I Attempted To Do 80S Inspired Curls On A Headband Wig | Amazon Beauty Forever Hair | Cheyenne V.

So let me get right into what is in the box when you first open the box. This is how it looks. You open it and it's nothing special right in the front of the box when you first open it, but there's a lot of goodies inside they sent a wig cap which i'll be using today, because why not? If they're sending a wig cap, i might as well put it on my head for this video. Then, since this is a headband wig, they sent me two headbands, so one was already open. When i opened the package it was already open, but this one, this pink one is still wrapped up cute and nice, so i'm gon na open this one for you guys to see all right. So this is the headband that they sent me and it's good quality. Stretchy, as you can see, and it's soft as hell - so i don't know if i'm gon na be installing this one or this one, because this is also good quality. This headband is also good quality cotton material. So i have different options for today's wig, so i'm super excited to use that okay, so those are the two headbands that were in the box and last but not least, of course, i got ta show you guys the wig, so it came in this package like This cute little um regular douglas ziploc bag. So i'm opening up you guys ooh sucky sticky. This looks so good. I'M gon na make sure to put the details to this wig on the screen and, of course, in the description box. This is their body wave 18. Inches headband wig, which is also 150 density, and it's good quality. Like obviously i took it off the box, but this is my first time like actually like running my hands through it, and i see the curls it's getting body, yada yada like period okay, y'all. So since this is a headband wig, i do not need to glue down anything if you used to buy a headband, wig or purchase this wig yourself. You do not need to glue it down. It is a glueless wig. So there's no need for glue pretty much. You don't even need a wig cap for this type of style. You don't need a wig cap to do this style, but in this video i will be installing a wig cap on my head, but i won't be doing the wig cap method because, like i said you don't need to glue anything down for this type of wig. But what i am going to do is i'm going to style. My natural edges under this bonnet is looking it's looking waves, but i've been installing wigs at the wigs back to back, so my braids is still looking funky. So please don't come for me in the comments because, yes, my hair is still in these dookie braids and they haven't been taken out for a very long time moment of truth and these dookie braids. Of course, you already know before you posted install a wig on your head, make sure your scalp is greased like i use peppermint oil for my scalp. Sometimes i use tea tree oil. Sometimes i use wild growth, sometimes black, castor oil, jamaican black, castor oil. So whatever you want to use for your hair go: do that actually where's my sofa egg grease, so i'm gon na go ahead with this grease. I used to use this grease all the time. I was a kid. My mom used to always put this type of grease in my hair comment down below, if your mama, your father, whoever sister brother, whatever homegirl, used to put this on your head, when i was little or yeah, i still use it today so comment down below. If y'all use this grease all right y'all, so i kept this on my head for a couple of minutes. So now i'm just gon na take it off and the edges they look cute. I meant to tell y'all one of my friends sent me a tick tock and it was a girl putting on a headband wig, but she also recreated like the 80s curls trend. I don't know if you guys heard of that in the 80s they had like a trend where their hair was like all curly and puffy. I'M gon na make sure to insert the tik tok or some pictures of what i'm talking about, but i think i'm gon na try to recreate that look recreate that 80s. Look. I meant to tell you guys that in my intro yeah, i hope it comes together, because if it don't i'm just gon na do some regular necklace curls. But i think i could recreate that look. I want to show you guys like how it looks on the inside, so this is how it looks on the inside comes with these two elastic drops right here and i normally tighten them, so i'm probably going to do the same thing. This is how the headband looks. It has a velcro strap to it. So basically, this is how the velcro looks and you just attach it to the side and that's your headband wig, okay y'all. So this is how it's supposed to look. My head is huge. I have such a big freaking head, like i'm, just gon na adjust the headband to where i want it to be it's kind of too loose like i see, i have a lot of space right there, so i think i'm just tie it if the headband fits Good to your um liking, then you don't have to tie it, but me i'll, just like everything tight, alright y'all, so i basically did a little bit retouches of my edges, because i wasn't really feeling how the wig was coming out. So i was like you know what let me just do a little magic off camera, so i just did my edges. I added a little swoop in the front of my edges because you know i love my little swoop action. But now i'm just gon na go ahead with my satin wrap to lay down my edges. Let'S just take down this hair y'all saw that bounce though, like it, don't even need to be curled honestly because it's body wave, so it already comes with some natural curls. Like y'all see and it's giving body audio thing - and this is only 18 inches - 18 inches y'all - this looks so good. Like i said, i was saying that i don't really have to do anything to this wig like y'all, see like the curls. The curls look good like but y'all know me. I love just enhancing beauty, just putting a little extra to something, so i'm gon na go ahead and curl this wig, i'm thinking of doing these 80s curls that i said - and i showed you guys earlier in this video. Let me just heat up this curling iron heat up this flat iron, as well just in case, so we could just style this wig yeah, i'm trying to freaking style this wig like the way that it is in the video and it's so hard like. So she did this like this and then she took it and she wrapped it around what the heck. Let me call my friend, she's gon na, be like. Why are you calling me? Let me see what i'm filming so you're gon na be my video all right. Y'All, so i got my friends on the facetime calling me because i do not know how to do this. So they're gon na help me a little bit. The video didn't is, don't you use me all right y'all, so i finally finally styled this wig. I did some curls, i pin curled the hair. It took me a very, very, very, very, very, very long time to style this wig. I did not use the headbands that the company sent. I wasn't really feeling it, and especially it wasn't going with the shirt that i'm wearing to bring out the 90s 80s 60. I don't know 60s 80s type of look. So that's what i did so i just got this regular douglah scarf that i normally wear on my head and i got this top from sheen. This is what i did to put this look together, so i wanted to do this on camera comb out the hair. All right y'all, so this is basically the end of this video i tried to do you know like the little 90s look little, not 90s, like 60s 80s type of look, i tried, but right now it's just giving loose curls. It'S just giving that just that. I tried i literally try comment down below if y'all like it, because right now, i don't know how to feel about it. It looks it looks cute. Actually, i feel like it fits the style that i wanted to go for you know i got the little 60s 80s going on before i end this video off. I want to give an honest review of the hair really no shedding at all. I didn't have no shedding. The hair is really really soft. At first, when i was curling the hair i felt like it was not taking the curls well, i feel like it wasn't taking the heat well, but i had to pin curl the hair for the curls to stay and, as you can see, it's curled, it looks Nice and also this is a body wave wig, so the curls should stay in the wig regardless. If you add it here not, but it looks good, i just had to pin curl it a little bit, but we look cute. I feel like we look so innocent. I see myself and i don't know some type of movie, giving very much mom in the kitchen whipping it for the children for the kids, looking like that nice rich auntie periods, but that's pretty much the end of this video.
