Wow! Long Natural Hair Look Instantly! No Glue, Headband Wig | Curlkalon

One of the things that worries me about headband wigs is: is it going to stay on? What'S up people, it's your girl, ij! Welcome to my channel. Welcome back if you've been here before um, i hope everyone's staying safe with everything that's happening in the world. A lot of chaos and i'm sending everyone love and i'm hoping that you all safe and healthy. So today i am super excited because i'm doing a review, video and this what i'm trying out is something i've been thinking about trying for a while. But i've been on the fence so when uh crow county reached out asking that i review their headband wig, i said yes, of course i was like yay. Thank you, god for answer pairs. So so that's what i'm going to be reviewing today and so headband wigs are really all the craze right now i see a lot of people selling them a lot of people rocking them and i have been curious to try it out, but i was on the Fence because i wasn't sure how it would look so today, i'm gon na be doing a first impression, we're gon na rock the headband wig for the first time together and let's see how it goes and the reason why a headband wig appeals to me is because Paul'S coming and when fall comes, then winter comes. It gets really cold in canada and even though i want to use protective styles, i also want the option of having my hair out enough that i can moisturize and a headband headband wig kind of fits the bill, because i can just throw it on and be On my way, by leaving the house and talk about balls when people like hey, quick catch-up call, it's like no i'm sitting in my cornrows, so a headband wig is the perfect solution, because if you have like a lace wig like i do, then you have to Lay your edges, and if you don't it looks bad on camera trust me, i've tried it. It just doesn't look cute so excited for this headband wig and let's get right to it. So i have it over here and i'm excited because it came in a pink packaging who doesn't want yes, who doesn't want nice packaging like who doesn't like this is really really cute and it says hello, girlfriend. Okay, i love it. Thanks to the team at carl callan for sending us across and i'm excited to see how this looks on so, as i said, i'm unboxing it with you. So let's do that. Okay, so this is the packaging that comes in it's a nice white box with you can see that it's like embossed with different curls, i'm trying to get it closer. Yes, do you see that? Oh that's? I like that. I like that. I like that idea. So i'm gon na try to open it this way, hopefully you can see what's in the box all right, so we have to dig in here and that's the only thing that's actually in the box, but on the top of the box it says curls with confidence. I stand a brand new message: yeah all right, so let's see the headband wig and this is the kinky curly 20 inches and i, like the texture, my texture is more 4b4c um, but i i find that when i use clip ends i like to vary the Texture a bit and go for something: that's much sort of looser curls and i, like this kind of looks i might be wrong, but it looks like a 3a 3v3c. I'M not good with my curl anatomy, but it it's not a 4b or 4a. But it's one of the others so yeah, so this is 20 inches already. It'S feeling it's feeling quite nice. As far as the bounce i like that 20 inches, i feel, is a good length. If you want a grab-and-go wig i'll take this out, so we can see what we have on the inside all right. Okay, so we have how many cones do we have? Oh, that's a lot of combs, so we have one two, three four cones, so four combs and the idea behind that i assume is that then it really stays on because you can hook the cone at different parts of your head. So i like that idea of having more tones more calms, the better, and so it's like tight, because one of the things that worries me about headband wigs is: is it going to stay on right because for the other wig you blew it on with her headband Wig, you don't so you're just concerned like going to the grocery store and it gets caught in the shelf. It'S going to come off. So i like the idea of four combs in here and i like a velcro, strap. Let'S see how this looks. Um, i'm gon na take this one off like i did, lay the edges just a little bit because it was looking really funky and i wanted i didn't want to at first, but i have to so i'm to take this off and we can start to see All right so underneath i have my hair in in cornrows, but i have some extra hair out here. This is what i don't like about wig right. Do you see that yeah, but anyways it's protecting my hair, so whatever so um? I have some of my hair out and my hair currently is in it's like a teeny mini afro. This is bothering me, i'm gon na fix this and be right back. Okay, all right guys, so i'm back kind of fixed it kind of not that's just setting spray setting on the head. The beauty for me behind having a headband wig is just something: that's a lot more relaxed. All everything back and like have this brushed down. I will try to do some edges um, my edges. Are they do take some time so um, oh and if you have my type of hair, like my hair, is really tough edge. Control doesn't really work for me like. I literally have to use the got to be glue, and i have that here so i'm going to use the got to be glue to do my edges. So when it comes to the edges, i'm a simple swoop girl. Nothing! Fancy, i don't try to make a match, i just kind of like mishmash and just do whatever, because your baby hairs will not be tamed. So why tame the edges, all right, so edges done or kind of done. I'M just gon na put my headband on or my scarf on, so that it can start to lie flat and yeah put it on for 10 minutes and i'll be back to throw on the headband wig all right i'll. Take that i'll. Take that, honestly, with my edges, i never know what i'm gon na get but yeah so i'll. Take this. Let'S try this on all right head. Oh, i already like how it's looking and we're not even done all right, so i've never tried on a headband wig and that's why this is probably taking longer than it should all right. I feel the velcro at the back now, all right. That was a transformation. Okay, first off i've missed seeing myself in black hair, but secondly, this texture, i've never done this texture of hair, and i love how it blends in well. With my with my hair and with my hairline, i thought the color is kind of 1b and my hair is jet black, but for some reason you can't even tell that it's different. It'S like it's fine, and i love that. I, like the length the length, if you can see just comes down right below my bra here and into 20 inches, but beyond that, it's very natural. I like that. The length is natural and i thought okay, 20 inches might be long, but this is good. This is nice natural going to work quickly, or someone asked me to hop on a quick call. I can. I can just throw this on or i need to go to the grocery store, like headbang with headband. Wigs are here to stay. You guys headband wigs are here to stay and curl count killed it with this one. Actually, i have some headbands and i want to see how this would look with headbands, okay, trying on this black headband that i got from devon hems when i was in dubai and i like it, i like the bling. Oh, do you see that blend? Why didn't? I try this headband wig before like why. Why didn't i do that? I love this. You guys this is great. This is good, so the wig does work well with headbands, and the black band is not too thick, so you can hide it easily. If you wish to like, obviously you can wear it with the headband. This way still has a very nice cute look, but if you want to glam it up, i would say: use another headband um, another headband, i'm going to try is this one. I have from a nigerian brand called renee roth rene, roy rock, not sure i want to see how that looks. Yeah. It still looks amazing, again happy that we're able to hide the headband so, like you have that option, you can use the black headband or you can clamp it up and use yours. I'M gon na try one last band that is from the same brand. I'M not gon na bother saying the name, so i don't screw it up and try it in a different way. Yes, okay, you guys so i've just tried three styles of headband, one of the simple ones, one of the ones that i have more dressy and then this one it's like turban, headband style and all three of these work with this wig so yeah. I know this is this: is a it's a good one to get if you're thinking about playing around with headband wigs? I love that. I love that the texture is see that i love that and it blends well with my hair and it's soft and that's what you want and i'm heading out now, and so this is the style. I'M definitely going for going for this one thanks. So much pearl talent. I love this headband and i'm super excited to rock this and have a grab and go wig, especially as fall is coming, especially as winter is coming.
