff and then rushing to get to work, so i'm at walmart right now i have to get. I don't know it's. I have a list on my phone of um some, i uh some items that i'm getting they're um, mainly like hygiene items um. I may go to target and get one thing, but i don't know see i have this one. Let me see what this one smells like. I mean this. One smells good get this. Why is this [ __ ] 23. in walmart these spray? These are so cute, okay, so i am done with my little quick little hygiene shopping. I went into walmart and then i went into target and target. I only got this the different different different. I don't know the different gel. This is the acne treatment. Somebody on youtube mention this to me because you know baby. My skin is horrible, so i got this and then in walmart i got some baby lotion um dove. This kind is the what free, vitalizing, revitalizing, blue, fig and orange blossom. This one smells so good. It gets some feminine. What is this deodorant spray? This is actually very good, so, like the dove soaps, now i don't get the bar soaps. I only get the um the liquid soap, but, like you know, when you're trying to get like any other soap that has um a fragrance to it, it throws off your um, ph balance down there. So this is actually good. You can use this down there. You can use this all over your body. This will not throw off your ph balance like it won't cause any irritation. You use like anything, that's harsh that will throw off your ph balance down there. You will like it can cause you to have bacteria down there. So you don't want to have all that itching and burning and stuff, so this is very good for that got a loofah. I got these headbands to put over on my headband wig. I got some equate razors. I don't shave that much because i mostly wax but yeah. That'S why i got that brand and then i got some equate um tampons. I get the plastic kind because if you get the cardboard kind, it's like that crap like it's hard and it's irritating. So the um plastic applicator is way better. It will not cause any type of irritation down there and the deodorant. This is my first time getting the feminine um deodorant spray. The only reason why i got this is to spray down here because tmi, if like hair and if you're thick down there like thighs wide and like you, will sweat some people, don't sweat. But you will sweat and if you put deodorant down there spray a regular deodorant it will prevent you from sweating. Now, don't put it like, you know all down in your lips or whatever, but put it like. You know like the top area like by your thighs like where, like that moisture will start a lot of people, don't talk about it, but you will sweat down there and deodorant spray deodorant. It will prevent you from sweating. So that's a little quick tip for those who didn't know: okay y'all, so i'm back from hold on. Let me put this in there: okay y'all! So i'm back from burlington this year. I wanted to decorate, like christmas star day, start decorating um with christmas decorations early. So i got a lot of stuff: well, not a lot of stuff, but a good amount of stuff from burlington. I kind of really didn't have a theme but - and i just want to just start getting stuff now, while it's out because a lot of people aren't really getting stuff now so far, i'm kind of going for a like silver white snowfall christmasy. This is so freaking cute. Like look, i don't know if y'all can see yeah like look at the details. It goes with like the little like the snowfall. Look that i'm talking about, and i got another small one. So i have a tall one and then a small one, the small one was 5.99 and the large one was 7.99 and i got this one too. So i got two of these. This one was 7.99. It has like the sparkles in it and then a bigger one. I got was this one was 9.99 and then i got a little. No movement got it so cute. This one was 7.99. They had some that was like 6.99. I did see some off on amazon. I think they were like 16.99 for two but um the color was like reddish or bluish. I don't know, but this one like it goes with the theme, and i got me a santa claus, so stinking cute, it's a black queen. You know i really wanted it to be like gray and silver like a silver um or a gray jacket, but still it goes good. It brings out like all this silver and gray. It is santa claus y'all. I have to do okay, so i'm sitting here now. I am i have to. I need to start um, looking up the chapters of what i'm going to study for for pd, because pd um that test the test for pd. My last test for pd is on the 22nd and today's 11. So that's about two, not even two weeks a week and a half something like that. So with me going to work at three o'clock, i'm going to do two chapters right now, but try to do three, but it depends on how um fast i get done with it, because it's already twelve o'clock and i got ta grab three. So i'm gon na do two chapters for now and then, when i get to work most likely, i'm not gon na pull out my book until management's gone because you know three o'clock management's there and all up in your business yeah but y'all. So i was sitting up here, thinking like today, okay, so i've done three tests so far in both classes - oh, my goodness get emotional. So today is the 11th right. My fourth test is on 22nd for um, it's on the 22nd for my pd class and then my message test. My fourth test is on the 29th so after that that following week is our last week and that's our final, so i have finals, i think, on the sixth and then the ninth, i believe so yeah. It'S just crazy, like after this, like this saturday, is my last clinical day. My last clinical day, i'm like done with all my assignment anyway. So it's like to this saturday is my last clinical day: it's not 12 hours. It is eight hours, thank god and then um the week after that, so it's basically like november. I have one two three three more weeks left till i'm done with taking all my regular tests and three more weeks left until i'm done, taking all my regular tests and then that last week is finals. I have four weeks left of freaking school four weeks. Left of freaking school and so far i'm passing every class. Just to think. Like three years ago i completed my lvn program, took a year off and was like i'll get back in it. You know i need to take a break because i'm tired i tried to get in, could not get in, could not get in the transition program could not get in because y'all was trying has to retake classes. No one, i hate science. The entrance exam twice failed. It the second time i felt it even worse than the first time i took it, went on and gave it another try. So that was two and a half years of trying to get into the freaking program and i finally got and it is coming to an end and next semester will be my last freaking semester last semester. Ah, when i tell you, i don't think i'm gon na be doing another um freedom. Let me share, i wasn't able to study. I was on my feet, but eight four hours medicine would not come out of the freaking machine. This place is a hot dated dog mess just shifts like this, it's hard to study and work. At the same time, i had new admissions, so i was doing new admissions passing pills, so i was helping with that mission. I couldn't act dumb, like i didn't know what i was doing, but i was i'm trying to be nice, i'm a good team player, so i was doing their missions passing pills trying to freaking study. At the same time, baby i couldn't come straight, so i said i ain't gon na be able to study, see how people can do this freaking living three to 11 [ __ ], going on 12 o'clock and i'm still not home. I might as well stay at work and worked it forward to another seven o'clock. Then the freaking unit manager had the nerve to come down there and was like grabbed all these freaking charges, charts and stuff. With these new admissions, i asked him i said um. Are you doing something with that new new patient and i asked him because i'm like the heck, what are you doing like? Let me know all these freaking admissions coming in, and you just coming over here, organizing stuff in here put some meds in the computer or something good morning. Y'All today is the next day it is friday. Oh, let me show y'all some so y'all know when i went to target right and i bought this difference right. You know somebody on youtube. Tell me about it and somebody else and my um oh drive, told me about it also, but i bought this difference right. You hear it right and you see the picture right and then the crap was ten dollars. Meanwhile, i pulled this bug up this bug when i pulled this mug out. Tell me why this itty bitty thing came out of this box for ten dollars. Are you serious, and i got something just like it? This was not ten dollars. I think this was like six dollars like what the heck anything different about, like the only difference between these two is that this one doesn't like kind of sting like when you put this one on. You can feel it like dry natural. Oh my god. I need to shave my mustaches baby, why i got a mustache on this side and this side ain't got no hair, good anyways, but um. The only thing that i do like about this that it's not like too harsh my mouth is so dry. It'S not too, like really harsh like how this one is like this one. You can like your face, like it's gon na dry, really out this one isn't too harsh and it doesn't leave like the little white feel, maybe because it's a gel and this ain't, no gel yeah, so um. But i put it on last night and i don't know like the difference that i can tell like, was when i use this one when i start like to have a little bumps. Only difference that i can tell when i use this. One is that when i do put it on the spots the next day, all i see is just like a white film, and then i it like it still looks inflamed and you know like it's about the bust. But when i put this one on last night, when i woke up this morning, like it, don't look like it's in flame or it's about the bus, it just looks like a bunch of spots, but i was just tripping on how like that little thing came out Of this big box and then there's another one, that's 12, something dollars. 12. 49. I believe - and i wonder how big that one is. I don't know, but i i'ma see if it worked y'all, but i tell y'all yesterday was crazy. Yesterday was so freaking crazy. Yesterday was a typical day that somebody that's in school says that oh, i cannot work like yesterday was the day i could not like work and do like work and study. At the same time, i cannot read or anything it was so much freaking stuff going on. When i tell you it was so much stuff freaking going on. I had admissions coming and i wasn't even the like the actual nurse. I was a med nurse, but i was also there to help with admissions and i could have just been like. I don't know how to do that. I could just put in some meds and not do no assessment part, but i want to be like that. You know i want to be like a team player or whatever, so i'm like okay, so i ain't doing more than one admission. I ain't doing two. I ain't doing three. I ain't doing all of them and i'm not helping with the other one. I'M doing this. One okay because i still got meds underneath the past. So in the midst of that i'm trying to pass my man when i sit down mission comes so i go with the patient. Do all you know all the stuff really! I didn't have to assess the patient because it's not my patient, i'm just helping with the admission, but i was being a team player. You know and i did the whole thing. People calling screaming for pain, medicine and stuff, and i'm like look. You already got medicine 30 minutes ago, that's about where what what am i supposed to do just sit there and relax. Okay, just sit down, relax well! Well! How long is it gon na be until my other man's come five hours? What five hours, i sure don't? I sure did tell them your mans ain't gon na come into five hours. This is just how it works. Okay, you are new. You are a new patient. We have to call your meds into the to the doctor. The doctor has to approve it. We have to put all your freaking meds yeah. Then you have to wait for the meds to be delivered on the next run. When is the next one? Coming i don't know? Okay, i don't know. Oh, they say: okay, okay, i said all right now now we gave you your pain, medicine, that's what you can get and you already got it. So you can't get nothing else until four five hours later, so don't press the button again. Okay, like don't stop pressing the button. I said it to stop pressing it, but oh y'all, your girl got her lashes refilled. When i tell you i needed my lashes done so bad baby, and then she charged me 15 lesser than what she told me. She was gon na charge me so i went on and gave her a little tip. You know because at first she told me because i asked her. How much was the refill and she said the refill - was going to be 95 and i'm like, but the lashes cost four uh 140.. I didn't tell her that though, but i'm like the lashes cost 140.. So you're telling me you're giving me 45 off. It should at least be a half off you know, so she ended up giving me half off. You know so, but um i'm on my way to an aldi's, because you know i watching janine and she said she said that them all these candles are very good. She said they're three dollars and they're good, so i'm about to go to this all these and see if they got these candles. I'M just gon na get one. No there's six dollars. I'M gon na get two. I'M gon na get two. I'M gon na burn one and then see how it is and then um never know. I may just end up getting it for somebody for christmas. Okay, let's see, i hope they got candle. These are five dollars, they're, the one with oh, this smells so good, though i don't know, i wanted the smaller candle, not the oh. Here they go here they go. I think these are it. No, these aren't it these. Aren'T it they're still four dollars, though, but these are, i think they are it. Let'S see this one smells very good. Let'S look in my freaking hand, courtney. What time are you taking lunch? Huh this one smells this one smells so good uh. I think i'm gon na get these two okay, so maybe they need somebody today, oh no, i can't sorry can't work got a candle. I got one candle, i didn't get two. I couldn't find the candles that everybody's seeing you know that jeannie janine is finding, but these are the holiday candles and i did get this one. It'S white blossom in setter, cedar center center or something it has the days till christmas. So i don't know if it's supposed to last up until christmas, but we're going to see it smells good, the ones that gina janine got like they said huntington home on it. This one doesn't say huntington home, but it says h, h, which is huntington home and then it was in a in a huntington home box. So i'm guessing that it is huntington home. I miss living on this side of town. It'S just like quiet, this side of town i live on is quiet, but this side of town, it's like more quiet and no, no, no, no, the side of town i live on is more quiet and like they're, not friendly, i'm not like too friendly. I'M really not, but i'm friendly to those who are friendly to me. I'Ma just put it like that. That'S all the time that i live on it like ain't, nobody friendly anybody about to talk to you, which is perfectly fine, because i don't talk to people anyway. So speaking, keep it keep it moving. You know, so that's the type of side of time that oh chief fella right here, i think i might eat chick-fil-a. That'S the side of town that i live on this side of town baby, it's quiet, but they're friendly, like they'll speak with you like it, it's like more natural. I don't know - i don't know but um. I just miss a living over here, like i have so many freaking memories over here. My marriage started on this side of town. Like my kids, like we started on this side of town, i just have so many memories. Oh it's now 11 o'clock. Currently doing this little project, that's needed to be due tomorrow. That was actually today, but it's due tomorrow. Tell me why saturday, nine o'clock, okay, started at nine o'clock wrote this whole paper whole paper, apa format tell me why i saved it. I saved it while, when i get to go when i get to go into our little blackboard, you know system to submit the information. I can't find it so that means i have to do it all over again or i have to do it tomorrow and i do not want to do it tomorrow, because tomorrow morning i have clinicals. Tomorrow morning i have clinicals and then i have a care plan. I need to do tomorrow. Also, then i got ta go to work and i still need to read so i have to do this all over 11 o'clock i'll be at clinicals at 6 30, and i believe i deleted that whole entire thing.
