Watch Me Rock A Headband Wig On Short Medium Length Locs!

So, hey everybody welcome to my channel. As you know, my name is chanera and i am the ceo of monet's fashion, so um on my channel, you guys i'm new to youtube so on my channel you're, going to see like on business. Promos me talking about my daily life as an entrepreneur and a mom of two and as you're like woman, so i am actually giving i'm giving my locks a break um. They are like mature, so we're like almost three years in officially um. So yeah, like you know i just wanted to actually i had seen another youtuber um. I can't remember her name when i do. I would mention her in the um description, so i thought we had like the same length, the thickness of locks and mind you um, my my a little bit of my life journey. Really quick um. I didn't start off like everybody else. I had them attached. My husband socks, he had grown locks for 10 plus years and they were super super long and he cut him off and he brought he rocked the curly fro for a while. Then he started a whole new set, and i was just so in a place where, like i was actually like on um, i wasn't doing right with my hair and, like i just in a really bad place in the um medically. There was so much stuff going on and i was just like. Ah whatever i mean i, i wanted to start the journey and i just didn't and um. There was just so many other factors that, like literally bothered me and i was just like: okay - i'm not gon na - do it, i'm not gon na like the way. The way it looks as i get started - and i know me and all the blah blah blah and i literally i was just being stupid. You know i was being really silly so um he actually we looked up uh if he we, he actually still saved them. So he saved them and we actually was looking up if we were to get these installed in my hair. How much does it cost so things are ranging to like hundreds of dollars. So i want to say 500 up, even at some places were close to 1200 and i was just like, but i'm going to grow these joints right out. My damn head like right. I'M about to start right now, but my husband, he being the man that he is, he said, hey you know i can like. I watch tons of videos. I think he's a very great visual learner by the way he said um. I think i can learn this for you and i was just like i'm trying to downplay my man, but i was just like seriously like yeah right, yeah right long story short here. We are, he learned from me y'all, he learned for me and he installed the locks, and i want to say was that march march or april of 2019.. Y'All i'ma go back and i'll post about in the description, but he learned from me and, as i said, i love them because it's a really sentimental, like um backstory behind it. You know he learned from me and i just say where'd: he do that, but um yeah real quick. That was it, but i'm also show you how i go from this to that um yeah, so headband wig um, you can actually the link on my website is not working anymore, so um as i'm going to restock them they're real synthetic they're, something real, simple, yeah. Real synthetic i mean barbie doll, hair, um, synthetic and um. I know amazon carries them. I can share the amazon link in the description box, but um you can get these on my site. Also, i'm going to actually restock, i think, only 26 inches is left and this is what i have, but, like 18 anything shorter um. I can drop the link for um amazon, so yeah hey van wyck. This is my personal one when i just want to just pretend to be someone else for a day, you know um. I want a specific look for an earring um, just to show versatility on my website and just have an entirely different look. You know so yeah. I this is what i'm doing so. First things: first, i ordered um extra large wig caps and you can make stocking caps. I i grew up in an old black family um. We used to make our stocking caps with our regular pantyhose cut. Tie. You know y'all know and you be looking like a chocolate chip on top. That'S it. So i don't really do anything um crazy. I know i've seen other youtubers where part their hair is specific way. Braided down like i have some junk right there. Oh no! Okay! Maybe i'm seeing things so um they were parted a certain way. Like oh look, y'all my baby, lock so um. I don't really do that, so i will just put in a cap just like this. Let me show you, i know you're, probably like okay shannara, you want like um a nice, complete sleek, look and that's not what you know you can achieve here because you have locks. So with that being said, you can do this um, you can push. I just push a certain way. I push and tuck push tuck push up, but i'm gon na push it towards the back and you can get away with curly hair like big curly, hair, wigs and even before i was not um before i had locked. So i was natural, so i had big curly hair as it is um. I had really naturally pretty curly hair and i just thought like okay, i can't i know there are sisters that can still pull on the lace. Wig. Wigs are not really my thing, especially um and my cult, you know. Even in my culture like you know, no disrespect or no no shave. I do love awake, but um. It'S just something. I i like um i gave i gave up but um yeah. So i'm actually wigging it right about to look it right now, so you have to see what i'm talking about so push and tuck push and tuck. You can buy an extra large stocking cap or make an extra long like pantyhose socket cap, but so i do that right. So i okay see how there's locks right here, i'm going to actually pull that down, so they stay at like the back of my head. Okay, so all right y'all now do you see like it's a little smoother, because this is where the headband and stuff will lay. Of course um. You lay your edges, but i don't always like to put product on the perimeter of my hair and on my hair, like you know, they're pretty my it's not crazy new girl. I do have crazy new girl. That'S a lie i do have yeah. I just saw that i have crazy new girl. I haven't reached my hair in like a few weeks now, so i want to say perhaps like um, maybe about um almost a month, so yeah we got a month and we have a month of um negro. So that's awesome but yeah, so i'm not. I can usually do it a little slick, joint and all of that good stuff, but i'm not doing that. That'S completely optional, like sometimes i don't know what the obsession is with baby hair all of a sudden, but my baby hair, where it's at you grab your wig. It comes with the the combs i have locks. I don't need a comb um, the adjustable um straps to make it fit in your head. I got a big head plus, i have locks, so i'm gon na just leave it the way it came um yeah, but if you need to adjust it for you, you go ahead and do that beautiful and um yeah. So, as you can see, it's synthetic i wore it, so there's a little bit of frizziness, but i feel like the older, get the better and that's what i just like about. Um synthetic fibers and you know blah blah so yeah, it's the back as you can see. I'Ve worn it um yeah. So i it has about one two so about four combs one in the back, one on directly, on top with a headband, is and on two on the side of that one. So like a little perimeter of the base of the head, but i'm not like i said i'm not using them um, i'm only going to use the the um velcro strap for the headband, that's it and i'm it doesn't move and i'm gon na show you. I promise so yeah. Let'S go, let's start from the back start for the back. I start from the back and then i just adjust and position it the way. I need it to be positioned because that's what we're doing here, you don't want it to be lumpy. You, don't you don't want it to be too wiggy right and then you just don't want it to sit on top of your head as high as mount everest like i don't like that. Look um so yeah really cool and please keep in mind when you purchase these wigs from me and or amazon you. It comes with a headband, so extra bands which is really cute. So i have both the straps. I am going to velcro them together and that gives it a nice nice little tights, snug y'all hear it. I know y'all probably heard it and i just put it back. So let me get in here. Let me get in here. Let me get in here. So y'all can see none of my ears. I know the end time of the pandemic. You can still wear your mask, just fine, so yeah. This is how it looks. So this is about 26 inches um. It does not slide off. They got my wig cap um. I love it and i think, because i do have like a large head and um of a decent size for it. Yeah i do, i would, you know, do a little swoops and stuff, but i'm not doing that. I just really want to make it simple and quick for y'all, because that's what this is about. You need a quick little like for me built i'm creating content on my platforms and on my website i don't just like. I don't always have the um the resources to use a bunch of different models, especially people who look like me and um, who are shaped like me, i like want to give you guys, like a a different like to be versatile and look. You know um, my boutique is about modest fashion, i'm covering up and still being beautiful and i'm feeling confident and gorgeous and glamorous that you can still feel that way dressed in you know, dress covered so um. That'S what i want to do because i know you know it's not really like embrace like how other things are and um and where we see today and like on social media, you know um, perhaps let's say for example, um you in a long dress gets 10 Likes versus you in a bikini um and the cheeks is out and it has like over a hundred something so like you know, i want you, i'm just trying to bring in my brand that you can still be powerful and gorgeous, and sexy and confident - and you Know covered you know so yeah, that's what i want to do with monet's fashion and um, like i said sorry with this wig like that's exactly why you know. I got it because when i take certain pictures and certain looks like with the head wrap, there are sisters that have long beautiful hair like this already. You know i want to cater to them to show them that you know this is for you like.
