Hey guys, okay, so i have been seeing the headband wig trend. I guess going on and i decided to grab a few bundles from uni's, hair and kind of diy, my own. So let's get right into it. The hair again came from you, nice hair and i have four bundles of their curly hair. I got 226 inches a 24 and a 22, and i'm pretty much going to show you all how i made my own half wig flip over versatile wig. If you would like to call it that on the sewing machine, so i'm going to take each bundle and i'm going to double it on my sewing machine now. In order for me to do this, i have to remove the presser foot that comes with my machine and use an open tool, presser foot, to make it a more easier process and that's pretty much what i did with all the bundles so that i'll be able To use all of them, i'm using a size, 22 head and i'm going to use a medium sized mesh dome cap that i actually have on my website. So if you're interested in wig making definitely check out my website where you can get small, medium and large wig caps, these are my guidelines. I did adjust the top lines just a little bit to my liking, so that i could actually fit more hair and so yeah. Let'S just go ahead and get started. So, typically, when i am making my wigs, i like to back stitch the beginning and the end of each track, just to kind of lock it into place, and it's really imperative. When you're making wigs on the sewing machine that you grab a pair of tailor scissors or sewing machine scissors because they really do help when it comes down to cutting off the excess thread, so i'm pretty much going to do this all the way up. Until i pretty much finish the wig, this is just how i like to do it. I used to make my flip over versus style wigs by hand, but ever since i started using the sewing machine, i just decided well, why not do my you know half wigs my u-part wigs on the machine as well, so if you're interested in getting a wig Made by me i'll leave my website linked down below and if you're in south florida you can book locally and come by girl get your head measured. We have a consultation, we talk, we laugh and all of that good stuff, so definitely check out the links down below if you are interested, so the main reason why i decided to not go ahead and go purchase. A headband wig is because i like full hair - and i, like my hair to be - i don't know a certain length and i've seen like a lot of the headband or half wigs that they had were like 22 inches, would be the the longest length that they Would carry so i wanted just something with a lot more fullness and a lot more length. So that is why i decided to kind of diy it myself in here. I'M just going to pretty much lay the tracks flat across like so, and i'm going to do this up until i pretty much close the wig off. One of the things that i have to be mindful of is that there is a lot of hair. There is a lot of hair being used here, so it is important that i'm watching out to make sure that i'm not sewing the cap down or i'm not sewing any of the hair down, while i'm trying to sew the track onto my guidelines. So typically, what i like to do is make sure that all of the hair is out of my workspace so that i can see my lines. I can see the machine through the cap and i am sewing only the wefts down and not any other material or any any else, anything else. So, to finish off the wig and for added security, i am going to use an adjustable elastic band for just to ensure that the leg never comes off or slips off. So i'm going to show you all how i pretty much wear this wig. It is a half wig, so i can use leave out if i see fit, but because this is more sort of a headband wig. I'M going to just show you all how i'm able to use multiple different headbands of my liking and choosing to wear this unit and, as you guys can see, she is super full. So i'm just going to just kind of model. A few of my headbands. All you pretty much have to do with this unit is just slake your edges down, get creative with your baby hairs and find you a cute headband hair, wrap scarf. This is like the perfect lazy wig to just throw on and go. You can even get your cute visor. Add it in. Oh, my goodness, i just love how this unit came out. I would definitely try like kinky curly kinky straight even to do another diy headband wig. I hope that you all found this video very helpful i'll leave. The links to the hair down below so that you guys can check it out along with a few coupon codes so that you can save at checkout.
