Hey guys welcome back to my channel if you're new, then welcome, don't forget to hit that subscribe button if you're not subscribed already. I know it's been a while, since i've been here, but i'm getting it back going, and i just want to show you guys how i've been protecting my natural hair lately and i've been doing that by doing wig installs and just having my hair braided underneath with Product and oil and making sure that my hair is moisturized and stays healthy under the installs, which is the most important part when you're trying to grow your hair. I'Ve been getting better with my installs. This is maybe like my third or fourth one, but it's giving y'all, and this is 20 inch hair that i got from amazon and it came to do what it was supposed to. So i'm happy about that. Thank god. So i'm going to start by putting my wig cap over my braids and i forgot to show it, but i use my got to be glued and i do this a couple times. I like i mean like i layer it. Let it dry layer it um. So right now i'm just cutting holes in my ears, but with the got to be glued, i kind of just take it and like rub it back on my scalp and just to make sure all the corners are laying down and everything's smooth. I also try to get the most transparent like wig cap, just so it blends in pretty easy, and i just use my blow dryer and i just blow it dry. Each time i put a new layer of the got to be glued on there, so i'm going to be using some foundation and just a brush, so i can blend in my scalp and make it look more natural. I'M going to do that right around my edges and i'm doing the middle part, so you're going to see me focus on that, and i just feel like it's easier when you do it before you actually cut the cap because it just gives you like a smoother Look if you try to do it after you're kind of going to be peeling the cap back so yeah. That'S why i do that first and you're gon na see me cut and i'm gon na, do that right along the edges and close to the scalp as i'm pulling the cap back a little bit as you can see, it's looking pretty smooth, but i am going To use my got to be glued again just to kind of secure and lay down those um edges, as you can see, they're laying down really easy with just like a little finger rub and i did go in with my blow dryer just one more time. Just to secure that look so again, i'm going to use my foundation and i'm going to do the same thing that i kind of did on the wig cap and i'm going to just put it on the inside of the wig along the part that i am Going to be using and the edges, and as you can see, this is how it ends up. Looking just gives you like a more natural hairline. I really should have bleached the knots and i feel like it would have made it look a little bit better, but it still ended up looking good, so i can't be mad and i've already customized the hair in the front. So now i'm just going to start with my glue. The glue that i use is ghost bond. It'S really strong, so you have to be careful and i've kind of just like dot that along my edges and you're gon na see me also blend that in then i use the blow dryer to dry it and when it dries, it dries clear. So i also do this like three times just so i can get a really sticky hold y'all. She was not letting me be great and i'm just going to pull the wig right along the edge of the wig cap that you can see and that's how i'm going to get the best looking hairline and once i get it to stick and stay in place. I just brush the hair back uh from the hairline, and i put like a rubber band on it, just to secure it for a little bit say hi once i feel like the glue is dry enough. I just take the band off and i use the same. Cutting method that i used to cut my cap to cut the extra - i don't even know what this is called but cut extra off the wig. Once i'm done doing that to get the excess glue off, i'm actually using like a baby wipe with alcohol on it, and i feel like this works the best for me, like i don't have to scrub hard, because that glue is sticky. I'M going to use my mousse and that's just to lay the hair back off of the hairline and give me a sleek look. So i'm putting this along my part and along my edges, and you just see me combing it down just to like smooth it down. So, of course, i'm going to take some of those edges out, so i can make me some baby hairs and i'm not going to take a lot and i don't like them too dramatic, but i'm going to put my scarf over it because my hair is not Completely dry because of the mousse, but you guys will see so for doing this myself, like my hair, looks amazing. I love it. Okay and i'm taking some more of the baby's hairs out, and i just cut them just so it'd be easier to lay and i'm going to use my mousse again to lay down the edges again and that's what i like to do, because that edge control be Too much and it don't last and you can kind of see like what i'm talking about when i said i should have bleached the knots, but if i did, this would be late. Okay, i should i should have did it so i got my hot comb and that's just to make it lay as flat as possible, and i put a little bit of coconut oil not too much just a little bit to kind of go on all of the Hair for when i straighten it, i like to use the comb through method when straightening my hair, because it's just so much easier. It makes it so much easier. You don't have to go through every single layer but you're getting what you need done. Thank you guys for watching, don't forget to like comment and subscribe for more videos, comment, and let me know what you guys would like to see i'll see you guys next time.
