I don't even know what i want to name her, but i know i love her. I'M going to be reviewing something a little different amazon wig. I know when it comes to buying wigs off amazon, there's probably a little stigma, especially if you started wearing hair back in the early 2000s. Like i did. You probably ordered aliexpress dhgate. I don't know if y'all remember back in the backpack days how we used to do, but that's how we used to do today. I'M actually going to be reviewing this headband wig from amazon. It'S a brazilian wig human hair body wave. I think just a texture. Let'S go ahead and get straight into this review. Y'All, i'm going to show you guys how i applied the wig, i'm going to show you the specs of it and just give you my personal thoughts and opinions, but before we continue this video, you guys i'm gon na need you to help support my channel by Hitting that, like button, when you hit the like button, it keeps me in the algorithm. Let'S go ahead and get into the review, so i'm going to go ahead and give you guys the specs on this wig. So you don't have to wait for that, because i hate when i'm watching a youtube, video and the youtuber waits until the end to tell me what inch it is where she bought it from all that good stuff. So here we go ordered this wig off of amazon prime um. It'S currently listed for 63.99, that is on sale. It is 16 inches. I don't think this looks like 16 inches to me. What do you guys think it's not it's not giving a girl 16 inches. It was giving the girls very much 12 inch when it came out the pack. I liked it. The wig is 150 density. I think that's a good representation. It'S a non-lace front, wig glueless, full machine made water wave natural color, 16 inch headband wig, and this headband is not the headband that came with the package, but this is my own personal headband. So i'm going to show you guys what the wig came in. It came in this, it came in this little pouch, it came with a pair of eyelashes and you know your girl lives with some good lashes. It also came with a headband. I decided not to wear it, because i just love this pink pearl. Headband. I'Ve been dying to wear it and it gave me an excuse came with this headband really cute. It also came with wig caps, it's the mesh kind. I don't know how you guys feel about that. In my personal opinion, i'm not the mesh wig cap girl hard with this beautiful melonated queens on it. Can we get? Can we get into it for black history month? I mean black history year in my opinion, but i thought they were so gorgeous and this made me love the company even more. I don't know if this is a black old company, though this could just be marketing, but shout out to the corrective promotion marketing for black women, making them look feminine correctly, promoting dark skin. I appreciate that not overly dramatic, overly done y'all know sometimes in media darker skinned. Black women are not properly portrayed when we see it and we see corrective promotion. We'Re gon na talk about it. The hair was 63.99 after shipping and everything i think the hair came up to about 70 and it was two days shipping. It came so fast. I'M gon na go ahead and show you guys how i applied the wig, so i'm gon na take it off real quick, as i already put it on, because i just wanted to see how it was going to look. And i ain't going to film the video in my cornrows so i'll get into it real quick, give me the girls queen latifah, set it off so y'all. This is the wig straight out of the pack. I literally just took a brush and brushed it out, like i said, the wig isn't giving me very much 12 inch, but like y'all, see that texture and then inside the wig um, you can definitely tell that it was made by machine. It'S sewn on the tracks. Are sewn on and the thing that i love most about this wig is this satin texture headband that comes around the wig to protect your edges, black women women period? Protecting your hairline is so important. If i can insert a clip here, y'all um, it was the point where i was just damn in the gym right here i was just damaging it. You know with these lace, wigs and all that stuff, so it's literally so easy to apply y'all, it's nothing to it, but to do it, it's not even no need for no big brand elaborate tutorial with this wig. It'S really straight to the point. That'S why i love it. This is something quick to throw on when you go to the gym um. This is also another wig, like you can throw when you're just going to run errands or something for the day, and you don't feel like you know. You know this is a little braid out on my hair. I may not feel like i want to braid my hair or take my hair out the day and i just want to keep it protected. I'M going to be honest with you guys, wig caps, if you're going to wear a wig cap with your wig, make sure you do your history on what type of wig cap you're wearing me and my mom and my grandmother were talking the other day. Yes, three generations of black women that was up about how, under our wigs, sometimes certain with wig caps, actually dry out and damage our hair. So that's something to think about um if you even want to wear a wig cap or if you want to spend a little money, maybe um to buy a wig cap that has all um some type of oil infused into it or maybe a satin. I know it may be a little hotter, but if we're talking about protective styling, you know the goal is to keep our hair protected and um, of course, take this off every day. I don't recommend sleeping in wigs doing all that good stuff, but, like i said it's not because this is the nape of the wig. This is why i say i don't think it's 16 inches as well. This is the name y'all, that's not 16 inches from the nape, that's like eight, but it's still giving what it's supposed to get like. I'M on five three shoulder length is very puffy, but i would, i would suggest, get the 16 inch if you're going to get this, because i don't know if this would necessarily be cute 16 inches down my back. It'S kind of the density is kind of thick, so unless you really like big voltaire hair, if you watch the princess diaries, you know what i'm talking about. I will stick to the 16 inches, so it's literally simple y'all i'm about to go to bed. So i'm not going to put a wig cap on i'm going to take this, i'm going to unbutton it i'm going to take the bracket to literally apply it and i'm going to turn around so y'all can see what i do with the back. I literally just check my braids underneath when there are combs in the way you can remove them if they're irritating to you and i'm going to strap my leg up. Okay, it's kind of sitting nasty right now, but this is just my initial when i put it on so now, i'm going to go under here and i'm going to pull it to the front of my hair slick it back just a little bit. So you can see my hair, give it one of these um. You can add. I sprayed a little misted a little water on with my infinity water bottle when i first got the hair and brushed it out, but it is human hair, so you can add mousse or something. I typically don't like to add products to my hair. When i first get them, i like to give it a few days before i start, because the luster, usually when you take your hair out the package, i know how it is: it's very fluffy, very bouncy if it's good quality hair, and it's given that today. This is the headband that i used if you're interested in getting this headband. I literally got it from walmart for 288.. Y'All know that section in walmart and it has little pearls on it. I thought it was so cute. It was pink and i have a shirt just like this, so let's give it what it's supposed to get and then i'm going to and voila y'all. We got our wig it's here. It'S it was literally that simple. You can get a little snazzy a little jazzy. If you want to - and y'all can get the edges out, y'all can get this out at y'all because you got edges so um. This is the glaze by bomb collection um. My sister actually put me onto this i've. Actually, i ordered this off of instagram from the direct company itself, but i actually went to the beauty supply store and saw it in there way cheaper for, like 10 bucks, so check your local beauty supply store, see if they have it, if not visit the bomb. Collection'S instagram um, it's a really good glaze, just looking back your hair as well, but we're just gon na do a little bit of edges today. Nothing too major! Let me go ahead and lay these edges really quickly. Oh, i have makeup on so it's kind of messing up my makeup. I'M not gon na do too much with it then y'all excuses like being in my face, but i have my vanity mirror right in front of me being the fact that i have makeup on. I'M not really feeling laying my edges right now, so yeah, it's giving the girls very pasty the girl's kind of pasty, because um i have makeup on and usually supposed to do your edges before you do your makeup so yeah! This is just my little quick amazon. Hairband review, i i encourage every girl who is into protective styling their hair to invest into a half wig. It'S such an amazement, amazing investment um. It'S literally giving my hair texture t's too um. I was having a conversation with my sister earlier today and i was telling her that i found a lot of my confidence um in my hair. Once i stopped wearing like straight wavy type hair, i'm not even gon na lie y'all, it's like when i just sometimes. I really just want something protect my hair, but i also want to look like how god made me look, and this is giving me that um i have more 4b 4c texture hair um, but you know this is a pretty good. You know kinky wave look like. I really enjoy it. I really love it. I really really really like it. I would rate this wig a 10 out of 10., honestly, okay, a 9.5 out of 10. Just because the length is not true to description. I actually contacted the company too. I had a question responded immediately, very very, very good customer service that always takes your business from good to great.
